23/02/2025: Relaxing family environment, cleanliness, kindness, empathy. A very crowded place also due to the very competitive prices, right in the center of Diano Marina.
To be fair to other restaurateurs, it must be specified that Plaza Cafè does not charge for table service.

08/07/2025: Delicious rustici with honors and friendly, helpful staff. Prices beat the competition, but you can be sure you'll enjoy, for example, exquisite arancini, focaccia, pitoni, and mozzarella in carrozza. Highly recommended.
30/06/2025: Great food but terrible service. They are not really able to relate to the customer either on the phone or in person. In the middle of summer empty counter in the afternoon.
They are neither friendly nor helpful with the customers, but the food is good, be prepared.

06/08/2025: I'm only judging the appetizer I ordered: crostini with typical sauces. I was disappointed because they were overpriced at €10 for what was served. They consist of toasted bread with sauces served in four small bowls. The sauces aren't typical (mostly mayonnaise). I question the price for what I ate. I've had crostini with sauces at other places in Maremma for €10, but they were really well made. I recommend removing them from the menu if they're served like this.
06/08/2025: A quiet place for a family dinner.
The pizza is good and generously topped (in a good way, obviously). The crust doesn't retain its flavor for very long, but it's easy to digest.

27/07/2025: For the food I give 4 stars because it's good, nothing to say, the food is good, the atmosphere 3 because it's very hot, the doors always remain open and it's better to stay outside, the service can be complicated because to order you have to go to the counter to read the menu and you can write it on a piece of paper yourself then you have to ask for a drink and you take it away to the table if you need more bread it's better not to wait because it doesn't arrive

24/07/2025: My kids and I happened to stop by this bar for some ice cream. We're not from the area. The guy at the counter greeted us with an incredible smile and even said good afternoon. We felt welcomed, and you could tell he loves his job and interacting with the public. Thanks, the snack tasted better.

10/06/2025: After many aperitifs based on good wine, excellent raw fish, kindness and good music... we finally managed to enjoy pizza too!!!🍕 VERY GOOD!!!
The place is always nice both in winter indoors furnished as a "warm and woody" pub and in summer nice covered terrace with many well-kept plants!
Congratulations: you have been working well for many years, keep it up!

18/06/2025: ❌️⚠️🚫 Extremely unpleasant experience. The owner was rude and made me leave simply because I ordered one coffee while waiting for others to join me. He didn’t give me a chance to explain that we were planning to order more. It felt like he had no patience and no respect for tourists, even though his business relies on them. Very disappointing attitude — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic hospitality.

05/08/2025: 50 euros for a plate of good meat but "half a kilo" was just the name of the dish... very few potatoes even though they were supposed to be for two... plus I had never seen the staff eat the potatoes from the plate before serving it...

31/05/2025: They made me feel pampered: 50 minutes late on the order. After apologizing for the delay due to a problem with the order, they sent us the order in a short time. The most appreciated thing, uncommon and never due, was the discount on the bill, again the apologies and also the coffees offered.
A good review is the minimum for an exception that should be the rule of kindness and professionalism.

28/07/2025: Un ristorante che non merita di rimanere aperto. Iniziamo dal fatto che il cameriere che presumo sia il proprietario ci dice che per ordinare un primo minimo due porzioni (eravamo in due). Cibo discreto e per finire il conto che ci viene detto a voce e nemmeno basso. Mai più
