12/04/2026: Four years ago, I wrote a great review of this place. Today, however, I have to advise against it! The place is dirty and neglected, the bathrooms disgusting, urine everywhere, total disrepair despite there being no customers, they simply don't clean! There's not even a trace of the delicious piadinas left, they have a banal and sad selection of overpriced sandwiches, overpriced. The aperitifs we had, a fruity soft drink and two spritzes, were half-filled with ice... The serving staff are completely incapable of accommodating the customer, not out of lack of willpower but because they clearly don't have the job. Even the outdoor area, by the lake, has recently been equipped with shabby green plastic chairs, an insult to the beauty of the place. It's a shame, but I really can't put it any other way than: it's disgusting!

11/04/2026: This place, with a magnificent lakeside location, is under new management. The owner was super friendly, and the coffee was excellent. We'll be back for the sandwiches!

28/03/2026: We went with TheFork, a pleasant surprise. The Xander sandwich was super tasty, and the beers were unique. We enjoyed a quiz game with beers as prizes. We'll gladly return. The young and welcoming staff was also friendly.

08/03/2026: The villa and bar are very beautiful. We went on Saturday as a group for the escape room. It was a very powerful experience. You can feel the fear once you're in the escape rooms, and the actors are appropriately scary, and you can tell they know their way around. Some people were really scared, even though we knew it was just a game. Some of the room furnishings, in my opinion, don't fit with the intended atmosphere and seem out of place, but this could be a personal and subjective impression. Escape room games are basically all like this: you find a piece of paper with a puzzle, extract a code to open a padlock that unlocks the next puzzle, and so on. I think the mechanism is a bit confusing, at least at first, when you're surrounded by padlocks and objects, and it makes it difficult to solve the puzzles without asking for help (which, however, was provided when requested). If these small flaws were possible, we would have given it a 4.5, but in the end, the important thing is that the experience was super fun and we had a great evening. Thank you all.

29/04/2026: They could improve the interior design and the cold staff lines. If they invested in improving the interior, they could target a non-local clientele. Strategic location. The food isn't bad, it seems they only want Sri Lankans (Shinhalese and Tamil).

25/04/2026: Poor quality food, reheated, staff who don't speak Italian or even English, and don't even understand it (for an order of 4 dishes for 4 people, we received 2 dishes first, then waited half an hour and asked where the other 2 had gone, they didn't understand and a third one arrived and then, upon request, the last one...) not to be repeated.

09/05/2026: Great place to grab a drink in a vibrant neighborhood. Generous drinks and fast friendly service.

09/01/2026: A lovely, high-quality brewery with a good selection of beers. Typical brewery dishes include sandwiches, burgers, and focaccia. Gluten-free options are available, such as burgers and fries. The cocktails are also excellent. The place and owner are welcoming.

13/01/2026: I just moved to the area. The piadina isn't great, piadina and water are €11, and they don't even take Ticket Restaurant cards. Hopefully, as they say, they'll adjust. The lady at the cash register isn't particularly friendly.

09/04/2026: The place is run-down, the tables, if you can call them that, are dirty, rickety, and unkempt. Never again.

15/02/2026: Located in Oltre il Colle in Val Serina, the pastry shop, in addition to its delicacies, also offers very welcoming apartments equipped with all comforts and panoramic views of the Orobie Alps. Highly recommended. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

03/05/2026: I come to order. Empty croissant? It's not there. Chocolate croissant? We're out of any. Muffins? They're gone. I grab the only thing left, sit at the table, and ten seconds later, they fill the display case with muffins and everything else that was missing. Staff of four: one takes orders, two chat, and another sweeps while customers sit at their tables. Very friendly. I've been going to this place for a long time because I like the chain, but at this location, due to the staff, it's better to choose other better options in the same area.

11/04/2026: I had delicious brioche (really delicious) and a double espresso. The ambiance of the plaza was very relaxing and the service was excellent. Recommend!

15/04/2026: I'm sorry to write this negative review, but I have to for everyone's benefit. Last night, Tuesday, April 14th, I ordered two 600g chickens and ribs. Unfortunately, ALL the food, especially the ribs, didn't have the same aroma, flavor, and tastiness as previous orders, and in my opinion, they were CLEARLY leftovers from the day before, at least, and maybe even more. I don't like waste either, but at least don't charge full price for leftovers and then end up in the trash. Give them to those in need. If this happens again, you'll have lost a customer.

28/03/2026: The chicken was really good, well-cooked, very tender and flavorful, and arrived piping hot. I also tried the spicy one and it was just as good. I gave the service 2 stars only because the food came first and then the drinks, but after asking at least three people, and 15 minutes after the food arrived, the drinks arrived. Same thing for the coffee. Otherwise, the value for money was good; for €18-20 a person, we ate well and a lot.
