18/07/2025: I've been here several times. This time we bought two gelatos, one of which was a waffle. We enjoyed the flavor, but the price was a bit less so. The surcharge policy for gelato served at the table is legitimate but unclear. It's neither indicated nor communicated, which makes things less transparent. To be honest, I only realized this by reading the few negative reviews before writing mine. We decided to sit down anyway; my partner is pregnant and was looking for a more comfortable seat than the unflattering chairs kept outside for those unfamiliar with the rule. They closed the menu to us while we were reading it and told, even nervously, not to sit there next time, especially since there were plenty of other seats available. I was curious to order more, perhaps even this evening, since the gelato was a bit cheap anyway, but I'll take my money elsewhere, and certainly not to someone willing to lose face for a few extra pennies supposedly spent on maintaining a veranda. I immediately abandoned my seat. You can't pay €10 for gelato and not be allowed to sit down. Two stars is an exaggeration because the gelato is good, the gelato compositions look interesting, and the place is nice, but the rudeness of telling a pregnant woman not to sit at the table is shocking, and you've ruined our evening. Don't worry, I won't be sitting in your chairs again. I won't be back, even if it's just a stone's throw from home.

10/08/2025: A very welcoming place, both for its relatively secluded location and the park, which creates a lovely atmosphere. The aperitif dishes are good quality and reasonably priced. The cocktails are beautifully presented and excellent. The staff is very friendly and fast. Parking is plentiful and close to the venue. I recommend this place for a quiet aperitif.

12/08/2025: Maybe it's the heat (today is August 12th and 37°C in the shade), but the long face of the guy at the counter doesn't bode well. They only have red pizzas, focaccias, and two sandwiches. We ask if they can make sandwiches, and it almost seems like we've insulted them. We order four lagers, but they need to change the keg. It happens, but unfortunately when they bring them to us, they taste sour and are practically flat. We ask what kind of beer it is, and they tell us it's citrusy... aside from the fact that it's objectively bad, but why not let us know first? How can you assume that someone who orders a beer wants it citrusy and flat?

25/06/2025: We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday at Hopera. We had a great time, everything was perfectly organized and with great entertainment and impeccable service. And what can I say about the menu, simply delicious! Congratulations again and thanks to Battista and his staff!

25/08/2025: I occasionally stop by with a group of friends when we're looking for a place with good beer that closes a little later. The quality of the offerings is average; one piece of advice would be to invest more in staff, who are sometimes unprepared. I find the practice of charging the table as soon as the order is delivered annoying; I think it's uncool and almost makes you feel like you're at a nightclub, as if they're afraid you'll leave without paying. I also urge the staff to follow the guidelines, as for the first order, we each paid for our own drinks, and for the second, they told us that wasn't possible and that we could only pay "Roman style." It's a shame, because the place has potential!

25/08/2025: Terrible experience! My son went there with his father asking if it was possible to see some bottles of beer to give away. The short, bald guy, annoyed and rude, replied: "If you want, I'll just wrap it for you!" What do you have to look at in a bottle!??? What do you expect me to look at? The sex of the bottle? Maybe the label design, the color! Go isolate yourself from the public, retire to your private life, it'll be quicker! On the other hand, we bought the famous bottle at "Orso Verde" (friendly and knowledgeable people)....and in the end, we bought 77 bottles of beer (gifts for my office staff). MY BEST CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

26/07/2025: Bad drinks, overpriced cocktails (the menu lists one price, the cellar simply increases the price without explaining it before ordering), and then the poor and rude service. Definitely not a recommendation; the interior isn't worth it, even if it creates a harmonious overall impression. Go somewhere else instead.

16/08/2025: This place is in front of the train station. A few tables, even outside in the summer. They have a limited lunch menu, and mostly low-quality frozen food. They don't even have the most basic ice cream; I can understand that in the winter, but in the height of summer, it's unthinkable. If you want to park your car, there are mostly paid parking lots nearby. The thing I didn't like was that they always tend to ask for cash, and when you want to pay by card, they get moody. It's 2025, so let's hope this unpleasant situation ends once and for all...if you use the bathroom, it's always dirty. It could be a reference point given the deserted surroundings, but instead...let's say I go often, but only because it's the only option. Prices are in line with the area.

24/06/2025: Slightly off-center, it offers a nice view of Bormio and the surrounding mountains. Good pizza, accompanied by a perfectly cold beer. Adequate price.

18/06/2025: Super for a 2 star rated property. Our room was spacious. Friendly staff. Good coffee at breakfast.
