26/03/2024: Excellent horse pesto sandwiches, top quality wines and kindness to the nth degree. We have a small dog and without asking they brought us a bowl for water. Nice place but above all clean. I recommend to everyone

29/11/2023: Ero qua di passaggio per le cure termali. Il locale è proprio in prossimità dello stabilimento termale, quindi ci siamo fermati per una colazione. Come primo impatto, già dalla porta bianca( che bianca non è più) ci è sembrato che l’igiene non sia il loro punto di forza. Infatti tutto il locale lascia a desiderare. A parte questo, il personale è gentile, la pasticceria buona ed anche la caffetteria

07/04/2024: Yesterday my boyfriend and I stopped at this bar to have two lattes. They were really burnt and the taste was terrible; we then ask for two glasses of water. I see on the receipt that you made us pay 0.70 cents each, without first notifying us or offering to buy a bottle of water. I found this rude and unfair, especially as the coffee was undrinkable.

05/04/2024: Good bruoches, old style place but that's not important. First day I go and eat an excellent brioche (I order brioche cappuccino and freshly squeezed juice but they forget the freshly squeezed juice... it doesn't matter) I come back the next day, it's 7:28 And they tell me we are closed with the place open but with tables to be placed outside Evidently they don't want to have customers, with all the bars in Parma being treated as if you arrived at 6 in the morning is truly embarrassing. 5 stars until yesterday Today 1 Typical example of a place with terrible service (slow, confused, inattentive) but very good products

14/09/2023: Locale con distesa estiva in una piazzetta e tra le case in pietra; stupenda. Menù con poche alternative, alcune cose ordinate mancavano, però la cameriera lo ha comunicato in modo talmente gentile e garbato che non è stato un problema scegliere altro. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e gli ingredienti erano tutti di qualità. Bravi !!

26/12/2023: With family and friends we decided to have Christmas lunch at Malaspina, with regret I can say that this was our first and most likely last experience... Fixed price €60 with drinks included and live music: not bad on paper considering that the menu consisted of starters with salami and focaccia, cod meatballs and octopus soup, 2 first courses with artichoke and shrimp lasagna and yellow risotto with sausage , a second course with roast with mashed potatoes and chestnuts, 2 desserts and coffee. Children's menu €30: a little expensive considering a plate of pasta with tomato sauce, cutlet with potatoes.. Premise...there must have been at least 200 diners in our room alone, plus another smaller room, so there were really a lot of us. When booking, a deposit of €20 per person was rightly requested, refundable up to 7 days before Christmas. Upon arrival, before starting lunch, you obligatorily had to pay the bill otherwise they wouldn't start serving you: understandable because the crafty people who go out with an excuse and don't pay are often there... We start lunch around 12.30 with the starters, which in my opinion are good, after which the problems begin... 45 minutes to serve the lasagna, unfortunately very unappealing (see photo). After a wait of 55 minutes the risotto arrived... it turned out to be the best dish. The problem is that it was 3pm and we were still eating the first one.. After another hour of waiting the second course arrives...unfortunately the puree was so acidic that it made the entire course inedible, having been served together. At this point some diners abandoned their tables and left both because of the food but also because the service was too slow. The restaurant manager went around the tables apologizing and tried to make up for it by bringing cheeses that were not on the menu. Finally around 5.30pm we manage to conclude the lunch, which has now become a wedding, with a slice of chocolate panettone or panettone with cream and coffee. The live music consisted of a singer and a musician, with 70s/80s/90s revivals. Something probably happened in the kitchen that caused all these unexpected events, the waiters did their best to limit the damage, but the experience was not good. I hope it was an isolated case because the structure is beautiful and has a lot of potential.

29/10/2023: .. the very kind owner.... we arrived soaking wet and she turned on the stove for us.. it's not really the classic tavern.. it's better to book and say what you're eating.. even 30 minutes before.. and follow the innkeeper's advice .. so as not to wait too long!! few dishes but excellent and authentic!!! It's a shame that there weren't any cured meats as a starter...and for the type of place I would have asked for some homemade dry cake and coffee with mocha!!

28/10/2023: Un posto meraviglioso... Sapori unici cucinati sul momento con materia prima a Km 0 e di altissima qualità. Ambiente familiiare e servizio molto cortese. Complimenti torneremo sicuramente!

30/03/2024: Sometimes I'm passing and stop b for coffee or lunch. the quality of the food is not bad. but in my opinion, the staff needs to be changed, since the girls are not always in the mood and do not answer politely. I don't think I'll return to this place again
