A couple's dinner at sunset. More than adequate portions, both for appetizers and first courses. Decent house still wine. Good value for a seafood dinner overlooking the sea.

Everything was delicious, I think the best fish in Trieste. Very kind and helpful. Mr. Matteo is a man from another era. Highly recommended. Reservations required. It's easy to get there from Trieste, either by city bus line 6 or by sea (Delfino Verde boat). After lunch, a must-see visit to Miramare Park and Castle, just a 5-minute walk away.

Every time we're in Trieste, we visit Matteo's Trattoria Al Molo. It's a real insider tip with fantastic cuisine, not just for fish and seafood lovers. The wonderful atmosphere, the very friendly team, and the spectacular sunset views of the Gulf of Trieste make it an unforgettable experience.

A delicious trattoria in Dignano, next to Miramare Castle and Park. We ate on the terrace overlooking the sea and enjoying a splendid sunset. The seafood dinner was well-prepared, without the frills that are often found these days. The friendly and helpful owner recommended what to order, even based on what we wanted to eat. We'll definitely be returning.

In case you find yourself at this little marina, don’t even consider going to the restaurant next door. This is the place to be. Exquisite pastas and fish. Wonderful ambience close to the water. Marvelous overall!

We had a lovely dinner as a couple, not in peak season, but it was beautiful. It was outdoors overlooking the sea, luckily we were sheltered from the storm. You couldn't stay inside. I enjoyed the delicious seafood dishes, with a touch of Venetian flair...the delicious polenta, the fresh fish. It's a shame that as soon as we arrived, the staff made us stand without even looking at us. Having made a reservation, we asked for a table, but finally they saw us and hastily showed us around. The service and welcome were in need of some revision! I understand it's a trattoria, but it's really bad!

The restaurant is very good. The food tastes absolutely fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful 👍 👍 👍 Everything is top-notch here, including the view.

Nice little place, shame it was raining that day but even inside it is very welcoming, we were looked after very well with excellent suggestions. The Bigoli Cassopipa are very good, the price is not the lowest but the quality is excellent.
