05/09/2023: I was a guest at a wedding in this facility. I and other guests were vegan and the couple had been assured that there would be a similar menu but in a vegan version (the structure had been notified well in advance). Thinking that the same menu that I received will be charged in the same way as that of the other guests is embarrassing and it is unthinkable in 2023 to have such a poor vegan proposal for a ceremony. We ate: First appetizer: half a courgette and half a grilled aubergine and a bruschetta with tomato. Second appetizer: couscous with peas, carrots and peppers. First course: Mezze sleeves with mushrooms Second first course: penne with courgettes and flowers (plated as if thrown onto the plate) Second course: the baked potatoes which were a side dish on the other menu Second course: a giardiniera of courgettes, peppers and carrots What's more, with the fruit they will have forgotten we were vegan and they also brought us ice cream. Furthermore, there were no dishes for vegans at the initial and final buffets, which was absurd given that it was well known that there were guests with specific dietary requests. It would be nice in the future to consider valid options as an alternative to the classic sea and mountain menu (alternatives that exist, just do a little research) given the price offered to those who host friends and family to celebrate an important day.
