13/09/2025: I ordered two croissants with two different flavors, they were completely empty and it's the second time this has happened.

09/08/2025: We went for breakfast and asked to sit in the upstairs room. The rude girl replied, "Oh no, there are only four waitresses and it's hot." We took our order and went to another bar where courtesy towards the customer was the foundation of everything. Never again. :)

02/11/2025: We celebrated our graduation here and everything was perfect! The place is perfect for an aperitif with friends: a welcoming atmosphere and excellent appetizers. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Mr. Fabio, who made us feel welcomed... Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion in a pleasant and well-organized setting!

14/09/2025: The price is questionable for two spritzes and a small bottle of water, but considering the quality of the two spritzes, it's passable because they're delicious with the appetizers. The owner is very kind and friendly, but unfortunately, I'm not from Ravenna 😟

26/07/2025: Bar da foto, non da colazione. Le paste sembrano gioielli da vetrina: lucide, perfette per una foto da mettere in Instagram . Ho preso un pan suisse con crema, dal gusto del giorno prima , perfetta solo se vuoi testare quanto a lungo puoi sopportare la nausea. 2 paste 2 cappucci (di cui uno doppio). Totale: 13,20€. Più che colazione, una tassa o un bar per accalappiare i turisti.

15/07/2025: colazione al bar di 10 minuti 1 caffè lungo, 1 cappuccino, 1 croissant lampone, 1 treccia con crema 12 EURO e 60 cents Mi sembra "leggermente" esagerato per un bar

02/09/2025: The place is aesthetically stunning, the food is good, but the staff is inattentive and a bit sparse. My friend Elisa and I asked for a hot drink, but the guy gave us cold ones. Plus, the guy gave the wrong change, wasting 10 cents. Overall, it's okay, I give it an 8. They simply need to hire people who are willing to work and put in the effort.

19/08/2025: I give everything 5 stars because, like everything, it needs to be put into context. The staff is friendly, the food is good, and the price is excellent. When you go to Schiaparelli, you can't expect the same comforts as in the city center. I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't take pictures of their food, but eats it.

30/06/2025: Sunday afternoon at the end of June, 5:00 p.m. The fridge is unused, so no ice cream, nothing sweet in the display case, not even savory. Only chips in small bags. The drinks fridge is half empty. I will return only if I am not hungry, only for a coffee or a cappuccino.

12/10/2025: A traumatic experience. We went in one morning for a simple breakfast and found ourselves faced with a surreal scene: a man at the counter, presumably the owner (white hair), yelling at and humiliating the waiters in front of all the customers. Unacceptable and shameful behavior. After sitting for a while without anyone paying us any attention, a waiter kindly approached to take our order... and the man verbally attacked him again, for no reason at all. At that point, we got up and left. In 2025, it's unthinkable that people still exist who run a place with such arrogance and zero respect for the staff and the customers. Avoid him like the plague, at least as long as that man is behind the counter.

05/11/2025: I give it a 1 because I can't give it less, €16 for 2 spritzes and a bad service isn't worth it.

02/10/2025: The clerk simply stole my €5 voucher! She didn't give me the check, which I later regretted! When she showed me the bank's confirmation of the withdrawn funds, she said she didn't understand anything! Luckily, the manager was kind and knowledgeable, and my money was returned! But I advise you to be careful with this institution!
