17/01/2026: Dinner with generous, excellent-quality dishes; two factors that more than justify the price. Those who complain about the high prices fail to appreciate the true value of the quality of the dishes served. Exceptional beer. Very courteous and fast service. The only flaw is the annoying reverberation, caused by poorly trained technicians who didn't recommend soundproofing materials like raw clay during the renovation.

13/01/2026: It's not the first time I've been completely ignored by the bartender upon entering: maybe it's just happened to me, I don't know, but sitting down and not knowing whether you'll be served at your table or if you'll have to go to the counter to order until you get there is unpleasant... I'm sorry, but this is my personal experience.

24/11/2025: I gave it only one star for a very specific reason: I clearly saw the food service worker handling the piadinas without wearing gloves, as required by law. He picked up and stuffed the speck slices into my piadina with his bare hands, in defiance of hygiene and food service regulations!
01/10/2025: The place has a very rustic atmosphere, with an open kitchen. The piadina tastes good, but its composition is a bit sloppy: it's folded haphazardly, and many of the ingredients end up falling out, leaving only the empty piadina in some places. It's possible to have it exchanged, but for such minor defects, it doesn't make much sense. With a little more attention to detail, it could be truly excellent.

27/10/2025: I had a coffee and some pastries here. The coffee was good, but the pastries I tried weren't that good. The violet one had a very strange flavor, perhaps the wrong pairing. The hazelnut cream puffs were good. They're undoubtedly fresh and the ingredients are excellent, but the pastries I tried a few years ago left a different impression.

20/12/2025: Avoid this place – it is NOT an Italian bar.
Very disappointing experience. The coffee is not properly made by a barista but prepared by machines, resulting in extremely poor quality. The croissants are industrial and tasteless.
Honestly, this was the worst coffee I’ve ever had in Italy. Not recommended.
18/12/2025: The amenities are okay, the space to work on a computer is convenient, and the student discount is appreciated.
However, the atmosphere is terrible, with people lying on the floor in the upstairs lounge and a very unpleasant smell.

19/08/2025: I give everything 5 stars because, like everything, it needs to be put into context. The staff is friendly, the food is good, and the price is excellent. When you go to Schiaparelli, you can't expect the same comforts as in the city center. I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't take pictures of their food, but eats it.
30/06/2025: Sunday afternoon in late June, 5 pm. The fridge is empty, so no ice cream, and nothing sweet or savory in the display case. Just chips in small bags. The drinks fridge is half-empty. I'll only go back if I'm not hungry, and only for a coffee or cappuccino.

15/06/2025: Seit Jahren fahren wir immer in die Toscana an Parma vorbei. Dieses Mal haben wir einen Halt gemacht und das Städtchen erkundet. Es lohnt sich wirklich. In einer Gasse, abseits des Touristenstroms haben wir das Artaj entdeckt. Es hat eine kleine Terrasse entlang der Strasse mut ein paar Plätzen im Freien. Das Essen ist lokal, traditionell, hervorragend gekocht und schön angerichtet. Alles schmeckt vorzüglich von den Antipasti, den Vorspeisen bis zum Hauptgang. Das junge Team ist sehr freundlich und toral engagiert. Die Gäste sind mehrheitlich Einheimische. Ein kleiner Geheimtipp!
05/06/2025: Servizio lento e non così solerte (se non sei un amico o un habitué…) Menú limitato e non particolarmente “appetitoso”. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non adeguato. Mi dispiace, il dehors è molto carino e la delusione è stata tanta.
