26/04/2025: Con il movimento che c'è nella capitale in questi giorni non si può mica pretendere dagli esercenti un servizio veloce e nemmeno in buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Però uno scontrino almeno... La poverina piazzata a recitare, non senza imbarazzo, questa triste scenetta mi dice: " mi dispiace, il registratore di cassa è fuori uso". "Che sfortuna" dico io " proprio oggi con tutti questi clienti ... vabè, posso pagare con carta?" Lei mi dice:" No, anche il pos è fuori uso". E allora è veramente sfortuna! Ho pensato che stavano rischiando di prendere una bella multa e che forse era il caso di avvisare chi di dovere che non si trattava di evasione fiscale ma solo di una serie di sfortunati inconvenienti tecnici. Di sicuro saranno comprensivi.

30/07/2025: We experienced the same as Jason the other reviewer. We called and called and no one answered so we walked over and there were a number of empty tables. Then we asked for a table for 2. There were a number of tables opened. The first thing they said was do you have a reservation. We responded in Italian we have been calling your number and no one answers. Then the man said in Italian oh no we are full. I am in agreement. This restaurant was recommended by a friend and we live in walking distance I would not waste my time. Go to a place where they welcome you not these people.

30/07/2025: The place is very cute, tastefully decorated with beautiful art on the walls. The food is very simple; nothing special, but for the type of recipe and the small quantity, the prices are high. €8 for a half tomato, €20 for chicken with peppers, €22 for 60 grams of linguine with very little fish. The main problem, I have to say, is the subtle rudeness of the hostess, starting with the phone reservation and continuing throughout the evening; it feels like she's saying you should thank her for dining at her restaurant, which is never a nice thing to do. The guy was very kind and made an excellent wine recommendation. Overall, an okay place, definitely stylish, but I don't think I'll be back.

15/08/2025: We made a reservation for 1:00 PM for four people, and we arrived promptly. The place was half empty (given the time). After ordering raw ham for two, and fried baby octopus for two to share, we ordered four paccheri all'amatriciana with octopus for the first course to simplify the order. After almost an hour, the two appetizers arrived. And after almost an hour, we asked what happened to the first courses. They finally arrived after an hour. As we cleared away the first courses, we asked the waitress to order the second courses. After 20 minutes, she came to take the order, very annoyed and pointing out that it would be late (as if everything had arrived on time up until that point). At that point, we asked for the bill, but she started arguing with my sister, who rightfully put her in her place and role. I don't recommend this place because, in addition to the poor service, they don't know the ingredients. The raw fish was good, but they gave me fried puntillas, commonly called canna eyes, instead of baby octopus. And the octopus amatriciana was made with gigas (a lesser quality) that doesn't have the same flavor or meat. You never know who you're going to have as customers...we work with that stuff all day. I don't recommend this restaurant because it preys on the customer's ignorance and gives them (as they say in Rome) the ONLY thing.

15/08/2025: Lunch on August 15, 2025. Reservations were confirmed 3 or 4 times at their request. However, when we promptly arrived, the waitress warned us it would be a long wait. There were 4 of us, and we all ate at different times because the dishes arrived very staggered (one even took an hour and a half). The first courses were overcooked and salty, and the portions were small. The waiters were rude. The bill was exorbitant.

21/08/2025: Discovered by tasting, friendly and helpful staff. Nice and well-stocked bar, excellent breakfast!

29/07/2025: I have breakfast there almost every morning, and the price isn't exactly the cheapest in the area. However, the quality is top-notch, and the atmosphere is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The service (with a few rare exceptions) is excellent.

03/09/2025: This caffe must NEVER ever close. It is a historical monument of Rome. Everyone must sign the petition to keep the caffe open.

18/08/2025: Located near the Spanish Steps, Caffè Greco is Rome's oldest cafe. Table seating with elaborate Baroque decor. Paintings on the walls. It's said to have been frequented by intellectuals and artists such as Casanova, the legendary playboy, Poets Goethe, Byron, Mendelssohn, and Wagner. The atmosphere was just as wonderful as rumored. I'd like to say I was immersed in history, but it was so hot I was a little dazed. They're famous for their espresso, but it was so hot I had to settle for iced tea. Even so, the atmosphere was dignified and luxurious. The prices were also high-end. 😅 And the restrooms were lovely too. I later learned that the price varies depending on where you sit. Come to think of it, there was a butler-like figure standing where the sofa seats were.

14/04/2025: Andiamo spesso a mangiare in questa pizzeria perchè, come dice il nome stesso, ti senti in famiglia. Didi la proprietaria è gentilissima, sempre disponibile alle mie insolite richieste di aggiunte di ingredienti per la pizza che è ricca , ,grande nelle dimensioni e naturalmente ottima nei sapori. Patatine squisite una porzione vale per due. Se si sceglie il menù fisso inoltre mangi tanto e paghi pochissimo. Consigliato a tutti.

22/02/2025: Pizza casereccia e scrocchierella, una vera bontà. Suppli pazzesco con delle note di caccole messe dalla cameriera. Ve lo consiglio da tutti i punti di vista

19/07/2025: I stopped by with a friend last night for a coffee after dinner (9.30pm), we went in and asked for 2 coffees but unfortunately the lady with the fuchsia hair was very arrogant and told us that the car had already been cleaned, it's not the first time, a bad impression inside the bar if I was the owner and I've been sending her packing for a while. I won't add anything else.

01/07/2025: Very nice and youthful bar, good coffee and also the gastronomy... I give 2 stars for the service, nice but slow staff (first comes their chatter and laughter and then us customers). I often come to the bar mostly for a coffee (it takes 2 minutes max to make it) but every time I wait a long time, today I also wanted a croissant but I gave up because 3 people who were joking didn't hear me and served the gentleman who arrived after me who took what I wanted😢 Advice to the guys: There are dead moments talked about, joked in those moments. Because that way the customers don't come back anymore.

08/03/2025: Per prima cosa ci hanno portato della pasta cruda che avevano fatto senza sale. Dopo, per secondo, ci hanno portato una cotoletta bollente e delle patatine fritte crude. Per me non è approvato

03/07/2025: You can choose whether to eat at the restaurant, served, or at the outdoor tables taking the food at the counter and bringing it yourself, we chose the latter solution. Beautiful view of the lake, good cold cuts

15/06/2025: Absolutely overpriced for the service and quality it offers. Two slices of bread with ham (which I left because it was cut too thick and almost gelatinous) and mozzarella €9. At this price I should have been thrilled by the quality of the products. I can spend €9 for a sandwich but it has to be worth that money. If I had gone to the supermarket I would have spent less and eaten better. If you point out that they are expensive they even get offended. We will not return.
