17/02/2026: The Croce di Malta restaurant in the heart of Parma was a delightful rediscovery. It's a historic venue, but for various reasons, it had been a long time since I'd been there.
The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for a quiet dinner or a relaxing lunch. The food exceeds every expectation: the quality of the ingredients is excellent, and each dish is prepared with care and skill. The menu offers a refined selection that satisfies the most discerning palates, from traditional flavors to more innovative options. I recommend the ribollita and the rabbit tuna. The service is impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. A culinary experience I highly recommend! I'll be back soon!
19/12/2025: I can't say I had a bad meal, but the mixed cured meats appetizer with mortadella was anything but! At that price, I would have preferred a more "noble" cured meat! Roast beef was good, but served too cold; I would have preferred it lukewarm or at least room temperature!

24/11/2025: I gave it only one star for a very specific reason: I clearly saw the food service worker handling the piadinas without wearing gloves, as required by law. He picked up and stuffed the speck slices into my piadina with his bare hands, in defiance of hygiene and food service regulations!

15/02/2026: I've been here three times now, and everytime it’s such a lovely experience. Everyone is incredibly nice, and the food is just tasty. I haven’t tried anything here that wasn’t. It’s really the perfect spot to pick up something for a quiet breakfast. The prices are good and fair. Should I ever return to Parma, this is definitely one of the spots I'd visit again.

29/06/2025: Materie prime buone e un bel bar spazioso,pulito e si sta bene,unica pecca per quanto mi riguarda un po' troppo lento il servizio anche se di sabato e c'era parecchia gente,aspettare 25/ 30 minuti per dei cornetti già pronti e per la preparazione di tre cappuccini mi sembra un po' troppo....

22/01/2026: I went on August 14, 2025 and I had a great time, excellent food, friendly and helpful owner and more than fair price, of course you are in Schia not in Courmayeur and therefore you also have to adapt to the place, who is not comfortable and gives one star can also stay at home I would like to see what they eat at home LIDL cans.

13/03/2026: What can I say? I recently discovered this little study corner, and I have to say I'm always happy to come because it's a clean space, with plenty of outlets, where you can study in peace.
The staff is very attentive and always ready to offer advice.
25/02/2026: I'm a girl who goes to study there very often and I have to say the environment is very clean. The last time I tried the matcha with cold soy milk and I fell in love with it ☺️.

15/06/2025: Seit Jahren fahren wir immer in die Toscana an Parma vorbei. Dieses Mal haben wir einen Halt gemacht und das Städtchen erkundet. Es lohnt sich wirklich. In einer Gasse, abseits des Touristenstroms haben wir das Artaj entdeckt. Es hat eine kleine Terrasse entlang der Strasse mut ein paar Plätzen im Freien. Das Essen ist lokal, traditionell, hervorragend gekocht und schön angerichtet. Alles schmeckt vorzüglich von den Antipasti, den Vorspeisen bis zum Hauptgang. Das junge Team ist sehr freundlich und toral engagiert. Die Gäste sind mehrheitlich Einheimische. Ein kleiner Geheimtipp!
05/06/2025: Servizio lento e non così solerte (se non sei un amico o un habitué…) Menú limitato e non particolarmente “appetitoso”. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non adeguato. Mi dispiace, il dehors è molto carino e la delusione è stata tanta.

18/10/2023: Nell'ultimo anno è un pò calato l'entusiasmo di una piadina. Forse perché non sono più belle piene come una volta. Però costano anche sui 9 euro o più. Almeno fossero piene .
