Although the coffee was good and the selection of cakes, cookies and other sweets was so great that we couldn't decide what to get, the whole good impression was spoiled by the staff who seemed unhappy about having to serve us.

Excellent coffee, and the desserts are really good too.

Today, a clerk at the coffee counter, the most made-up and snobbish of all, I politely asked her for a pizza to go after drinking a coffee, but she listened to me without answering and turned to other customers who came after me to serve them coffee and croissants, completely ignoring me. She knows that I've been a customer for many years and come every Saturday morning for breakfast since I live in the area. I had to wait for a very kind male colleague to arrive, and he served me immediately. The food is excellent, 7 stars overall, but some young clerks don't understand that kindness is part of the service. This clerk surpasses them all because she knows how to be rude with a lot of class!!

Federico made two delicious coffees, and is always kind and helpful. I highly recommend him.
