06/07/2025: Worst attitude. Worst service. So basically all the waiters are super aggressive and angry without any reason. They totally messed with our mood and they have a really bad temper were they just keep shouting. Wouldn’t recommend at all! THE WORST.

05/07/2025: The worst pizza I've ever eaten in Italy. Ingredients completely canned, tasteless, you can't even taste the tomato sauce. Toilet filthy. Drinks were okay, but not even the aperol tasted good Not recommended

27/04/2025: A place with attention to the smallest details, excellent cocktails and a wide selection of quality wines by the glass, all accompanied by original and tasty finger food. Applause to the beautiful girl with green eyes. Until next time!

15/04/2025: I had two barley coffees sitting at the table, yes, the view of the lake is beautiful but in Porlezza there are others... well, €6 and I'm not a tourist!!!

26/07/2025: Unfortunately, we had a bad experience a few weeks ago! We booked for aperitifs and dinner; we were a group of colleagues! The reservation was for 8:30 PM, and we had aperitifs: extremely slow and unfriendly service. My colleague arrived slightly late and wasn't brought the platter after repeatedly requesting it. After 40 minutes, they told us it was no longer possible to have it because the time for aperitifs was over. It was 9:30 PM and we wanted to move on to dinner, but we were told the kitchen was closed. Absurd! They accommodated us with a dessert.

19/07/2025: Saturday, July 19th. 10:00 AM. The place isn't very busy. We sit outside at a table for three for breakfast. Two waitresses, one very kind and serving, the other, who's supposed to be taking orders, besides complaining about having been at work since 9:00 AM, is only interested in chatting with friends and acquaintances. We ask the waitress who delivers orders for clarification, but she explains that she's serving customers, but the other colleague is supposed to be taking our orders. 10:15 AM: We insist and point out to the waitress serving that her colleague is relentlessly carrying on with her PR, paying no attention to the customers at all. 10:30 AM: We leave without having eaten anything. Terrible service, poor management, a real disgrace. Especially since there wasn't a packed house that could have justified both such behavior and the lack of respect for the customers. I don't recommend this place until they reorganize their customer service. I'm sorry, but that's not the way to treat customers.

29/05/2025: Breakfasts at Vago, especially their homemade brioches, are truly special: when I'm in Como they're always my go-to. The staff is also kind and attentive and the quality of the service and the products they offer is generally really high and excellent. 10/10

15/05/2025: Not the nicest spot to have coffee, although the coffee is great and the brioches tasty. It's very tricky to find parking, but they are THE purveyor of pastries for the Como locals. Decently priced and absolutely delicious pastries, cakes and half-frozens. My go-to shop when I plan to bring pastries to a party.

13/08/2025: This hotel was great! The rooms are clean and a decent size. The breakfast buffet is simple but great. The standout had to be the views of the lake and the incredible staff. Everyone, particularly Veronica, was so friendly and helpful. We were given so much information and made to feel so welcome. We even left very early and the staff made sure to pack us a breakfast for the road. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main town but not too bad.

22/07/2025: The pizza version is also good, you can enjoy it, good for trying to be daring every now and then

11/07/2025: Our best stop in Como. Surprisingly you would think Como is all about the lake but when travel with children, all you need sometimes is just a playground and a nice local establishment with good food and cold drinks. Bar Jean Caffe has top class service, so nice and thoughtful staff. Lasagne and pizza very good! It made our day (party of 8, 4 children) - good view om children from cafe 👌🏼

11/07/2025: Didn't plan to come here, didn't see any reviews, just stopped by to grab a bite to eat while waiting for my son to play the rides. In conclusion, everything was delicious, very good price. Most importantly, the owner and his son were very friendly. Whatever you asked for, they always served it. It became a hidden gem that was really great.

08/04/2025: 80's atmosphere, rude and uneducated staff, you don't even have time to set foot before they already ask you what you're having. Poor product quality, very high prices and thawed products.

14/07/2025: A very bad experience. The staff speaks rudely to customers and takes a long time to serve. This is by far the worst experience in a very long time. Run away.

10/08/2025: A very welcoming place, both for its relatively secluded location and the park, which creates a lovely atmosphere. The aperitif dishes are good quality and reasonably priced. The cocktails are beautifully presented and excellent. The staff is very friendly and fast. Parking is plentiful and close to the venue. I recommend this place for a quiet aperitif.
