03/01/2025: It is a historic bar in San Ruffillo, the owner is kind and very nice and the employees are all very kind, professional and helpful. 4 stars more than deserved, now that they have renovated the tobacconist it is even more beautiful. Really good!!

02/02/2025: I don't usually leave reviews, but I was honestly sorry for the "mockery". My boyfriend, for my birthday, booked a cake with raspberries and coconut. Until the end and until delivery it was sold as a raspberry and coconut cake. But unfortunately, upon opening and tasting it, the coconut was non-existent. These are sugary, I honestly don't dare to know what coconut you know. I would have preferred a little more sincerity and respect, the young age does not justify such rudeness considering that the cake was paid for.

01/02/2025: Non sono solita lasciare recensioni, ma sinceramente mi è dispiaciuta la “presa in giro”. Il mio ragazzo, per il mio compleanno, ha prenotato una torta con lamponi e cocco. Fino alla fine e fino alla consegna è stata venduta come una torta con lamponi e cocco. Ma purtroppo, all’apertura e all’assaggio, il cocco era inesistente. Questi sono zuccherini, sinceramente non oso sapere che cocco conoscete voi. Avrei preferito un pochino più di sincerità e rispetto, la giovane età non giustifica tale scortesie considerando che la torta è stata pagata.

12/02/2025: Avoid this place, especially if you are a (international) student. My friends and I were heading towards this cafe, hoping for a relaxing afternoon. Nevertheless, as soon as we sat down, a waiter started speaking to us in a very rude tone because, according to him, we were occupying space as we were sitting there while only having ordered one cup of coffee and a croissant (despite the fact that the bar was half empty). Soon after, the manager approached us and started speaking to my friend in a very demeaning way, calling her badly mannered despite absolutely no impolite behavior from her part. If you don't appreciate a customer's behavior, it would be preferable to point that out before they have sat down and paid for their order.

23/09/2024: Note: edited I have been to this bakery several times and really liked it. Unfortunately the lady shouted at me because I parked a mobike in front of the shop (not in front of the entrance but between one door and another). The app gave me parking exactly at that number, I explained it to him and he continued yelling at me. The parking lot /was not marked as mobike parking/ and there was a car instead of bikes, so I couldn't have parked it even if I had known. I wasn't blocking the entrance and would have moved her if she had simply asked without yelling. You cannot know what a person is feeling or their disabilities, and an encounter like this is destabilizing for everyone. You have lost a customer.

09/03/2025: Arriving at the cash register, my guest asked for a toilet, I was making the POS payment, which for technical reasons wasn't working, and before saying it was the bartender says to her colleague: "wait and tell her where the card goes wrong!!" SHAMEFUL! THE BATHROOM IN A BAR, AS A PUBLIC PLACE, MUST ALWAYS BE GUARANTEED EVEN WITHOUT CONSUMPTION!!!!! Which then didn't happen, as I was in payment, then paid in cash. Also delay in service

27/02/2025: Lazy and distracted staff, I ask for soy milk and they make it normal... thank goodness I noticed. Never again.

15/03/2025: I ordered a cake...when I picked it up it didn't look like a pastry shop cake but homemade (little attention to detail). If they had recommended a different type I would have chosen something else with the certainty of having a better cake! The staff is unhelpful. I don't recommend it.

12/03/2025: Undoubtedly one of the best pastry shops in Bologna, artfully made desserts, especially those of the Neapolitan tradition. Excellent coffee for a breakfast that is always at the top

17/02/2025: I tried a mango smoothie but mine was served half frozen. Ummhhmm... not what I expected. Probably they are made with frozen pulp and frozen fruit juice... and if this is the case, it is far different from just-sliced mixed/pressed fresh fruit.

22/02/2025: We stopped for two hot teas and some biscuits. The teas were decent, while the biscuits didn't particularly impress us. The total bill was €17, a slightly excessive price, especially considering the biscuits cost €1.50 each.

03/02/2025: Finally, I managed to get a drink, despite having been there I don't know how many times... and I must say, I felt at ease, really comfortable... and the food was really excellent, not to mention the kindness of the girls.

16/02/2025: Stopped here for a coffee and a croissant before heading to a course. Your perfect neighbourhood cafe that serves simple pastries and coffee. No fuss place where all the locals seem to go in the area. The service was fast and friendly, food was decent and overall a nice buzzing atmosphere. Definitely recommended if you’re in the area.

12/03/2025: pessimo peccato che non si può dare meno di zero,capisco che siamo in centro bologna ma é inaccettabile 35,50€ per due cappucci soia tre brioche e caffè soia inaccettabile prezzi altissimo bagni non puliti sporchi e il coso per asciugare non andava non ve lo consiglio!

01/03/2025: Bibite (io ho preso un centrifugato) passabili, panini estremamente deludenti. Aperitivo banale e non di qualità. Quanto però mi ha profondamente indignata è stato il bagno, sporco, trasandatissimo. Allego foto perché difficilmente ho visto di peggio. Ho pensato con nostalgia a quando ci andai con mia madre molti anni fa durante lo shopping per il mio vestito da sposa.

They have a menu of signs with the prices at the entrance and when they charge you they are more expensive. You greet happily and try to be friendly and the man and the girl were quite curt and curt, the treatment is a bit rude.
