15/06/2024: I sat at Caffè di Armani and experienced courteous and professional service, excellent coffee quality, wide choice and lots of tranquility. the prices are from Galleria Cavour, but we know it and I know it does. Touristy. No, I would advise tourists to avoid Galleria Cavour, and enjoy Bologna, if they then want to take a walk to admire the luxury then ok.

30/11/2024: The cake was good but the coffee and cappuccino tasted burnt. The lady at the checkout was very rude, replying "how hard, you're making me waste two hours" (even though there was no queue) to the request to pay separately and with pos. If paying is a problem, next time I'll go out without it.

07/08/2024: refreshment point for breakfast or snack. I had a cranberry juice and a mango donut. Not particularly tasty, tending towards a weak flavour. The juice disappointed me a little, perhaps too similar to a juice diluted a lot with water. However, the croissants are good enough, like the savory salmon bagels, for a quick lunch break.

04/08/2024: Place that has potential because both the food and drinks are good and they also have vegan options. Too bad the staff is incompetent and doesn't even know how to tell if something is vegan.

14/04/2024: I went for an evening that seemed to be super interesting and included various activities including a buffet that was supposed to start at 7pm!!!!! a talk that was supposed to start at 8pm and a fashion show at 9.30pm. unfortunately none of this happened in the two and a half hours that my friends and I sat down when we also went to ask the bartender around 8pm if the buffet would start and we were dismissed with a "it will start soon", obviously not it was true. absurd disorganization.

30/11/2024: Questa mattina passavo di qui e ho voluto provare questo bar davanti al quale sono passato per sessant'anni senza mai metterci piedi. E' uno di quei locali che non definirei vintage, ma solo "vecchio" nello stile e nell'arredo ed è un peccato che in quella posizione del centro della città ci siano ancora locali così. Il servizio è tipico di quei locali con molti avventori di passaggio e pochi clienti affezionati, ovvero è anonimo e impersonale. Il caffè è nella media, come il suo prezzo, nulla di memorabile.

30/07/2024: We choosed Lasagne, Tortellini and Ragú alla Bolognese and all were delicious but the Ragú and espacially the Tagliatelle were superb. The Service is very kind and the prices are good. Please taste the Oil too, its great.

27/07/2024: Carte non conforme la moitié des plats affichés ne sont pas présent sur la carte nous mangions pas de viande nous demandions des plats sans viandes et elle a servi à mon fils un plat de pâtes avec viande Salade infecte et chaude sans aucun assaisonnement nous avons laissé nos plats, payer et nous somme allés dans un autre restaurant sans compter de la saleté et le non accueil du personnel. À FUIR !!!

22/07/2024: Reasonable food for the price. Located far from the tourist center (18 min) in a quiet area by day, and lively at night 🌃. The waiter Miguel served us very well.

17/11/2024: Courteous staff. Sunday morning a bit of chaos but the food was very good

20/10/2024: We went to this cafe for breakfast. Good coffee and cappuccino. The service to forget. While sitting at the table, I ask what's salty in them and they can't tell me the filling, but so far no problem. They bring me a filled pastry, cold and not crunchy, to which I ask if they can kindly reheat it. The waitress replies that they can't because they have a lot of work, there's so much raw food inside. To my shocked face, in the end he reluctantly takes the plate away and after a while he comes back, throws the heated pastry on the table, underlining that luckily they had succeeded. The food is normal, even the reheated pastry was still good, the service was terrible. I won't be returning.

27/04/2024: Il Circolo turned out to be a circus on wheels. The place opens whenever it wants. I tried to visit it twice (on Tuesday and Friday), and each time it was closed after 6 p.m. However, it was randomly opened first thing in the morning on a national holiday, but then I had other plans. So I didn't play in Carcassone in Italy :(((
