03/05/2025: Della asticceria non si può dire nulla è davvero buona e di alta qualità. Peccato che sono lentissimi. Passano diversi minuti prima che vengano a prendere l’ordinazione e poi ne passano altrettanti per ricevere le consumazioni. Considerando il fatto che non sono per nulla a buon mercato direi che devono lavorare molto sul servizio

25/03/2025: Good products but prices too high.

06/06/2025: I booked a room here at the refundable rate (you must pay in full up front), and spoke with Tania via e-mail. She was response, give a few days, and very helpful. However, a month later when I unfortunately needed to cancel the entire trip due to a personal situation, I received no response to multiple e-mails asking for the refund. It has been weeks with no response. Be aware that even though there is a refund policy, it seems they do not honor it.

18/05/2025: In the Boccacelio room, it was impossible to rest because of the noise of a motor that ran 24 hours a day (it was like sleeping next to a kitchen extractor fan). Contact with the hotel management was only via WhatsApp. They were very, very sorry but offered no solution or compensation.

10/09/2025: The food was delicious; we had Pizza Sarda (very tasty), Ravioli Pomodoro, and Bruschetta Pomodoro. Unfortunately, the appetizer arrived at the same time as the main courses, which was a bit of a shame. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied.

10/09/2025: The food was okay, the service rather poor despite the incredible amount of staff milling around, and the prices were outrageously expensive. A coperto of €1.50 per person is fine, but then an additional 10% table service on top? I've never experienced that in my many years in Italy.

12/03/2025: Cantinetta Allegri closed with COVID.. BUT YOU MUST GO TO THE NEW RESTAURANT THAT IS IN ITS PLACE! Trattoria Maga Mago. Excellent. Local. Not super touristic! Food that is in season. Excellent family owned -chef and service! Carciofi, tagliatelli, and caccio pepe today. We'll go back again this week. The portions were plenty big (in response to old review of the previous business)

17/08/2025: Personal? Awfull, they act like they want to you leave the restaurant. We were waiting for menu like ages. They were rude, non communicative, they put drinks and plates with meal us like we were animals. You can barely make worse impresion. Pina colada was disguisting - just low coconut syrup with some bad rum. And personal first think its for our children (3 and 8y.o.). Meal was normal, not so special but not so bad. Dont reccomened.

24/07/2025: Had a great meal here with an (American) party of six. Everyone enjoyed the food and the waitresses were very helpful. Made for a great day in Ferrara

27/03/2025: The blonde lady should change jobs, she talks bad about every customer in front of all the other customers, really unprofessional. It's a shame because as a pastry shop and cafe it would also deserve it.

22/04/2025: Maleducazione inaccettabile. Non ammetto di essere trattato in questa maniera, che mi si risponda , testuali parole, ' qua stiamo tutti lavorando, se Ve sta bene il tavolo è questo, se no...'. Peraltro non è la prima volta che che mangiamo in questo ristorante. Evidentemente è facile essere gentili e simpatici quando c'è da proporre l'aragosta, decisamente meno quando c'è da far fronte ad una educata lamentela. Mi dispiace perché il cibo è buonissimo, e i camerieri che ci hanno servito sono professionali e gentili (loro sì!), ma oggi è stata l'ultima volta. Buonasera

21/04/2025: Posto sicuramente da primato MA i clienti vanno trattati con educazione e riguardo SOPRATTUTTO se sono loro educati. Togliere un tavolo perché alcuni commensali non hanno potuto presentarsi per cause di forza maggiore e ahimè cosa abbastanza spiacevole. Era evidente la voglia di ripazzare il tavolo per intero che non per metà. Un po’ di empatia non guasterebbe, senza far vivere la fretta di liberare i tavoli per fare doppi turni. AHIMÈ.

17/07/2025: We went to this place for an aperitivo. As soon as we sat down, they asked us if any of us had any allergies or intolerances. We replied that one of us (and we specified who) was severely allergic to all nuts. When it came time to serve our food, they brought us platters along with baskets of bread and breadsticks. As I was about to eat a piece of bread, I noticed that some almonds had been crumbled on top. My allergic friend had already eaten two pieces without realizing it. I called the waiter to ask if there were any nuts in the dough, and he assured me there weren't. He returned shortly afterward, telling me that he'd made a mistake and that almond flakes had been added to the top of those slices of bread. Everything went well because luckily my friend had all her therapy behind her, but it could have been much worse. As soon as you know there's someone at your table with an allergy (especially after YOU ask), you must be sure to inform the table of any allergens you've been told. An incident like this is extremely serious, and could have been much worse.

03/06/2025: If you take the pizza, avoid the one with chicory, too bitter, it ruined the whole thing. For the rest, the dough was rubbery in part. I have eaten better. Kind in the service.

22/06/2025: Great bar for food but service is a bit slow

31/03/2025: Seedy bar A morning experience that I would describe as... subdued. The proposal of croissants, evidently reminiscent of a previous day, did not meet my approval. The coffee, offered at a price that clashes with its questionable quality, left an aftertaste of dissatisfaction.

31/07/2025: At this bar, you can find the REAL granita from Messina. The owners, friendly, smiling, and kind, offer a product that's almost impossible to find in new-generation bars and ice cream parlors anymore. I personally had a peach granita with cream and brioche. #chetelodicobarre

23/03/2025: The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean. The wait staff is courteous, helpful, and very professional. The dishes are prepared with attention to every detail. Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating. We opted for the AYCE option.
