08/04/2025: There is a delicious gelato in front of Masimoduti... the dark chocolate is awesome... it's really impressive... because it's strategic, that's why it's crowded... luckily there are lots of seats, so if you're tired you can sit here first... can be indoor, can be outdoor...

10/03/2025: Sabato mattina, colazione in centro a Milano, decidiamo per il salotto bene di Via Montenapoleone.... Due caffè macchiati, due brioche. Totale 23,60 euro....guardo il conto e mi ritengo fortunato che il caffè macchiato abbia apparentemente lo stesso costo di un caffè espresso! Un insulto alla miseria, ma finchè ci va gente hanno ragione loro.

02/03/2025: La señora que cubre el área con mesas era extremadamente descortés, desorganizada, sin comunicación alguna con una completa falta de actitud de servicio al cliente. Nos sentimos muy avergonzados por su comportamiento. NUNCA irá allí de nuevo! No sé aquí el nombre, tenía el pelo castaño y una suite azul.

11/04/2025: Terrible welcome! only one waiter is saved. and now that they have redone the place they have also changed the prices first aperitif 10 euros with drink it's enough food now 13 euros if you are not sitting at the table and they give you a drink two chips counted two olives and some peanuts. obviously I will never return very disappointed

29/01/2025: When I'm in the Menaggio area for work it's a good alternative to eat lunch. Kind, nice girls, service a little intermittent but all in all for a business lunch the food is good. Particular, nice environment, if you arrive early you can use the outdoor parking.

02/01/2025: Fama immeritata. Brioche (alcune) buone, ma non alta pasticceria. Panettone classico buono; quello al pistacchio deludente. Personale e titolare poco cortesi. Diciamo che si sono montati la testa e credono di essere il meglio in circolazione… spoiler: no!

30/12/2024: Servizio eccellente, professionale e cortese. Il caffè con schiuma richiesto era perfetto come la qualità del prodotto scelto. Il personale gentile e sorridente.

27/11/2024: I go in to have a coffee with friends. After 20 minutes the lady at the counter shouted to us "we need the table" while one of her colleagues was preparing to clear the table. Rudeness and rudeness are commonplace.

16/02/2025: Il Cassiere che provava ad essere spiritoso sul fatto della mia intolleranza al lattosio, che prima di un volo credo non ci sia da scherzare, muffin ai mirtilli ghiacciato, poca scelta come paste, e oltretutto care visto il rapporto qualità prezzo, cappuccino imbevibile,acquoso e caffè bruciato (neanche montato). Per 13 euro mi aspetto almeno che il barista sappia montare il latte e sopratutto che riempia la tazza! In Italia si mangia benissimo e poi ci s**rdiamo in queste piccolezze sopratutto in aereoporto con i turisti!

07/11/2024: Convenient for a lunch break and a quick breakfast... But often badly organized and a lot of time is wasted, thus making the most of the break. Not exactly cheap prices for a snack bar

29/03/2025: STAY AWAY We sat at the table and I ordered a cappuccino and a coffee. The cappuccino was undrinkable and I asked if they would kindly remake it for me and the answer was: yes if you pay me back, I have never seen such rudeness. Paying 2.50 for a cappuccino at the table is fine but I want it good. The owner told me she uses quality milk...... if this is quality!!!!

19/03/2025: The old woman was very rude and blatantly racist. I looked her in the eyes and said “grazie” multiple times, but she deliberately ignored me. She was clearly trying to make me leave after just 15 minutes, even though I hadn’t even finished my order.

15/03/2025: The environment reflects the name it bears. Upon entering, the owner is already pissed off and repeatedly calls his collaborator, shouting. We sit on our own and the waiter reminds us that the bar will close after half an hour so to hurry 😵‍💫The web reports continuous opening hours but we ignore it. I go to the toilet: dirty, old and poorly maintained. The bathroom door doesn't close. The herbal teas just one per person without choice are delicious. I don't recommend it, there is definitely better, especially in terms of welcome and service.

25/01/2025: Absolutely not. You cannot pay €4.30 for a simple breakfast with croissants and cappuccino consumed at the counter. We weren't even in Switzerland! As an unaware tourist I fell for it, but for the first and last time. What courage!
