Ambienti molto lineari e ben organizzati , dove il Personale di Sala 🤵🏾 si muove molto velocemente e secondo i crismi del Galateo ! I Gestori al riguardo sono molto esigenti ed alche con la Clientela ( anche quella conosciuta ) di mostrano prodighi di “ consigli culinari “ finalizzati a gustare al meglio i Piatti del giorno …. Noi abbiamo preso la 🐑 Coratella di agnello 🐑 perché - per chi piace - è un bocconcino niente male ! Per dolce 🍰 poi …. , abbiamo ordinato della “ Sbrisolona “ ricoperta con crema chantilly ! I've returned often and noticed a new vitality in the staff, a variety of dishes, and every time I relax, I have the choice of a view of the majestic Gran Sasso, with its sleeping giant, or the beautiful and crowded sanctuary. It's a place where you can invigorate both body and soul. I'll be back this year.

05/07/2025: In attesa di assaporare le prelibatezze di Pina, quest’oggi abbiamo fatto una breve sosta per gustare “un semplice caffè”. “Un semplice caffè”, vero, ma reso molto piacevole dalla simpatia, gentilezza e cortese affabilità delle Signore (non ricordo i nomi, perdonatemi), che ci hanno accolto per “un semplice caffè”. 20/07/2025: There are places that change the memory of a vacation. And this one did for us. After days spent searching in vain for a pleasant place in the area, we stumbled upon what at first glance might seem like a tourist trap, the first place we'd come from the city center. Instead... reasonable prices, more than good quality for the price, and above all smiles from everyone, even those who, understandably, sit behind the warm counter knowing it will be a long wait. They were kind, even too kind in asking a group of rude people to vacate their unauthorized tables to make room for the restaurant's customers. I hope the verbal acknowledgement we shared with a service girl reaches the entire team. Highly recommended.

They'll put any other maritozzo you've ever encountered to shame. Soft, generous with cream, simply perfect. But the experience at La Bresciana is like a little theater show, with a breathtaking finale: the coffee. Now that's "just for a standing ovation," as you say! Strong, full-bodied, the perfect ending to a mouth-watering dessert. It's the detail that makes you feel pampered until the last sip. And then there's him, the young man (or the team, but you noticed one guy in particular). That unique attention, that ever-ready smile, that feeling of "always being there to give you the good news," as you write. That genuine kindness and passion in serving makes a huge difference. It conveys the love for this historic place and its products. In short? The Bresciana is a must. ✅ Amazing desserts (Bombe and Maritozzi are tops) ✅ Final coffee deserves a standing ovation ✅ Historic and authentic atmosphere ✅ Warm, cheerful service that makes you feel at home. 01/08/2025: Perfect here! Even as a German, we were treated really well. The service was extremely friendly and attentive in the best possible way. The food is perfect, especially for seafood lovers. I think the gnocchi and pasta were even homemade (?). The bill also surprised us; it was cheaper than expected.
