01/11/2025: I wanted to book a table on Saturday 1 November, an after dinner but with nibbling something during the EVENING, I was told if you don't have dinner there is no place, if you want to try to come anyway if there is a table it will be given to you... So for dinner there is the table otherwise not... BUT ARE YOU A BREWERY OR RESTAURANT.... ..

09/11/2025: A magnificent spot to while away the time with a glass of wine or a stiff cocktail. There's an excellent wine list and an extensive selection of mixed drinks. The place boasts a wonderful view of the yacht harbor. Highly recommended )

12/10/2025: We first caught the attention of Michelin Guides about this restaurant. Located in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Magnificent views. Excellent tasting menu. Excellent value for money.

27/09/2025: We came to the restaurant for its gourmet evening menu and its reputation, but we were disappointed. The setting was splendid, with the meal on the panoramic terrace and a decent meal with very professional waiters. The biggest problem was the sommelier: a cold welcome, a haughty attitude. When I asked for a sweet white wine as an aperitif, which was on the menu, he told me there wasn't one. When I pointed out that it was on the menu, he replied that it wasn't up to date (!) and that "as an aperitif, we have bubbles" (!). He went back, and I heard him making unflattering remarks about the French and laughing with his colleagues. When we asked for a wine pairing, he told us there wasn't one and that we should only have one glass of white and one of red because the tasting menu included fish and then meat. We had two meat dishes, and the wine pairing and his knowledge of the menu were superb!! We've never received such service from a sommelier in a fine dining restaurant 👎 Poor

26/07/2025: Very good pizza, but very long wait times, and the prices listed on the menu (which are already slightly high) are even higher on the bill. If you point out that they don't match the prices listed, they'll simply tell you they've gone up.

06/11/2025: I made 12km to go there because it says it was open at lunch time but when i arrived i realised it was closed! You should fix these things for your customers…

30/09/2025: I've been frequenting this café for a while now, and I can confidently say it's the best in the area. Besides the wide selection of pastries and the always perfect cappuccino, I highly recommend the avocado toast: truly delicious! The staff is always kind, helpful, and welcoming. It's one of those places where you enjoy going and immediately feel at home. Highly recommended 🔥🔥🔥

24/09/2025: Very good food (kudos to Elisabetta!!) and impeccable service, thanks to the very kind twins (who, however, always use the formal "lei" and can't seem to address you informally 😄😄). The price and cleanliness were also excellent: both in the restaurant and in the bathroom. Thanks girls!!

14/09/2025: This pastry shop offers an overall pleasant experience, thanks to a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant, albeit small, outdoor area that allows for a relaxed and well-contextualized breakfast. The pistachio-filled brioche stood out for its freshness and quality: soft, well-leavened, and with a generous yet balanced filling. The cappuccino experience required a small adjustment: the first preparation, closer to a caffe latte in consistency and milk foaming, was promptly replaced upon kind request. The second cappuccino, while not particularly technically excellent, was adequate and well-made, demonstrating a focus on customer satisfaction. The staff's courtesy in handling the complaint was commendable, with sincere apologies that positively contributed to the perception of the service. The display case was also very well-presented and well-stocked, showcasing the variety of products and immediately conveying an image of quality.

30/09/2025: Since we moved there, we've been there every Sunday. The owner's passion for making and sharing his brioches is spectacular. Excellent ingredients, a wide selection, and ingenuity make the counter never boring or the same. The girls at the counter are always super nice and helpful. Quality coffee and reasonable prices make it truly superb. Without a doubt, the best brioche in Monza and the surrounding area. I do the same job myself and can only compliment it.

21/09/2025: I felt like I was entering a private home. Our entrance evidently annoyed the two waitresses, who were chatting amiably and comfortably, leaning against the counter. We enter, say hello... but no one reciprocates, nor even deigns to look us in the face. When I ask if we could sit down, one of them, with an indifferent grimace and a grunt, barely nods, indicating a table. An unwelcoming attitude that makes her totally unsuitable for the role. I think to myself, the welcome seems truly attentive, cordial, and warm. Consistency reigns supreme at the checkout: I pay, we say hello, and in response, absolute nothingness, broken only by the buzzing of flies. We pity and acknowledge this clear example of a human case, one who lacks the awareness to understand that he cannot do this job: he lacks aptitude, professionalism, and skill. And the most serious thing is precisely the presumption of believing he is capable. So, if you want to feel pampered, go there without delay: they will make you feel truly special!

24/10/2025: Small place with not many tables, good products, and delicious fresh bread. It has a restroom.

10/10/2025: It's a place that needs no description. Their excellent products, the friendly service, and the opportunity to enjoy a good coffee while you buy bread are unmissable.

19/09/2025: Chosen (on recommendation) for a business meeting, I found it to be the ideal place for our needs. Very close to the toll booth, with parking available just steps away. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant, and the outdoor tables offer a peaceful, even bucolic, haven of tranquility, tucked away from the traffic and bustle of downtown. The staff is also very professional and friendly. Perfect. 👍

13/10/2025: Trattoria San Giacomo is the place you find yourself at after you’ve failed to make dinner reservations elsewhere. The wait isn’t too bad. You are in the prettiest part of Bellagio and they offer pillows that you can sit down on as you wait on the stairs. They try their best to accommodate everyone and the staff is very communicative about timing. The food is not great. Perhaps some dishes are good, but overall not great. I decided to keep it simple—I ordered the pasta dish of the day which was a mushroom pasta and the fresh ricotta and spinach ravioli in sage and butter sauce. The pasta dish with mushrooms was so bad that I had them replace it, which they were kind enough to do with no charge. The mushrooms were boiled, tasteless and soggy. The pasta was served with the boiling water it came with, or that’s what I’m assuming as it was clear and bland. The ricotta ravioli on the other hand was good. Good, but not great. This is definitely a restaurant catered to tourists, which is fine. You’re just not going to have a fantastic meal here.

11/10/2025: We waited in line 45 minutes before they opened as you have to or you won’t get a spot, no reservations accepted. They have cushions you can crab and sit on the steps. Inside they play older American music loudly. Wish they had Italian music, would make for a better ambiance. After we were seated inside a little after 7pm it took 15 minutes to take our drink orders then another 15-20 minutes to get our water and coke delivered. We ordered the salad and soup of the day which were fine after we doused them with salt. We ordered the Osso Buco di Vitelo and the Tagliolini with meat sauce. Both were very bland and had no taste, had to douse them with salt. The beef shank was soft and tasted good after seasoning. The pasta was below average even after seasoning, barely any sauce or meat. Over all disappointed with the experience-this is a very hyped up place and not worth the hoops you have to jump through and time to get in here. We hoped for a better experience, but will not be coming back.
