01/03/2026: We visited only for aperitivo; they have a good selection of spirits, something some might overlook but is actually very important. We had six different cocktails, three each, and all were well-executed. Just the right amount of ice (which blocks the drink and keeps it cold), very balanced (the recipes are therefore adhered to), and not overdiluted. The appetizers aren't limited to chips and peanuts, but a nice platter with a little bit of everything, all of good quality. The total cost was absolutely in line with what we were served.

13/04/2026: A great place for our large group of friends in Bologna to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. We wanted something easy so we wouldn't spend too much time at the table, but still tasty, and we were satisfied! The service was quick, unexpectedly so given the number of diners, so much so that the appetizers arrived almost immediately after we ordered. They were delicious, too: the tigelle and crescentine, the various cured meats, and the fried tortellini... but what really thrilled me was the cheese plate with its toppings, absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the various tagliatelle, lasagna, tortellini in broth, and cotolette alla Bolognese... all washed down with a nice Lambrusco! The desserts were also good, and the price was reasonable for what we ate and drank. Perhaps the worst part was that we celebrated a bit noisily, and I apologize to the staff, who were otherwise very kind. One last note: The restaurant, along with many others, is located inside the Mercato delle Erbe, right in the city center. It's very convenient and has an informal and original atmosphere. What can I say... a perfect choice!

13/04/2026: Crescentine far exceeded my expectations; ordering the cheese and mixed cheese platter, I was able to see some dishes and combinations of ingredients that strike the perfect balance between tradition and experimentation in Bolognese cuisine. A note of praise is that due to internal misunderstandings, I had asked to cancel a dish; they gave it to me anyway, but they offered it to me instead, a gentlemanly gesture that's hard to find these days. (…Plus, I'd forgotten a personal item, and the staff was incredibly kind.)

07/04/2026: Just happened to pass by while looking for a place to have dinner, and I’m really glad I found this spot. We were promptly attended to and shown to an available table. The menu is clear, and you can even see how the dishes look online. The quality-to-price ratio is very reasonable. A great place to enjoy cappelletti.

12/04/2026: I strongly suggest that the head waiter be less sensitive about the people who come in. Even if the people who come in and sit down aren't dressed in suits, that doesn't mean they can't afford to dine in the restaurant she manages. It would be great if she paid more attention to the dirty dishes on the table. Aside from her, the rest of the staff is friendly and professional.

03/04/2026: Definitely a bad pizza; the dough was gooey and stringy, the tomatoes were okay. Each ingredient was on a separate slice, so sometimes you're just eating eggplant, sometimes just cold cuts. The seafood was great. The service was average, except for a pleasant blond waiter with a mustache and excellent English. The rest clearly don't tolerate tourists.

Possibility of sitting down for a hot chocolate or an aperitif, or for lunch, since there are ready meals, fresh, for example: cutlet and vegetables or roast beef and side dish. Dehors for being outdoors and for smokers.

16/03/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I discovered Bar Pasticceria Venezia almost by chance and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. It’s the kind of authentic Italian pastry shop where you stop for a quick coffee and end up staying longer because the atmosphere is so welcoming. I had a coffee and a few pastries, and everything was fresh and delicious. The display is full of beautiful cakes and traditional Italian sweets – from cream-filled pastries to classic desserts. You can really feel the tradition and passion behind the products. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the place has that genuine neighborhood bar feeling where locals come for their daily coffee and breakfast. If you are in Bologna and want a good coffee and authentic Italian pastries, this is definitely a place worth stopping by. ☕🥐

09/10/2025: Very nice and welcoming bar/café. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The girls are always courteous and smiling. It's becoming a pleasant daily habit to have coffee almost every morning.

24/07/2025: I came in on the morning of July 23, 2023, after a twenty-year absence. I had a full breakfast. I found a simple atmosphere and fresh pastries. The cured meats are unusual and not my cup of tea. I assume the manager speaks English. Tables are outside.

24/03/2026: Truly an institution in Bologna; I've been going there for 50 years! One of the very few places left where you can grab a bite to eat without getting robbed. I had the pizza bianca with broccoli rabe, which was excellent, and a properly cold Coke. The salad from last time was also good. The staff is young and friendly, but they need to learn how to avoid constantly walking with their eyes fixed on the ground, otherwise getting attention to order becomes difficult.

09/03/2026: €9.60 for a small bottle of water and four disgusting frozen chicken nuggets, which were delivered after 45 minutes. Nothing more to add.
