But they sell alcohol in bottles, what's the logic behind that? We just learned that to enter Slovenia and Croatia you need to have a fire extinguisher in your car...

07/06/2025: In vacanza a Trieste con mio marito in compagnia di amici,ci siamo fermati a bere qualcosa. Personale giovane, simpatico e molto preparato. Ci hanno coccolato e hanno reso il nostro pitstop un momento davvero speciale e divertente. Un saluto speciale a Giulia, una deliziosa ragazza dagli occhi dello stesso colore del mare di Trieste preparata, dinamica e molto attenta . 08/08/2025: I entered, drawn by the elegance of the place, with its meticulous attention to detail, and after ordering a plate of basil gnocchi, I was delighted by the high quality of the food and the kindness of the attentive and meticulous staff. I then decided to indulge in a dessert, the "three-chocolate mousse," which was truly remarkable!!! I must say, it's an experience I highly recommend!

27/05/2025: I just took 3 fried meatballs and 3 breaded eggplants for takeout... The meatballs: the first one had pieces of hard plastic inside one of the pieces of dark meat and the other one was thrown away... The eggplants: the first one completely without salt the second one tasted rotten I think and the third one together with the second one I threw away. Let's hope we don't get sick. I think places like this should close. Obviously one star because zero is not possible.

04/08/2025: I visited the Italian restaurant Risorta with high expectations, but unfortunately, the reality was far from perfect. Despite the elegant decor, views of the bay, and friendly service, the dishes didn't live up to expectations, either in taste or portion sizes. The dishes were mediocre, lacking the intensity and freshness one would expect from Italian cuisine. Furthermore, the portions were surprisingly small, and the prices were definitely inflated for the quality offered. The baked potatoes, such a simple side dish, were disgusting! I felt like I was paying primarily for the location and decor, not the food itself. I paid €250, and no one was satisfied. It's a shame, because I was hoping for a true Italian feast. Don't eat there!

03/08/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this splendid seafood restaurant overlooking the sea, immersed in a relaxing atmosphere with meticulous attention to detail. But it's the food that truly made the experience special. Every dish served was a triumph of freshness, authentic flavors, and elegant presentation. The attention to quality and seasonality of the ingredients is clearly evident, as is the skill and passion of the kitchen. The staff was impeccable: friendly, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. A special mention goes to young Marco, a truly talented waiter: polite, kind, always smiling, and available. His friendliness made our evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent seafood in a unique and relaxing setting. We'll definitely be back! .
