09/01/2026: A nice little café with a cozy atmosphere. I had a coffee with mini croissants—the coffee was really good, though the chocolate croissant was just average. Overall, it’s a pleasant place for grabbing a coffee and taking a short break.

24/09/2025: The quality of the products is good but the prices are a bit out of line.
20/09/2025: I stopped by this morning, September 19th.
It was around 11:30 a.m.
I wanted to get a dessert. Inside, there was only one customer who was chatting amicably with the girl handing out the bread.
I approached the counter and walked past him, hoping someone would notice me, but nothing...
Since I was the only customer inside, I didn't get a queue ticket.
Meanwhile, I realized that the guy before me was friends with the girl serving the bread, who even wanted to give him the bread in different bags depending on the type he requested. He told her he didn't need it and that they were all for him anyway.
Meanwhile, given the gratuitous chatter, the place began to fill up, and the people crowding in began taking queue numbers, sending them back to the entrance.
After making every possible pleasantry to her friend, the girl serving the bread asked who was next to be served (even though I had been ahead of her for quite a while). A customer (who arrived well after me and stayed well away, near the entrance) slyly shouted, "I have the next number..." Since I was glued to the dessert display case, I calmly explained to the girl that I had been there long before and, since there was no one there, I didn't get a ticket. By now the place must have had another 5 or 6 new customers.
The girl told me that in this case, she would serve those with a number first and then me... At this point, I said okay and left without buying anything.
And with the certainty, moreover, of never returning to that place.
I don't understand how they can let certain staff work with the public... Terrible experience, as I said, I will NEVER go back there AGAIN.

27/07/2026: I hate to leave such a bad review, but honestly, the atmosphere is nice and the breakfast is good, but the people behind the counter aren't very nice; they make you feel like they're tired of being there so early in the morning. I've read other people's reviews, and I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way.

05/06/2026: After visiting the castle, we stopped for lunch. The welcome wasn't the best. When we asked if we wanted something to eat and if we could sit down, they asked us "Restaurant or Bar." A little perplexed, we explained that we wanted lunch, and again, like in the interrogation (Restaurant or Bar?), we finally opted for the restaurant. The prices and quality of the food weren't the best. I had ordered sparkling water, and they brought us still water already opened. We're not picky, but since there were a lot of people passing through, it was all a rough estimate.
04/06/2026: Check the receipt carefully before paying for the desserts and coffee; we were double-charged, €13 more.
Unfortunately, we only realized this later when we did the math, but we were already home.

10/05/2026: We arrive, after an easy day with the girl, at 7 p.m. Ready for the typical piadina, a movie, and then bed sheets. Everything perfect, we check if they're open, they are. We arrive, no one's there. Panicking, we call, no answer. We ask security, but they say they've never been open all day. We have to go to the kebab shop, which obviously uses all the onions in the world, ruining the post-movie experience.
07/05/2026: I loved it so much that I've come back often. The piadinas are very good. I eat vegetarian food. I recommend it. The prices are good, the portions of fries are generous. The location is also worth it, and the staff is friendly.
I'll try it again.

03/08/2025: Pub accogliente nel cuore di Trieste, perfetto per chi cerca una combinazione vincente di hamburger gustosi e ottima birra artigianale. L’offerta di birre è varia e ben curata, con proposte che spaziano dai grandi classici a etichette più particolari e ricercate. Servizio rapido e cordiale, con il titolare sempre pronto a consigliare e condividere la sua passione per la birra. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo: una tappa obbligata se si è in centro a Trieste.
21/02/2025: Di passaggio in zona con un amico decidiamo di fermarci per cena a mangiare un boccone.
Nel locale un freddo boia, tanto da costringerci a stare con il giubbotto a tavola.
Panino mediocre, servito senza un contorno e pagato ben 16€. Alla richiesta poi, di due birre piccole la cameriera si presenta, dopo aver atteso ben oltre 15 minuti, con due birre grandi. Facciamo presente la cosa e, senza neanche un minimo di scuse per l'errore, ci viene indicata la possibilità di sostituire le due birre grandi con due piccole. Ringraziamo e decidiamo di accettare le birre grandi, anche per evitare di sprecare prodotto inutilmente. Al momento del conto costatiamo che ci vengono addebitate correttamente due birre grandi (pure senza un minimo di accettazione della responsabilità del suo errore). Facciamo presente al titolare che accettiamo volentieri di pagare le due birre grandi ma magari, la prossima volta si attenga alla comanda senza costringere un cliente a pagare quanto non richiesto per evitare lo spreco. Non l'avessimo mai fatto: va su tutte le furie imprecando davanti agli altri clienti, sbraitando a voce alta e appellandoci con epiteti che è meglio non ripetere.
Storna dal conto le due birre grandi e ci manda letteralmente a quel paese.
Giudicate voi.

Premetto che non essendo un’amante della solita birra qui ho trovato davvero diverse scelte molto interessanti. Buonissima la loro birra al kren❤️
Personale gentile e alla mano che ti fa sentire a casa.
Panino con la battuta di manzo indimenticabile, la carne si scioglieva in bocca .
Eccezionale il club sandwich ( DA PROVARE ASSOLUTAMENTE)
I fritti molto molto buoni e anche le salse .

21/04/2025: Locale ben curato e personale molto cortese. Prezzi nella norma e ampia offerta gastronomica. Ci siamo solo fermati per un aperitivo rinforzato e posso valutare solo quello ma si possono ordinare anche primi e secondi piatti. Ben assortito il tagliere di mare (baccalà e dentice mantecato, salmone affumicato, alici e morbida focaccia bianca). Unica pecca, forse per la.hiornaya particolare (Pasquetta): parecchi prodotti indicati sul menù non disponibili perché terminati.

10/03/2025: Di ritorno in questo locale dopo alcuni anni mi accorgo che purtroppo la buona impressione ricevuta la primo volta non viene confermata. Si puo' comprendere che due persone ,da sole, tra cucina e "sala" facciano fatica a gestire 5/6 tavoli ma il servizio è lentissimo...se entri con fame rischi di dover chiedere 3 volte il pane prima che arrivi qualcosa in tavola. Abbiamo mangiato un buonissimo primo piatto di gnocchi con gli scampi e due piatti di frittura di calamari molto elastici ...non mi sarei mai aspettato di vedere che gli stessi provengono da una busta del congelatore. Siamo al mare , il periodo è giusto ...se proprio dovete metterli congelati almeno scongelati a dovere e friggeteli come va fatto invece , purtroppo una delusione.
22/12/2024: Luogo perfetto. Ambiente accogliente e retrò, servizio ineccepibile e cibo ottimo. Cozze, pasta al granzoporo,gnocchi agli scampi e tocai. Sorbetto offerto. 56 euro ben spesi. Torneremo!!! Maoooo!

Atteso tanto al banco non perché era pieno, anzi, c’era una ragazza giovane che lo preparava e già una cliente si era lamentata che non era ben amalgamato e se l’era fatta rifare (giustamente) …. Non ricorda assolutamente i tipici frappè, zucchero alla fine, caldo in superficie, poco gusto, caro ! Non ci siamo!
