27/07/2025: We had a 20 euro platter for 2... excellent as an aperitif... spectacular place... very nice and friendly waiters... service a little spartan but that doesn't hurt at all.

19/07/2025: They should add a few more pizzas for aperitifs during the week. The choice is a bit limited, but very good.

29/05/2025: Breakfasts at Vago, especially their homemade brioches, are truly special: when I'm in Como they're always my go-to. The staff is also kind and attentive and the quality of the service and the products they offer is generally really high and excellent. 10/10

15/05/2025: Not the nicest spot to have coffee, although the coffee is great and the brioches tasty. It's very tricky to find parking, but they are THE purveyor of pastries for the Como locals. Decently priced and absolutely delicious pastries, cakes and half-frozens. My go-to shop when I plan to bring pastries to a party.

31/07/2025: Nunca más. El servicio fue horrible con el personal miserable y poco servicial. Me dirigió a un código QR para el menú pero cuando pedí dijeron que la mayor parte IT no estaba disponible. Me sentí mal y decepcionado con el menú. Comí aquí en 2022 y IT fue encantador, de ahí que lo visite de nuevo durante mi estancia. Pero el ala volverá.

23/07/2025: I recently ate at this restaurant and paid an excessive price for an appetizer and salad. The portions were small and the quality was poor.

07/08/2025: Lovely shaded terrace in a quiet village, reasonable prices and generous meals. I highly recommend it.

05/08/2025: We stopped by during a bike tour. The owner was fantastic and served us a huge salad, followed by local cured meats and cheeses. It was a shame we ran out, but we'll always remember the taste. Excellent beer and a great price. I recommend anyone passing by to stop by.

27/06/2025: 🍸 Surprisingly good – great cocktails at great prices! This small bar, run by a very friendly Chinese family team, was a real surprise. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the cocktails are truly excellent. Everything we tried was well-mixed. What was particularly nice was that the prices are surprisingly low – you can get really good drinks here. The staff were consistently very friendly, attentive, and quick, without being pushy. You just feel at home. Overall, an honest, friendly bar with very good value for money. Perfect for a relaxed evening drink – we'd love to go back!

06/08/2025: Expensive and the waiter kept yelling "only cash, Napoli only Cash". We were for our last coffee and it was 3 euro (after 1 week). We are treated terribly, I think only because we had luggage. They didn't give us a menu and the price felt made up. They had a card payment system but she insisted on paying with cash and wanted to sent us it the ATM.

31/07/2025: I went in and asked to pay for a coffee with a card, but the bartender told me it wasn't possible, forcing me to change bars.

01/08/2025: Highly not recommended on weekends; you'll be completely ignored for hours. During the week, you might be able to make it. The brioche is good, but I can't say it's excellent because it's definitely very aesthetic and flaky, but maybe we'll find the filling tomorrow. It could definitely improve in some ways. I'll be back for a final review.

30/07/2025: The staff isn't qualified to work with the public. The waiters are disorganized and, above all, rude. You'll have to sit at a dirty table and, as a user reported a few years ago, you'll have to wait for the "regulars" to be served before you can order. Stay away if you don't want to ruin your mood.

07/08/2025: Excellent pastry shop located in the town hall square in Staffa Macugnaga. Excellent cakes for a hearty breakfast and a good selection of wines for a nice aperitif. Really friendly staff!
