31/12/2024: Nice place but definitely came at the wrong time, for a football tournament for lunch. The food does not live up to the location and the kind service of the guys. Very small portions and of poor quality but it must be said that there were really a lot of us.
I plan to return in better times.

The location is nice but could be improved, with a few more details.
It is located in a strategic point, at the Scafati motorway exit.

08/02/2025: Bar located at the exit of the Pompei/Scafati toll booth at the first roundabout turning left, ample parking, heated gazebo with mushroom, internal room, large counter, both sweet and savory appetizers, courteous and helpful staff, bar open since 1996, always renovated and with modern furnishings. Good standard of coffee and cocktails. Absolutely a must stop

30/10/2024: Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgast im Vivara, wenn wir auf Procida sind.
Diesmal waren wir 35 Personen, nur für einen Nachmittag im Vivara, und der Betreiber hat extra für uns den Rooftop aufgemacht.
Das Essen und der Service waren wie immer hervorragend.
Grazie Mille wir kommen 2025 wieder.
20/10/2024: Serata di fine settembre con i nipoti (grandi). Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto cenare all’aperto perché la serata non lo permetteva ma anche all’interno siamo stati benissimo anzi forse meglio in quanto abbiamo potuto dilungarci nelle chiacchiere.
Il cibo perfetto: eccellente ed abbondante.
Personalmente vorrei consigliare la frittura: sublime!
Il personale solerte e gentilissimo.

13/06/2024: The biscuits and sweets are very tasty and fresh. Every day we used to come and eat from them with coffee, which is amazing. However, the owners of the shop are very nice and crazy. I advise you to visit them...their prices are also good. We took a box from them before we traveled ♥️

18/03/2025: Overall an average experience. The food is good, similar to what you find in the area. The service can be better and the prices are higher. On top, they insist on paying in cash. Not bad but I wouldn't make it an objective.

11/02/2025: This establishment operates as both a coffee shop and a bar, but per the waiter, it is a bar only. There is ample outdoor seating along with a few indoor options. It features a restroom and serves as a great hangout spot for both younger and older patrons. Conveniently located in a central area, it also offers plenty of street parking. The staff is warm and welcoming, with one staff member who spoke English and kindly provided assistance. Free WiFi. Smoking ok in the seating area.

Excellent sandwiches and a nice environment suitable for all ages.
Large and varied menu with solutions for all palates.
The only flaw is that it is slightly expensive than average, but the quality is excellent.

08/02/2025: I went to Sombrero on Saturday for lunch and it was truly a disappointment, rude and unkind staff. Nice location and good food except when they used almost a liter of alcohol and there was a stench throughout the room. I will definitely not return
