18/02/2026: This restaurant is way overpriced for what it offers. The octopus, served as a main course, was the size of an appetizer, which doesn't justify the price at all. As for the beef rib, the waiter didn't ask any questions and brought it without warning onto a hot griddle. The result was that the food splashed everywhere, ruining everyone's clothes. This service method isn't listed on the menu, and the staff doesn't warn you in advance: they simply set the plate down in front of you and leave. Furthermore, the waiter didn't bother to ask how done you wanted it. He brought the meat completely raw and then even seemed annoyed, claiming we should have told him. He clearly confused the roles, because it's the staff who should ask, not the customer who has to specify. The meat was not only raw, but also flavorless: a sprig of rosemary certainly wasn't enough to save it. Another problem is the organization of the service. Dishes are not served simultaneously, so it's normal for one person to have finished eating while another is still waiting for their dish. I've visited the restaurant several times, so this isn't an isolated incident, but a recurring problem. I don't recommend this place. The quality of the food is very poor, and for the same price, you can eat much better in the surrounding area.

29/06/2025: Cena informale con la mia compagna ed un amico. Posto non facilissimo da trovare ma messo in posizione strategica ed aperto su di una piazzetta davvero carina. Menù semplice con poche portate, come piace a me: indice di qualità e freschezza delle materie prime. Abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti, dei primi piatti e dei dolci. Buona scelta di vini al calice con il cameriere molto preparato nel illustrarli e consigliarli. È una trattoria, quindi regna la semplicità ma nel piatto abbiamo trovato qualità e raffinatezza degne di ristoranti ben più blasonati. Riassumendo: buona location, cibo eccellente, buon servizio, rapporto qualità/prezzo Ottimo. Ci torneremo di sicuro per provare i secondi piatti. Consigliatissimo

20/04/2025: Poco prima di Pasqua, è l'occasione per rincontrare un carissimo vecchio amico che ci viene incontro da Milano. Gironzolando per Trento ci viene fame e prenotiamo qua, incuriositi anche dalle ottime recensioni lette. Servizio accogliente, pulito, gentile e rapido. La cucina è davvero ottima, abbiamo potuto cogliere l'occasione di gustare le specialità a base di asparagi, vista anche la stagione prozia. Mi sento di poterla consigliare con assoluta fiducia. Auguri a tutti di buone vacanze pasquali, ma anche di buon viaggio e di buon appetito. MB

21/10/2025: We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Golf Hotel Sonne. Helmut and his team took great care of us from check-in to departure. The location is perfect for a quiet view of the mountains, and the hotel sits on the golf course. The rooms are basic and comfortable. We stayed with half-board, and the 5-course included dinners were amazing. Staff from housekeeping to the restaurant were friendly, kind and professional. Breakfast each morning was served with suggested itineraries and activities for the day. This is a wonderful, family-run spot, highly recommend!

07/10/2025: We stayed at the Golfhotel Sonne from Friday to Sunday and had a truly wonderful time – our dog was also welcome, which we were very happy about. The hotel is beautifully situated with a view of the mountains, perfect for relaxing. What was particularly nice: From the restaurant and breakfast room, you look directly onto the golf course and have a fantastic view into the distance – that alone gave us a pure holiday feeling. The food was truly outstanding – everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and simply absolutely delicious. We were looking forward to the meal and actually went back to the restaurant twice because we enjoyed it so much! Our room overlooked the golf course and had a balcony – it was cozy and clean, just the right place to feel at home. The entire team was very welcoming, and you immediately feel welcome. We would definitely come back and are already looking forward to it!

20/09/2025: We've been regular guests at the Graziani for years, both in winter and briefly in summer. What can I say? We're coming to stay with our Graziani family! Staying in quaint (very clean) rooms, excellent food, and the entire staff are simply commendable and welcoming. The location and the panorama are simply unbeatable. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

12/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were friendly and professional, the location was beautiful (15 minutes from Lake Anterselva), the rooms were large and functional, and there was free Wi-Fi throughout. We also had dinner (the cutlet was very good), and there was ample parking and a buffet breakfast.

07/10/2025: 40€ for goulash with 2 mini dumplings, coleslaw, ½ water, coffee, 2.50 cover charge.

28/07/2025: Ich hatte das Restaurant aus meiner Kindheit in guter Erinnerung. Leider wurden wir an dem Abend sehr enttäuscht. Sowohl, dass für einen zweiten Teller (der zu spät zum teilenden Gericht kam) wurde etwas berechnet als auch der „Willkommensdrink“ der als Gast des Hotels umsonst sein sollte. Als wir das mit dem Drink anmerken wollten, wurde der Chef ausfallend und laut und hat (vermutlich!) das Getränk aus der Tasche seiner Mitarbeiterin (die den Fehler wohl gemacht hat) zahlen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter rannten rum wie aufgescheuchte Hühner, bei dem Chef und der ständigen Angst im Nacken wohl kein Wunder! Leider ein rundum katastrophaler Abend! Essen war ok! Große Portionen, allerdings keine besonders gute Qualität. ✌🏻

26/07/2025: Wir hatten den Ruster Biergarten eigentlich in schöner Erinnerung – mein Mann war früher schon mit seinen Eltern hier, wir waren mehrfach mit unseren Kindern da, und diesmal wollten unsere inzwischen erwachsenen Kinder ein weiteres Mal gemeinsam dort essen. Der Anlass war der 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes Leider wurde der Abend eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war bestenfalls durchschnittlich – eher Masse statt Klasse. Das Personal wirkte durchweg hektisch und angespannt, was wohl auch mit dem äußerst unfreundlichen Chef zusammenhängt. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass das Team regelrecht Angst vor ihm hat. Ein kleiner, aber bezeichnender Punkt: Für einen zweiten Teller zum Teilen einer Vorspeise wurden 1,50 € berechnet – mit der Begründung, dass es kein Gedeck gibt. Das mag formell stimmen, aber in Lokalen, die ein Gedeck berechnen, bekommt man dafür üblicherweise einen Brotkorb mit Öl oder Butter – hier gibt es nichts dergleichen. Auf der Rechnung war zudem ein kleiner Fehler. Als wir höflich um Korrektur baten, hatte man das Gefühl, dass die sehr freundliche junge Bedienung den Fehler aus eigener Tasche begleichen musste – was uns sehr unangenehm war. Als wir schließlich das Gespräch mit dem Chef suchten, wollte er erst gar nicht zu uns kommen. Auf unser Bestehen hin erschien er doch – jedoch ausfallend, respektlos und in einem Ton, der völlig unangebracht war. Wörtlich sagte er: „Dann schreiben Sie doch eine Bewertung!“ Dieser Satz spricht für sich – Gästezufriedenheit scheint hier keine Rolle zu spielen. Offenbar verlässt man sich auf täglich neue Kundschaft. Sehr schade – ein Ort, den wir einst mochten, hat sich für uns leider komplett verändert. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen – und können es auch niemandem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.
