09/07/2025: Si fa fatica a descrivere l esperienza vissuta in questo ristorante. La posizione è carina, ma appena si mette piede nel ristorante si ha l impressione che tutto sia un po’ lasciato al caso. Seduti al regalo arriva il primo cameriere che ci chiede solo se volevamo dell acqua. Dopo un po’ arriva il secondo chiediamo un piatto fuori menù: una tartare di tonno. Dopo aver chiesto al maitre di sala, allo chef ci arriva. Presentazione molto casalinga qualità buona. Ai primi un flop totale. Risotto e fregola piatti senza un minimo di sapore. Pago un conto di ca 150€ per una tartare, due primi, 2 tagliate di anguria e 2 calici di vino. Il dopo è ancora più assurdo. Poi aver lasciato il locale ci raggiunge il maitre di sala e ci chiede se dal conto poteva togliere il primo che non avevamo mangiato. Allucinante

15/08/2025: A few days ago, I brought some friends over, and before the pizza, I ordered some fried food, some of which didn't absorb the oil. Paying €2 per person for the cover charge, just for cutlery, seems a bit excessive. I should point out that the pizzas were good👍.

21/08/2025: Terrible experience. I arrived with a desire to eat after so much rustic food. Poor service. It seems like you're bothering them. Ok, I'll have arancini and mozzarella in carozza brought to me. Believe me, they arrived cold and were practically from the day before. They didn't even bother to heat them up. A piece of advice: don't go there if you don't want to have a bad evening.

21/08/2025: Personally, I think this place serves the disgrace of Sicilian food. They serve you rustici and focaccia from the day before, not even reheated. The service is beyond reproach; there's zero politeness. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

25/02/2025: If you read the labels on packaged products, you'll notice that not all of them are all that healthy and natural. Furthermore, it's a chain for rich people, as is well known.

20/08/2025: Solid bar. Basically, everything is as expected. The only unpleasant thing is the lighting in the evening. Unfortunately, it's so bright that you'll have to take your sunglasses off. 😎

17/08/2025: Vicoforte is a beautiful place, but I would never return to Pasticceria/Gelateria Drai. After spending €70 on pastries and ice cream to go, and while the clerk was putting away my ice cream, my little son asked for a meringue, and the clerk gave it to him, telling us that the bill was €70. Of course, no one should give you anything free, but after I made a great purchase and the child asked for a meringue, you even charged for a meringue. I'm speechless. I will definitely never go back there again!

17/08/2025: Smiling service...ice creams to die for...we didn't try their pastries but everything looked very tempting.

29/08/2025: Aside from the high prices, at least they were good. We had two cocktails, and they were undrinkable, almost disgusting. If you don't know how to make them, don't offer them! Highly not recommended.

18/05/2025: We found this place at a very quiet time, on a Saturday afternoon. Beautiful decor and spaces designed to be accessible, starting with the entrance with the ramp. Very friendly staff and good drinks. We will be back.

21/06/2025: I noticed that the guys/employees work a lot of hours, every time I pass by I see these guys working inhuman hours, and from what I know they are paid absurdly little for the hours they work since my nephew worked for a period in this place for which I know perfectly well the slavery that these poor guys suffer.

14/03/2025: Small kiosk on the secondigliano course. It also has outside chairs and tables, table service costs one euro. Try the cappuccino and croissant that can also be heated in the oven. Fair prices on the products. Recommended without a doubt for a quick break.

21/02/2025: We bought the fish and sea urchin pulp from Nautilus, well known in Ostuni for its quality and knowing that there was the possibility of cooking it. Then they took us to a place next door which appears to have been a pizza restaurant before. €20 for cooking!!! 😮 €16 for cooking pasta (2 ounces)!!! 😮😮€3 each for the service (Paper placemat, chipped plate - non-existent fish cutlery) You clean the fish yourself!!!. 1/2 bottle of wine and water. Total €57😩 to add to the fish €64 = €122!!! 😰 (For 2) 🙃obviously without side dish or dessert or coffee!!! Dear gentlemen of Nautilus, if you want to lose customers, you are on the right track!

13/07/2025: Pizza ottima , personale attento e cordiale sempre attento all' esigenza del cliente , locale molto accogliente , l'unica pecca la climatizzazione spenta troppo caldo all interno del locale, Per il resto tutto Ottimo .

18/07/2025: The place is ugly and so closed and dark that you get asthma and the staff is too rude the plain coffee costs 1.60 which is disgusting
