02/09/2025: A wonderful experience! The restaurant has a spectacular view of the temples of Paestum, truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. The food is excellent, with generous portions, well-prepared, and made with fresh ingredients. You can taste the passion in the kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling. The prices are more than fair considering the quality and unique location. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Paestum: the food is good and the atmosphere is special!

22/08/2025: A beautiful place in an ancient residence (one of Italy's historic restaurants). Refined food served with great courtesy and affability, on a terrace overlooking the temples of Paestum. Wonderful.

21/06/2025: Qué increíble experiencia fue, superó con creces mis expectativas. Fuimos a una clase de cocina y cata de vinos y la familia no podría haber sido mejor. Eran tan cálidos e invitando me recordó a mis cenas dominicales de la infancia. Nos alojamos en la costa de Amalfi y tomamos un taxi acuático a la hermosa ciudad de Maiori. Nuestro anfitrión, Aurelio, nos recogió en la ciudad y nos llevó al viñedo. Nos llevó a un breve recorrido por el viñedo y nos enseñó la historia de la propiedad, las vides y los vinos que se elaboraban a partir de las diferentes uvas. Una vez hecho el recorrido, nos trajeron a la zona del comedor donde conocimos a María (su madre) , su padre, y su hermana (mis disculpas por no recordar sus nombres) entonces fue correcto trabajar. Comenzamos con un aperitivo de salami fresco y queso y luego cocinamos carrozzo de berenjena con berenjena fresca de su jardín. El segundo plato fue lingüina casera con salsa de albahaca de tomate. Hicimos la pasta fresca con huevos de las gallinas de la propiedad, y la salsa con tomates y albahaca de su jardín. ¡EL MEJOR QUE HE TENIDO! Habíamos maridado cada plato con el vino recomendado y todo lo que perfeccionamos, terminamos comprando un estuche mixto para ser enviado de vuelta a casa. Terminamos la comida con un poco de Limoncello casero que Aurelio tuvo la amabilidad de compartir la receta con nosotros, luego nos llevó de regreso a Maiori donde tomamos el taxi acuático de regreso a nuestro hotel. Qué día tan increíble, no podíamos dejar de sonreír. En mi próxima visita a la región sin duda volveré a visitar Basileo!

29/10/2025: We came early for lunch for a quick meal and opted for their deep fried fish and chips. Not too bad after all better than the street koppo for sure. A beer and glass of reasonable white wine has a perfect match with it. And you can sit down into a beautiful cosy room with smailing waiters, which for me is a huge plus!

28/10/2025: We sat in the evening at a lovely table facing the street with people walking across. We did try few dishes, but the best for me was the catch of the day, a really tasteful fish with freshly cooked vegs with white sauce. Very very good one. In addition the pinot grey glass was a perfect match. I highly recommend this place.

15/10/2025: Excellent place, rustic but not overly so, easy to get to, good parking, great for kids, and with live music on some nights. The food is good. Nothing to complain about. Last Saturday, it was crowded, and despite that, the wait wasn't too long. The pizza was good, and the meat was cooked just right, resulting in tender and flavorful food. The pizza had risen well, and if I really had to point out something, I'd say it was a bit oily, but that could be a characteristic. The staff was attentive to our orders. The only downside, perhaps due to a lack of clarity, was that the meat dish ordered by a single person arrived before the pizzas. As an apology, they offered us free pizza slices. In conclusion, a good place, simple, and with good food. Make sure to specify when ordering that you prefer the dishes served together if you have different dishes.

14/10/2025: "Minimalist" portions and stratospheric prices

08/10/2025: This place is awful. I had a pizza, and while the crust was good it was so thin in the middle I couldn't hold up the pizza. And it was so difficult to cut and they only gave me a dull knife to do that with. Additionally it was dripping with grease, it ran all down my hands and dripped off my pizza into the plate. When our server realized I was unhappy he avoided helping us. If you need to eat at the ruins I wouldn't go here.

15/05/2025: Dined here whilst staying in Atrani. The food was excellent, the service incredibly efficient and welcoming. We were a walk in, no wait time. Would highly recommend. So good we booked for the following night.

02/05/2025: Pasamos una semana en la costa de Amalfi. La comida y el servicio en Savo era increíble. Un montón de trampas turísticas y ofertas pobres en Amalfi y especialmente en Positano. Esta pequeña ciudad de Atrani tenía dos de los mejores restaurantes de la costa amalfitana y yo pondría a Savo en contra de cualquier restaurante en el que haya estado. Pasta fresca, tomates increíbles, pasta de limón era increíble. Pedí una recomendación y Elia sugirió la pasta de calabacín, que era uno de los artículos más baratos del menú. ¿Dónde hacen eso? Tenía razón y puede que haya sido uno de los mejores platos de pasta que he probado. Carla y Elia te hacen sentir como en familia y eso es muy raro hoy en día. ¡Todo alrededor de 5 estrellas! Daría 6 si pudiera

12/09/2025: We stopped here late in the evening because Google Maps indicated 24/7 opening hours, but that wasn't the case. The place was closing, but the staff kindly let us in for a drink. Modest prices and well-made.

Not to mention the menu, a blend of sea and mountain that is a melody of flavors, and what can I say about the napkins and plates, enchanting. I've been there three times this year, but I'll be back.

21/08/2025: I've eaten here twice and I have to say everything was good, from the food to the service. Unfortunately, I noticed they allow smoking in the outdoor dining areas. This is the second time I've been in Agropoli, and I honestly wonder why... Even though I reported it to the waiter, nothing has changed. A "no smoking" sign would be enough. It's a shame I can't give the stars it deserves, but allowing this behavior is unacceptable. Common sense should be used.

26/09/2025: The places is in a magical location with a magical view which is off the touristic busy main strip . The food is excellent all of it. Don’t miss on this because of the reviews , most bad ones are because of the price , which is fair for the location and what they serving. This is the Almafi coast it is very expensive to run a restaurant here. Also all the workers are locals they deserve your respect and appreciation. Eat here !

14/09/2025: Food was ok, space was ok, and service was ok. However, it is important to note that a single-portion tiramisu and a 1-liter bottle of water cost €18.50 — perhaps the biggest scam I’ve ever seen in my life.

31/08/2025: A nice, welcoming, and well-decorated pub with friendly staff, outdoor parking, and very good ingredients. The only thing that could be improved is the bun. Excellent for watching football matches with its big screen and in-house TVs.

11/10/2025: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERIOUSNESS 0. I've ordered from this restaurant via Deliveroo twice, and both times, for one reason or another, my order wasn't delivered: the first time, 5 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, with no explanation, the restaurant cancelled my order, and I couldn't place another in time because all the other time slots were booked. The second time, the order wasn't cancelled, but simply left pending for hours. I was forced to cancel it because it was 9:00 (delivery was scheduled for 7:30) and they hadn't even started preparing the order. I'm sure the responsibility lies solely with the restaurant in question, not with Deliveroo, since this is the only restaurant I've encountered this problem with. I OBVIOUSLY WISH TO POINT OUT THAT BOTH TIMES THE PLACE DID NOT ANSWER OUR PHONE CALLS TO PROVIDE CLARIFICATIONS.

01/10/2025: Ordered from Delivero, it didn't arrive, I even called the store several times, after an hour they sent me a message that there was an early closure, no food and no shame.
