15/08/2025: I spent two nights at this hotel and had no problems at all. The room was clean and nice, the bathroom was very spacious and had a hydromassage shower. The location is perfect, centrally located to the city, and everything is within easy reach. The staff is very friendly and willing to help if any problems arise. The only drawback is that it's a rather small hotel, but that doesn't detract from the experience.

07/08/2025: A hotel with a location. If you're just going to wander around and sleep in the hotel, this is recommended. Please note that the hotel spa only offers cold water.

14/07/2025: I've been coming here every now and then for many years, and unfortunately, I have to say I was very disappointed this last time with the iced matcha latte. Those who drink it often might find it bland compared to the usual flavor of any matcha drink, which isn't present in generous quantities here, as can also be seen from the color, which helps justify its price even less. I think it's a shame for a place like this to stumble over basic things when you see the care that went into everything else. I was polite, but I feel like I was being taken for a ride.

14/07/2025: This bar also sells tickets for the Giamporcaro line. Today, there's a stop-and-go public transport strike. Many of us were waiting for the 11:00 bus, which didn't arrive. I went to ask if the 1:00 bus would arrive. The owner dismissed me brusquely, saying that the 11:00 bus had arrived because he'd sold 30 tickets that morning. If it hadn't, he'd have 30 people complaining, but instead, I was the only one. What can you say to someone who concocts such illogical sophistries?

14/07/2025: Este bar vende billetes para una línea de autobús. Hoy, hay una parada y una huelga de transporte público. Muchos de nosotros esperábamos a los 11 : 00 am autobús, que no llegó. Fui a preguntar si el 1 : Llegaría autobús a las 00 pm. El dueño me despidió bruscamente, diciendo que el 11 : Había llegado el autobús porque había vendido 30 billetes esa mañana. Si el autobús no hubiera funcionado, tendría 30 personas quejándose, pero en cambio, yo era el único. ¿Qué puedes decirle a alguien que inventa sofisticaciones tan ilógicas?

25/03/2025: I stopped in for lunch. As usual, I check the reviews, and they seem good...but the place probably isn't the same anymore! I thought I'd get something hot, but instead they only offered sandwiches. I have to say, the sandwich was good, but overall, I was disappointed.

07/07/2025: Forse si salva perché carino ma per il resto bocciato totalmente. Prezzi folli considerando la posizione. Neanche in centro città vendono una bottiglietta di acqua da 500ml a 3€ e un bicchiere di birra da 33 a 7€.... persino i birrifici artigianali a quel prezzo danno minimo minimo la media. Di sicuro non ritornerò più e a sentire tanta gente durante la serata non sono il solo...

13/04/2025: Poco prima di Reggio E, una traversa poco in là dalla statale; pasticceria diffuse specialità. Oggi colazione classica con cornetti dimensioni abbondanti. Si sente la manodopera partenopea e un certo calore nel trattare i clienti. Ambienti apprezzabili e possibilità di consumare con calma ai tavoli. Prezzi convenienti. Si trova parcheggio.

12/04/2025: Pessima esperienza ,mai successo una delusione totale Torta🎂 da 2kg pagata in più anche la consegna... Festeggiavo Compleanno eravamo in 9...alla Mulata ma questa torta non è mai arrivata...(non è compleanno senza una torta) Il secondo giorno scusandosi Mi portano torta al lavoro un vassoio parte salate prosecco più i soldi in dietro della torta... Alla fine...rimasta male...per la serata Per fortuna La Mulata ci ha fatto divertire🙏 ...

01/05/2025: Bellissima esperienza, trenette al pesto e spaghetti allo scoglio buonissimi, ottimi anche i dessert e la birra, porzioni abbondanti, ottimo servizio e tutto ad un prezzo più che ragionevole (ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo). Locale pulito e accogliente, abbiamo avuto il grande piacere di essere stati serviti da Simone, persone come lui fanno la differenza, torneremo di certo!

26/07/2025: Although our first visit here was okay, on the second occasion the croissant was a little soft/soggy, probably due to not being very fresh. We were a little pushed for time on this visit with a train to catch, and after waiting a while for my cappuccino, my girlfriend politely reminded them of our order, but still it never arrived. The attitude of the man at the till was rather poor, making no apology for the lack of attentiveness with our order. Would not recommend.

25/07/2025: Aside from the rude staff, the food here is truly terrible. It sits there for hours and then isn't even warmed up and is simply thrown at you. You can buy much better food for the same price at the café across the street.

16/07/2025: I've visited this restaurant many times and always enjoy the food. This time, I had the Egyptian hawawshi and I really liked it. It was delicious and reminded me of the flavors of Egypt. I highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly too.

29/06/2025: Frecciarossa without food and lady Oscar takes care of it, the doors open and the pizzas were waiting for us steaming, precise and impeccable service despite the very tight times. Excellent pizza, highly recommended!!

16/08/2025: Change the employees. The sales assistants behind the counter are terrible: zero kindness and even annoyed. The desserts, on the other hand, are 10/10. Kudos to the quality and choice of ingredients.

16/08/2025: We stopped to buy some decent pastries... nothing memorable. But the most disarming thing was the crudeness of the clerk who served us... rude and uncouth, but how can you put someone with that attitude at the counter?!? Never again.

02/06/2025: Tempi infiniti per l' ordinazione e comunque servizio disorganizzato al massimo. Primo arrivato con un capello poi comunque rimandato indietro. Nel complesso cibo discreto. Non lo consiglio in maniera decisa.

05/05/2025: Horrible servicio. No nos sentaron porque no teníamos reservas. Así que salí, hice una reserva en línea y volví y les dije que tenía reservas. Nos sentaron, pero estaban claramente molestos. Esto es a pesar de que el restaurante nunca estuvo más de 2 / 3 lleno. El servicio era extremadamente lento, sacaban las cosas a diferentes horas, etc. Además, la comida era promedio, en el mejor de los casos. No muy sabroso. Gran decepción.

25/04/2025: Non posso fare una recensione sul cibo perché non ho potuto assaggiarlo. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per cena, arrivati all'orario previsto, abbiamo trovato il locale strapieno, ci siamo rivolti ad un cameriere che in evidente imbarazzo ci ha indirizzati al gestore, il quale in modo molto sbrigativo ci ha chiesto di aspettare che ci avrebbe dato il tavolo appena se ne fosse liberato uno... ?? Ma che modi sono? Se pensi di non poter assicurare un tavolo non accetti prenotazioni. Se il cliente pensa di avere un tavolo riservato è evidente che non deve poi trovarsi fuori dal locale in piedi ad aspettare, altrimenti che senso ha prenotare? Nessun rispetto per il cliente Siamo andati a mangiare nel locale vicino, abbiamo mangiato bene e siamo stati serviti subito
