06/12/2025: My son had been pestering me for a week. Then I gave in: "Let's go to Tormento, son." From the name, I was about to brace myself for the arrival of instant Maalox right after the first bite, but... the packet of Maalox remained untouched. The sandwiches are tasty, large, well-filled, and above all, greasy enough that you're forced to juggle the napkin to save your jeans from painful stains for your wallet. The skill of some of the patrons in avoiding tormenting drips is commendable. The people at the tables are calm, and in this day and age, that's not to be taken lightly. The waiter doesn't even think about technology. He's equipped with a notepad and pen, and with these alone, he takes your order without hesitation. The environment is simple and without the glassware of the Cracco Restaurant it makes it even more pleasant. However, I believe that in the kitchen there is a lady who knows how to do her job well and who loves it and I imagine her with a smile just like Sora Lella's.

19/03/2026: Post-graduation aperitif with two of our engineering friends. Large and welcoming place, the owner friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

05/11/2025: Small truck parking lot, at 5 pm there are no more places, toilets... acceptable, there is also a shower and a washing machine and dryer

31/10/2025: If you manage to stay at 45, there's a good hot shower, a decent toilet, and a 20-minute walk to the sea. There's a room with a washing machine (10 euros) and coffee makers for 1 euro. My colleagues might be unlucky, but they always gave me the keys to the shower in exchange for an ID card.

13/12/2025: The best café in the area, no doubt about it. Good music, good service, very good coffee, and very good food products like croissants and sandwiches. A good place for an aperitif, a nice terrace, and good conversation. It's also important to note that they have soy milk and a wide variety of Lindt and other chocolates, but the most important mention goes to the music—always quality, varied, and tasteful. GOOD EVERYTHING! More than professional service and always attention to detail, even the coffees. The most beautiful coffees I've ever been served...

04/01/2026: Terrible, I think that's the right word. It's a shame I can't give it fewer stars. At the entrance, we found a person who "manages bar admissions." We were told to wait outside, a 20-minute "queue" when the place was full of free tables... once we entered, no one came to take our order for another 15 minutes. Once we arrived, the menu included toasted sandwiches, filled sandwiches, Margherita pizza, and stuffed pizza. We wanted a toasted sandwich, which wasn't available, so we ordered a stuffed sandwich and were told "we can't make that," so a slice of Margherita pizza—"Oh, we can't," only stuffed pizza. Topped with what? Who knows, because the girl at the bakery makes random trays, so the toppings will be a surprise, they told us. This happened to us, but everyone at the other tables complained, and other tables got up and left. If you don't know how to work, you can avoid it. The only saving grace is the location, which is by the sea and is objectively beautiful. Otherwise, this is a place I will never return to in my life and I won't recommend to anyone.

10/12/2025: Beautiful atmosphere and good products. We bought Presnitz and Putizza and had breakfast there. The bakery is lovely.

01/12/2025: I ordered delivery this evening and asked for a change by calling the restaurant directly because they wouldn't let me do it via the app. They were really kind on the phone and the pizza was really excellent.

10/10/2025: As a Neapolitan and pizza lover, I can say that the food here is truly delicious. The pizza by the slice is also worth it. I recommend it...5 stars!!!

10/03/2026: Home delivery. Ordered twice. The first time was an hour late. The second time was half an hour late, even though I called at 6 PM when they opened. Pizzeria with good ingredients. The dough didn't rise much, as it's very thirsty. Price was reasonable. Overall, decent, except for the service.

11/01/2026: The pizzas are delicious, but if we order a "bufalina," we expect a "margherita with buffalo mozzarella"... But no. Pizza with shaved parmesan and arugula. I even called back, and they told me this is the "bufalina." 😂😂 It takes a lot of courage to run a pizzeria.

13/03/2026: Was there last week. Lost my phone but the worker named Lucia kindly returned it to me, really thankful. Food is good and the location is nice. :)

03/03/2026: The food tastes the same as anywhere else, so nothing to complain about. Very crowded and chaotic place. Rude and annoyed staff. Extra condiments were paid for and not put in the takeaway bag (now also chargeable).

24/02/2026: Our favorite place, we feel at home here. A welcoming and very well-kept place. The staff—there's no word to describe it—are attentive to every request, friendly, kind, and above all, always smiling. The cuisine is special, with fresh seafood, and it shows in every dish the chef prepares. A wide selection of wines, from local classics to those from beyond the region. The bar is well-stocked with every spirit. I recommend going because your taste buds deserve it.

22/02/2026: The atmosphere was lovely, and both terraces overlooked their respective harbors: the local harbor and the industrial port. The food was good (after a 1.5-hour wait, it tasted great!), and the antipasto platter was excellent. I didn't realize that in Italy, one of two glasses of wine could be undrinkable and the next not very good. The service was okay, not impolite, but a bit rough around the edges – perhaps the local culture has rubbed off on them.

09/01/2026: A nice little café with a cozy atmosphere. I had a coffee with mini croissants—the coffee was really good, though the chocolate croissant was just average. Overall, it’s a pleasant place for grabbing a coffee and taking a short break.

02/02/2026: Unfortunately, a big disappointment. I ordered a chocolate cake, and it arrived topped with mint - even though I'm allergic to mint. Completely irresponsible and dangerous. The panna cotta was served with peanut butter, which makes absolutely no sense and ruined the dessert. The flavor combinations are random and thoughtless. 4 such cakes and two espressos, €56

26/01/2026: Decided to drop in for a Cappuccino and a treat. The reason is this place is named after my father Harry. Anyway, service was excellent, treat delicious, Cappuccino was wonderful. But of course we can't make a habit of it as it's a bit above our price range which we expected. Great relaxing experience.
