13/09/2025: I ordered two croissants with two different flavors, they were completely empty and it's the second time this has happened.

09/08/2025: We went for breakfast and asked to sit in the upstairs room. The rude girl replied, "Oh no, there are only four waitresses and it's hot." We took our order and went to another bar where courtesy towards the customer was the foundation of everything. Never again. :)

13/09/2025: The prices are high, the quality is terrible. The staff is uninterested, the pastries and cakes are indigestible, expensive but low quality. The place is quite dirty, and the bathroom is abandoned; there's not even paper towels or a hairdryer to dry your hands.

06/09/2025: The food was awful, and the staff was equally awful. I ordered a salad for €1.60 and had to return it because it was inedible. The table next to me left all their appetizers because they were old. It's a shame you can't give less than one star.

22/06/2025: We stopped in Brescello on our way home. We sat down at a table and waited 10 minutes for a waiter. When the waitress came, she listlessly placed ready-made grissini on our table. While the food was being prepared, there was no waitress to be seen. The salad came after the tortellini and gnocchi. The waitress is also the cook. All in all, it was disappointing.

24/08/2025: Overlooking Piazza Cavalli, this bar has an outdoor terrace. Excellent aperitifs with focaccia, pizza, and mini sandwiches with local cured meats.

26/07/2025: Bar da foto, non da colazione. Le paste sembrano gioielli da vetrina: lucide, perfette per una foto da mettere in Instagram . Ho preso un pan suisse con crema, dal gusto del giorno prima , perfetta solo se vuoi testare quanto a lungo puoi sopportare la nausea. 2 paste 2 cappucci (di cui uno doppio). Totale: 13,20€. Più che colazione, una tassa o un bar per accalappiare i turisti.

02/09/2025: The place is aesthetically stunning, the food is good, but the staff is inattentive and a bit sparse. My friend Elisa and I asked for a hot drink, but the guy gave us cold ones. Plus, the guy gave the wrong change, wasting 10 cents. Overall, it's okay, I give it an 8. They simply need to hire people who are willing to work and put in the effort.

14/07/2025: Hi, I was at this bar two Saturdays ago. The manager is courteous enough. The place isn't the prettiest, but it's an old place, so that's understandable. The prices are sky-high, but that's understandable since we're practically in the square. Unfortunately, the quality of the products is worthy of complaint. He's obviously used to selling to Japanese and Americans, because the desserts I ate there were enough to force the place to close. Shame on you. You're an insult to Italian pastry making; you should go out of business immediately. You're scammers, you sell junk food, and at a high price, too. Shame on you!!!

05/09/2025: Terrible staff. EMPTY place, at a table of 10, everyone orders except one, and they send him away because there's a mandatory €5 drink, EMPTY place. Disgraceful.

31/08/2025: A traumatic experience. I went into this bar with my partner this morning for breakfast. A man at the bar—perhaps the owner, I don't know—with white hair was rudely abusing the staff, scolding them in front of all the customers. A young man kindly approached us to take our order—after we'd been sitting there for a while and being ignored—and he rudely scolded him, at which point we got up and left. It's absurd that in 2025 there are still people who think they can run businesses this way, with no respect for staff or customers. Don't go into this bar, at least not while that man is there!!

31/07/2025: Pleasant location, blending outdoor space with quality interiors. A refined atmosphere. Service is a bit slow.

30/04/2025: But are smiles, courtesy and hospitality optional? Negative place at best. Don't go there like that at least they're sulking because they don't have any money! Ahaha rude people

16/09/2025: The prices are really, really too high for sandwiches that, although good and in the right quantity, absolutely do not justify the cost.

10/09/2025: I stopped for a quick lunch at the restaurant and asked for some bread: the employee Giusy disrespectfully replied that "bread is only served with salad". After a bit of a wait, two loaves of bread arrived but in the meantime, seeing the scene, two customers next to my table who were already seated, ran away!
