01/09/2024: Location of an ancient building in the historic center which overlooks the hills and mountains. Beautiful rooms, with a view, nice welcome. Low prices in relation to the quality of the hotel.

25/08/2024: Having lunch on mid-August has become an impossible mission for me for years. Places taken by storm, services equal to 0, costs not comparable to the quality. Friends decided to return to Civitella trusting in the lower attendance and book in the place that could provide service and quality. No expectations were disappointed... on the contrary... it strengthened my thoughts on Zunica1880. The restaurant's Civitelle dishes, despite the pleasant additions, were perfect. I can't help but keep thinking about the timbale AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN due to the complexity of the preparation and the result of a lightness equal to a BREATH. And in opposition to those who believe that heat should go hand in hand with sloppiness, fresh but cold foods, fish and lime, I say Scrippelle... peppers... spinach... moist meat and COMPOSENCE. Thank you for yet another punctual and polite experience and... congratulations to Monsù Frederik who orchestrated everything well in the shadows (no doubt on my part he has the ability to be a master of cooking with a renewed ancient mind 🙏🙏🙏) Coming back more frequently is my self-imposed obligation. Thanks again

12/08/2024: A restaurant already experienced in previous stays in the area, it did not disappoint this time either, on the contrary! Excellent and plentiful food: fabulous hot appetizers (spectacular cif and ciaf!), delicious meat, kebabs too! Very helpful and attentive staff. I only give 4 stars to the environment, because - at our request - we dined outside, but - as beautiful as the veranda is - the road is definitely too busy and noisy. [July 21, 2024]

27/08/2024: Very kind young staff, we ate very well. Warm seafood salad with excellent sous vide cooking, spaghetti with clams cooked perfectly, the rest was also excellent. very satisfied. We will be back.

11/08/2024: Very spartan environment, certainly not for a romantic dinner, but for a good, homemade feast. Super recommended if you went to the Gran Sasso and then you are hungry.

15/08/2024: Stunning place surrounded by greenery, ideal for families but also for an alternative evening with friends. Good food, great music (often live) and nice people. Highly recommended!!!

11/08/2024: Beautiful outdoor location, nice inside too, and depending on the evening they have live music. My partner and I, with our dog in tow, had dinner with a focaccia with a delicious dough, with buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, followed by kebabs and grilled lamb chops, both delicious and delicious, including the potatoes. Normal prices, definitely an experience worth repeating.

06/08/2024: Exceptional quality+quantity/price ratio. Friendly, attentive, but not at all intrusive staff. I recommend booking because I found the only free single table by pure luck.

12/08/2024: Abbiamo mangiato bene sia gli antipasti che i primi e i secondi e speso il giusto. Unica nota stonata è stato il caffè e l'amaro non offerto ma messo in conto.

27/08/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante al ritorno dalle ferie in Puglia, ottima scelta! Abbiamo preso: cozze alla marinara, chitarrina fresca alle vongole, ravioli di baccalà con cime di rapa e peperone crusco, risotto alla marinara e di secondo un polpo alla griglia su crema di ceci e cime di rapa. Essendo una super amante di pasta alle vongole devo dire che la pasta fresca ha dato quel qulacosa in più al piatto (io non ho voluto la bottarga), il polpo era morbidissimo e buonissimo ed anche i ravioli erano speciali... Purtroppo siamo lontani, altrimenti saremmo tornati super volentieri, sarà per il prossimo viaggio, servizio eccellente, cameriera veloce, gentile e preparata. Super consigliato!

24/08/2024: Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante per puro caso anche perché da fuori sembrava chiuso. È stato il primo ristorante dell inizio della vacanza e credo già di poterlo premiare come il migliore. Ambiente semplice…portate sublimi! E i prezzi onesti. Buonissimo pesce

Questa semplice correlazione trova QUI in questa Location la sua essenza : Piatti tradizionali Abruzzesi un po’ rivisitati ( a mio avviso ) , molto gustosi ed anche un po’ originali direi ….. Mi riferisco a quello che ho gustato l’altro giorno come Primo Piatto : “ Carratelli ( un tipo di pasta fatta a mano ) con zucchine - zafferano e formaggio pecorino stagionato spolverato sopra ( ….. come se piovesse ) “ !! ….. e che te lo dico a fa’ !! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Ma poi anche altre cose sono comparse sul mio tavolo tra Castrato 🐏 e verdure varie 🥕 🫑 🥒 …. Per finire un “ Dolce in Calice “ da leccarsi i baffi 😋😋😋😋😋😋 Sintesi : grazie 🙏 GINO per la tua opera 👩‍🍳 culinaria !!!

19/08/2024: One star for the location and one for the staff, spectacular. For the rest, nothing special, for 70 euros per person I expect at least one fried fish as a second course, not two very small fried anchovies as an appetizer. Furthermore, the portions of the first courses were really small (less than half a ladle). There was black rice with two mini prawns (they looked like those from supermarkets), and trofie with cod (or another oily fish). I repeat, for 70 euros a fry is a must but also a decent first course such as seafood pasta

25/07/2024: Esperienza pessima, con questo locale. S'era contattato telefonicamente per prenotare. Dopo ch'era stata confermata la loro disponibilità, nel momento in cui s'è precisato che sarebbe stato per una Persona soltanto, è stata ritirata la possibilità d'un tavolo, per la cena!!!! A quel punto, contenta di non essere andata! Perché chi procede con la logica del "maggior guadagno", può farlo, in tutto!... Preferisco, i locali che rispettano l'Essere umano, solo o in compagnia!... Non aggiungo, altro!...
