24/10/2025: A centrally located restaurant with a refined atmosphere. The staff is extremely professional and attentive, always friendly without being intrusive. The food is truly excellent: beautifully presented dishes, fresh ingredients, and balanced flavors. The only small flaw is the menu, which remains relatively unchanged over time and offers limited choices, especially when it comes to desserts. It would be nice to see something new every now and then.

The food was excellent, and there was also a welcome drink with an aperitif and delicious bread. The staff was very attentive and so warm, as if we were regulars. We felt very comfortable.

Even the vendors Luisa recommended, from the pastry shop to the wedding planner to the children's entertainer, were professional, helpful, and offered excellent value for money, fulfilling our every wish. All our guests complimented us, and we can only extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for the professionalism and passion with which they made our wedding special. If you dream of a fairytale day, it can come true with deja vu.

08/10/2025: We didn't really have an idea of ​​what we ordered but knew it was for 2 people and something with fish in it.. a bit of language confusion, and we thought it was something without pasta.. But wait a minute, we got a lot of food.. it was the best we had on our entire holiday.. it gets our warmest recommendations. A big shame that we were the only guests for the 2-3 hours we sat there..

07/10/2025: A special thank you to Etna Palace for allowing us to celebrate our wedding. A fabulous location with a large park that hosts a beautiful buffet/cake cutting area, full of fountains, and a large swimming pool that completes the setting, with majestic Mount Etna as a backdrop. Inside, the venue features a very large, elegant hall. The very welcoming and competent staff were eager to accommodate our needs, ensuring a reception with attention to every detail. The menu was extensive, and the cuisine was excellent and carefully prepared! Our experience was very positive, and we'll definitely be back!

07/09/2025: We chose the Etna Palace restaurant on the recommendation of family friends, who have hosted many events there. From the start, we found the atmosphere to be very friendly and welcoming, ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. With the advice of chef and owner Carmelo, we created a delicious and sophisticated menu, and all our guests raved not only about the cuisine offered but also about the decor of the room and the care they took to accommodate our requests. We will definitely return to host our events there. And we will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they make you feel at home and not like an object. 17/10/2025: Having dinner with family on vacation, I expected more, nothing special or exceptional. How could you not have stigliole and spring onions in San Cataldo? The waitress took our order three times because when she got to the kitchen, what we'd ordered was gone.

31/08/2025: I've been going to this place with my boyfriend every Halloween for the past four years. It's perfectly decorated for Halloween and creates a wonderful atmosphere. The sandwiches are delicious, both the regular ones and the smashes. It's become a tradition for us. See you this year! =)
