06/01/2026: Unfortunately, I have to leave one star. Every now and then I try to return to this pastry shop because, objectively, the products are well-made, leaving aside the rudeness and constant arrogance of the people who work there. I go in and ask for a cappuccino, a ginseng, and a pasticciotto. The girl makes a ginseng cappuccino. I tell her very politely that she made a mistake and that I asked for a cappuccino and a ginseng. They immediately get angry, blaming me for ordering that. I pretend nothing happened and ask her to make me what I asked for again. Her response? "And what do I do with this?" I reply that I don't know and that I would like what I asked for. They do it and make me pay for everything, almost €12 for a cappuccino, a coffee, and a pasticciotto. I'm not a person who clings to the euro, in fact I paid silently and politely left, but having a business too, I would never treat a customer in that manner, among other things having made a mistake, they made me pay for everything, needless to say I will never return, good products but come down from your pedestal ladies

12/10/2025: We first caught the attention of Michelin Guides about this restaurant. Located in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Magnificent views. Excellent tasting menu. Excellent value for money.

27/09/2025: We came to the restaurant for its gourmet evening menu and its reputation, but we were disappointed. The setting was splendid, with the meal on the panoramic terrace and a decent meal with very professional waiters. The biggest problem was the sommelier: a cold welcome, a haughty attitude. When I asked for a sweet white wine as an aperitif, which was on the menu, he told me there wasn't one. When I pointed out that it was on the menu, he replied that it wasn't up to date (!) and that "as an aperitif, we have bubbles" (!). He went back, and I heard him making unflattering remarks about the French and laughing with his colleagues. When we asked for a wine pairing, he told us there wasn't one and that we should only have one glass of white and one of red because the tasting menu included fish and then meat. We had two meat dishes, and the wine pairing and his knowledge of the menu were superb!! We've never received such service from a sommelier in a fine dining restaurant 👎 Poor

27/01/2026: I would have liked to write a positive review but I have to write a negative one, the cake was not up to the expectations we had agreed on, the price went up by 70 euros and they gave a 10 euro discount, the disk that was not supposed to be covered by the cake above could be seen with the naked eye, the sugar paste that no one would eat (in fact it was like that) was thrown away and had to be replaced with colored cream, at the time of delivery it seemed perfect, taking the disk that was not supposed to be seen out of the box and it slipped down to the second shelf ruining the famous sugar paste, overall the dough and filling were good

19/09/2025: Chosen (on recommendation) for a business meeting, I found it to be the ideal place for our needs. Very close to the toll booth, with parking available just steps away. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant, and the outdoor tables offer a peaceful, even bucolic, haven of tranquility, tucked away from the traffic and bustle of downtown. The staff is also very professional and friendly. Perfect. 👍

07/03/2026: Friendly staff, but the food was terrible. We ordered the BBQ ribs, which, besides being dry, tasted only of cumin, and there was no BBQ sauce whatsoever. The cut was tough and the color was unappealing. The side dishes were garlicky salsa verde, good potatoes, and tomatoes made from pure onion. Not recommended.

18/01/2026: Yes, the pizza was good, and the service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere was geared towards large events. Everything was clean! I wasn't exactly thrilled, but I would go again.

08/03/2026: Everything was perfect. We came as a couple and had a bottle of wine with a cheese and cured meat appetizer while playing the board games available. The playlist was great, with a cute and very cozy atmosphere. The staff took great care of us. The bistro is just two steps from the bus that goes back down to Como city. 24/12/2025: 10 euros for two hot teas seems a bit excessive to me... not even in Piazza Duomo in Milan did I spend that much for two cups of tea. Draw your own conclusions...

26/02/2026: Watered-down Spritz, locked in a small, dingy room, and denied access to the usual aperitif platter simply because they're having a "private event." They're not in the industry, but it doesn't take a genius to produce their platter of pizzas, focaccias, and chips. Customer service lacking.

27/02/2026: It's usually very crowded on weekends; on weekdays, you can find a table, and if you ask, they'll serve you at your table. Friendly and friendly staff. Good selection of sandwiches, focaccias, and cakes. They have a menu with first courses.

24/02/2026: The bar is not managed as its location deserves. There is no table service, it is a self-service establishment. A real shame.

09/03/2026: Nice bar right in the center. Our accommodation was in the same building, which was obviously the main reason for coming here. €9 for strong cocktails is reasonable. What's really noteworthy is the generous selection of snacks that come with your drinks; you don't usually get that in Germany. Chips, olives, cookies, nuts, carrots, mini sandwiches, etc. The staff seem a bit grim at first glance, but that impression fades as you go. They also show football on a small TV in a corner of the bar, without disturbing anyone else who doesn't want to hear it. The music is, of course, a matter of taste.

12/07/2025: Good quality food and service, but the decor is bland and tasteless, very kitsch, with plastic tulip-shaped floor lamps and throne-shaped plastic armchairs. Not at all suited to a mountain setting.

27/04/2025: Kind and refined staff, beautiful apartments with all the comforts and everything you need without having to bring everything from home. On site including, own-produced pastry shop, restaurant, bar and supermarket. Ideal for couples and families, among other things with prices affordable for everyone. It will be a destination with a slightly longer holiday and perhaps with the family. Wonderful place between valleys, mountains and flowers, an immersion in nature is good for the heart and soul! We recommend it to everyone! See you soon from Melissa, Massimo and Loco😍 Thank you so much! 80 euros per person for 2 nights, breakfast included!
