04/10/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by people who live in Licata. The restaurant is well-kept and clean inside. It's run by a young family, whose staff are polite and always smiling. The food is excellent: fresh fish cooked simply, but with flavors that will remain among the fond memories of this holiday. Highly recommended. 5 stars are nothing for the Taverna del Duca.

07/10/2025: A special thank you to Etna Palace for allowing us to celebrate our wedding. A fabulous location with a large park that hosts a beautiful buffet/cake cutting area, full of fountains, and a large swimming pool that completes the setting, with majestic Mount Etna as a backdrop. Inside, the venue features a very large, elegant hall. The very welcoming and competent staff were eager to accommodate our needs, ensuring a reception with attention to every detail. The menu was extensive, and the cuisine was excellent and carefully prepared! Our experience was very positive, and we'll definitely be back!

07/09/2025: We chose the Etna Palace restaurant on the recommendation of family friends, who have hosted many events there. From the start, we found the atmosphere to be very friendly and welcoming, ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. With the advice of chef and owner Carmelo, we created a delicious and sophisticated menu, and all our guests raved not only about the cuisine offered but also about the decor of the room and the care they took to accommodate our requests. We will definitely return to host our events there. And we will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they make you feel at home and not like an object. 29/08/2025: I returned here after a few years for an aperitif. I remembered it being much more lavish, with nothing special about the cocktails. Service was too slow; we had a table booked for 8:30 PM, but they started serving us around 9:45 PM.

31/08/2025: I've been going to this place with my boyfriend every Halloween for the past four years. It's perfectly decorated for Halloween and creates a wonderful atmosphere. The sandwiches are delicious, both the regular ones and the smashes. It's become a tradition for us. See you this year! =)

11/09/2025: I went to get a quote for a birthday banquet. I waited patiently, accepting all the interruptions from suppliers and customers who came and went while the manager explained the various banquet options. When it came time to visit the two locations, one of which was booked but she didn't know which, she quickly dismissed me by running through the various paths connecting the two rooms, saying she would call later that evening to let me know which one would be free. It all happened last week... I'm still waiting for the call, in fact, I don't even care anymore... oh well! 😂

From our first meeting, Marina, along with Francesca and Antonella, proved to be extremely professional, patient, and always available. We developed a wonderful relationship of mutual respect and trust, and thanks to their valuable advice and experience, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. The event was a true success: I still receive so many compliments! The location is elegant, welcoming, and features large spaces that adapt perfectly to every need. The poolside dinner created a magical and evocative atmosphere. The service was impeccable: the staff were attentive, friendly, and always present, yet never intrusive. The table linens were refined, the food excellent and of the highest quality, with dishes meticulously crafted in both flavor and presentation. And what about the DJ set at the end of the evening? A truly classy touch that got everyone going, with the final train ride becoming an iconic moment of the evening! I recommend Ikebana Eventi to anyone looking for a unique experience. Simply perfect.
