23/06/2024: Ci siamo fermati per caso di sabato sera. Locale strada pieno, ci hanno fatto sedere subito. Ragazzi gentili e simpatici. Hanno portato subito la pizza al mio bimbo. Pizza buonissima, patatine fritte anche, piatti abbondanti, qualità dei prodotti buona. Non posso dire nulla, abbiamo mangiato e spero anche il giusto. Da tornare.

16/06/2024: This is unexpected good home made food, real cucina Romagnola but also it is value for money. The staff is welcoming, very professional and fun. I recommend to have the pasta, strozzapreti or ravioli in particular. All of course comes with a good choice of fantastic local wine.

12/06/2024: Immer noch sehr gute Küche, toller Service. Typische Osteria, beliebt bei Einheimischen. Preis Leistung sehr gut, absolut empfehlenswert.

20/08/2024: From COMPLAINT! - There are bedbugs on the mattresses (after reporting, nothing was done other than changing the sheets which were not ironed so it makes me think that they have not been changed) - There is no wardrobe - There isn't a hanger anywhere - There was no change of towels/sheets on the second day - There is no second bedside table with related sockets - There is no remote control for the air conditioning - Does not take wifi on the second floor (narrow stairs to reach it) - There is no choice for breakfast (even in a very sad two-star hotel this choice service was there) - The bidet and toilet are not stationary but move - The Bidet is too short to sit on The host implied that we had brought the bed bugs. The host implied that we went there with the intention of not paying. The host implied that our credit card was fake. The host called Booking.com employees who responded from abroad incompetent, insinuating that they were not informed about the Italian legislature. The host insinuated that we didn't want to pay him because sales at the fair had gone badly, because we stayed there with him because it was close to the fair where we had our seller's stand. Part of these insinuations towards us are recorded as audio. On the first day we communicated that he did not have wifi in our room and he did not even look for a solution. Among other things, at the time of payment he said that it was not acceptable that we did not want to pay ONLY because of the absence of wifi, which is absolutely incorrect, as it is a service reported at the time of booking, a service which in fact does not It has never been available. Second morning we sat down and after a quarter of an hour there was service (also performed by the person who should be in the kitchen and was clearly having difficulty carrying out the waiter's duties) The host called the Carabinieri after insinuating that we did NOT want to pay regardless but we had seen BUGS ON THE MATTRESSES (photo and video attached) and other than not paying, we need to send health inspections. In short, rubbish! Don't go there!

16/08/2024: Everything excellent. Facilities, food/breakfast, quiet location and very well connected. The best is the hospitable and close treatment of all the staff and owners. To return without a doubt. 100% recommended

21/07/2024: Good pastry shop with internal and external room. Variety of breakfast croissants and excellent cappuccino.

30/06/2024: Cozy place. Variety of confectionery products. Yummy!!! I recommend it for entertaining and especially for aperitifs.

24/08/2024: excellent place but... we had an aperitif as a group, we received some cold scones and some day old chips... the tall younger waitress slammed our plates and glasses on the table with visible arrogance and nervousness... PS. there are many other photos of aperitifs with scones...next time don't confuse the customers at the various tables😵‍💫

07/08/2024: VERY EMBARRASSING AND RUDE STAFF. They take things from your hands, insisting with "we bring everything", just to force them to bring them to the table and add €1 to each product purchased. I took a banal sandwich that had no flavour, among other things. With the excuse of wanting to heat it at all costs, even though I didn't even want it heated, the cost of €4 thus becomes €5. Do you even know what it means to satisfy the customer's request? Due to the arrogant attitude of the waitresses and the horrible environment, I will never go back!
