29/07/2025: Dinner with about fifteen friends. The appetizer platter was excellent and plentiful. The pizza was truly exceptional, with a perfectly soft and crispy crust; you can tell they took great care in choosing the right flours. The place wasn't crowded, and the service was friendly and quick. We had a lovely evening. The price was fair. We'll be back soon.
08/07/2025: I stopped for a quick business lunch.
I opted for a main course with a side dish and a quart of draft wine.
The steak (as pictured) was half-burned and tough... that happens.
The focaccia bread was stale... I asked the waitress about it and she said... yes, I noticed 😳.
All for the modest sum of €16! (€4 for a quart of draft wine? That's €16 a liter?)

01/02/2026: They're selective with their customers. There's a sign on the terrace saying no smoking, but several people (Italians) were smoking, so I lit a cigarette. What a surprise that it caught the attention of me, a Spanish tourist! I've seen military personnel and security staff smoking at Termini and Milan train stations. Italian citizens, you live off tourism, whether you like it or not. The rules apply to all customers. I put out my cigarette; your compatriots didn't. You don't know what hospitality and good manners are. And now you translate for me and insult me, but I hope to help tourists avoid eating at your pastry shop. Thank you.
21/01/2026: Wonderful promenade view from the outdoor seating. Limited outdoor seating, and people had to wait for the preferred outdoor seats. Few shops opened for lunch during a Wednesday afternoon when we are here today.
Good service with ok food. Had an apertiv spritz and prosecco to go with the food.

14/11/2025: Tiny and poorly stocked bar, no fruit juices, almost all the brioches are finished and to conclude for the first time since I've lived in Como a bar that charges for table service (6 tables) with us being the only customers 1 coffee, barley and a brioche €6.10......I was complaining about the prices in Parma but here in Como they know how to do even better
26/09/2025: It's a scam! We were charged 16 euros for w cappuccinos and a cookie. Not worth the price at all better caffes at the area.

23/11/2025: I stayed in room 106 for two nights. The hotel was excellent and clean, the room was clean, and the staff, Mahmoud (Egyptian) and Suzi (Tunisian), were friendly, courteous, and hospitable. The breakfast was wonderful. It's conveniently located near the city center, overlooks the lake, and is next to the metro and bus stations, and opposite a Carrefour supermarket.
09/11/2025: It is hard to believe that a gorgonzola hotel exist in Italy and this one is vecchio borgo.
I stayed in 102 room and the smell of mold was terrible. I slept with the window open widly, even outside were 10 degree.
Terrible hotel, should be closed because is insanely dangerous to health.
Never again there.

20/01/2026: I saw the reviews but still went because we were so hungry. Although the food is not the best, for the price is decent enought. Great service
15/01/2026: The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. We ordered the mortadella pizza, and with our Aperol Spritzes, they brought us some potatoes and pieces of bread with cheese and tomato (on the house)... a really nice touch!
Highly recommended! 👏🏼

06/12/2025: The food and waiter service were terrible. Going to the bathroom was a rip-off, and on top of that, they lied about the prices to squeeze a few extra euros. A tourist scam.
30/11/2025: Two spritzes with no appetizers and a terrible cheese toastie at the counter for €26, without issuing a receipt. Plus, the blonde waitress was on a video call while at the counter. This place is definitely to be avoided. I've known this place for thirty years. It used to be tidy, and in recent years, it's gotten much worse.

03/04/2025: Lo que notamos después de venir en tren desde Suiza es lo barato que es en Italia en comparación con lo que hemos estado pagando. Estábamos basados en Varenna, así que usamos mucho los transbordadores durante 2 días, así que nos bajamos en Bellagio, que es hermoso pero muy ocupado. Caminamos por una calle trasera para encontrar una plaza bastante tranquila donde por suerte tuvimos una mesa afuera al sol. Cerveza grande 6€ y cerveza pequeña 4€ , con este café hay una tienda adjunta donde pudimos comprar un gran paquete de patatas fritas a 3€ . 50 y los comeremos con nuestras bebidas.
06/02/2025: Great pizza and coffee, even talked with Rossano and told him about a car issue we were having and he just called his friend for us and tried to help us. 10/10 service!

17/07/2025: Compro I prodotti qui da anni e ogni volta è un'esplosione di gusto e genuinità. Ottima materia prima trattata con rispetto e cura. Titolare gentile, sorridente e sempre propositiva. Uno dei miei posti drl cuore in città.

Ci siamo trovate benissimo, la titolare è una donna super gentile e accogliente.
Cibo di qualità altissima e olio pazzesco, per non parlare dei taralli!!
Lo consigliamo assolutamente !
