23/04/2025: Il rifugio gode del nome per via della storicità e della posizione; personale nel complesso cortese, location molto bella (scomodi i tavoli per via della struttura sottostante ingombrante), cibo non all’altezza del contesto (anche se non ho avuto modo di provare molti piatti).

13/05/2025: Ho trascorso la domenica della festa della mamma qui ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. Abbiamo mangiato sia carne che pesce ed entrambi i menù sono ottimi, pesce freschissimo e menù di terra semplice ma buonissimo. consiglio di prendere l’antipasto di pesce composto da tante piccole portate “fingerfood” per provare i vari accostamenti assolutamente non scontati, particolari e ricercati. E poi assolutamente da provare i primi di pesce, in particolare le chicche all’impepata, saporitissime. Servizio leggermente lento, ma sicuramente per la grande quantità di persone di quel giorno. L’atmosfera e il cibo peró recuperano il tutto a pieni voti. Di sicuro un menù, soprattutto per il pesce, ricercato e “”gourmet”” ma le porzioni e i prezzi sono normali. Conto giusto per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. da provare.

05/09/2025: We had truly lovely service. There were small snacks to accompany our aperitif. We ordered a small platter, which was beautifully presented. The prices are perfectly reasonable.

03/09/2025: Almost an hour for a salad and a sandwich. The (kind) waitress had warned us not to order baked goods because the place was full, which I had also noticed, and so I thought a salad would be quicker. After 45 minutes and having to ask three times (!) for at least drinks, I kindly brought this to the attention of the owner, who snapped at me, saying I was the tenth person to complain about the wait, and that if you were so "stupid" (quote) as not to see how many people were there, then it wasn't his problem. I've never been treated like this in a place before. A gifted star.

11/05/2025: Glamor Food Station is a restaurant located near Via Aldo Moro, therefore very central. The location, at least in summer, is simple and welcoming and is made even more relaxing thanks to the music, not too loud to make the environment more suitable for conversations. The menu is quite varied and it is possible to find fried foods, sandwiches, pizzas and more. The sandwiches are something exceptional, the meat is definitely of high quality, whether it is beef or Chianina, many will surely like the way they prepare it. I highly recommend the place for the quality of the food and the variety of the menu.

08/02/2025: Esperienza terribile a dir poco, posto inadatto a servire e prendere ordini, su 19 piatti 17 sbagliati, per non dire del tempo che abbiamo dovuto aspettare, un'ora e mezza, non si può nemmeno essere vegetariani o vegani perchè tanto l'unico prodotto vegetariano è stato sbagliato con il propietario che ha assicurato non fosse carne, i prezzi poi non sono quelli del menù quindi potrebbero anche non metterlo siccome non li rispettano, per non parlare deli 50 centesimi aggiunti senza motivo al mio conto finale. Esperienza orribile, non lo cosiglierei neanche al mio peggior nemico .

29/08/2025: My third visit here. I found my peaceful shelter round here near the Stazione Centrale ... I today after ages succeeded in the new restart of organising my life. Nicely long tables, sockets, high stools and walls behind me make all the miracles that I desperately require. Hope to reconnect again soon and try some other coffee products here like Caffè Shakerato All'Avena Al Tiramisù.

16/06/2025: A cheerful and sunny boy served us a coffee and cappuccino made to perfection and delicious, he turned around the heaviness of Monday, we will definitely be back

10/07/2025: No food: they didn't have any when they opened. The place was dark: when they opened, everything was turned off, so it wasn't clear if they were on vacation. Terrible service: rude and impolite. I tiptoed in at opening time, asking permission and if it was open. One of the waitresses, who was reading the newspaper, said yes. I asked if they had food, seeing nothing displayed, and a second waitress rudely replied, "No," because they open at 8 (it was 8). I asked, without any argument, how long it would take for them to have breakfast available, and she, still rude and annoyed, replied, "15 minutes." That's fair enough, everyone runs the bar as they see fit. It would have been enough to say it in a normal manner instead of being annoyed and giving me a dirty look just for coming in so early. Never again.

05/08/2025: Unfortunately, this place isn't recommended for dining. I ordered wild boar with tagliatelle for €23. I received a plate of over-salted tagliatelle with an indefinable sauce. Complaint: Price: €16

05/08/2025: Gorgeous place, immersed in the maquis! Incredible view, aperitif spritz made to order. The pizza is amazing, its lightness is incredible. Friendly staff! More than reasonable prices! See you soon!

11/07/2025: Ci hanno portato il pane duro e il tagliolino alle vongole non era per niente fresco. Mi dispiace non mi è piaciuto per niente

10/07/2025: Prezzi da furto! Un fritto misto di mare 20€ che era poco duro e sicuramente scongelato al momento, un primo alle vongole, pasta molto buona ma sughetto insipido, altro primo chitarra di mare buona ma non giustifica il prezzo. 3€ a coperto , mezzo litro di vino bianco tre palline di gelato totale 80€ per un pranzo che ne valeva si e no 45. Peccato perché il locale all’esterno sarebbe in una belle piazzetta. Ah i tavoli erano cocenti dal sole simbolo che gli ombrelloni erano stati aperti all’ultimo . Da evitare !

The condition of the environment is more than excellent and the price you pay is equal to what you see and what you eat or take away. The preparation is so equal to the kindness that those in charge extend to the customers. I invite the public to select this pastry shop because it is full of delicacies and kindness.

24/08/2025: I was passing by and unfortunately decided to stop for a drink, which I bitterly regretted! I'm just writing about the latest in many rude and inappropriate responses from the staff on duty: when I asked for the Moscow Mule in a copper mug, as is customary, I was told that it was a request made by many, and they couldn't accommodate it because they only have two on display in the ice cream display case, which were dusty and therefore only for display! Absurd! I confirm what other reviews have written: the staff can't wait to send you away and lacks the slightest bit of friendliness!
