29/03/2026: Excellent experience: Welcome, with a welcome glass of prosecco and a savory wafer. Fast, attentive, professional, and very kind service. Truly good food. My wife ordered the Bronte pizza, about €14; it has a very light, flaky dough and excellent toppings, in addition to the generous portion. I ordered the fish appetizer for myself; for €22, you can satisfy your hunger, delighting in a delicious pepper caponata, a trio of marinated fish, a selection of fried small fish (very fresh), octopus salad, peppered mussels, and two anchovies (I would have preferred some marinated anchovies). Good crusty bread; as soon as the first basket was finished, the waiter immediately brought a second without me having time to ask. A 750 ml bottle of still water and a 33 cl Strait beer. Finally, a warm chocolate heart for my wife and a mandarin sorbet for me. All this for €57, including €2.80 per person for the cover charge. (A little high, but still satisfying.) An experience to repeat!

11/04/2026: We found it by chance. It was packed. We asked for a table for two and they found us a small table in 10 minutes. The food was super fast and delicious. The pizzas were made with all-natural ingredients and the mussels were amazing. The service was very friendly. Prices are cheap compared to other restaurants in the area. 100% recommended.

24/10/2025: A centrally located restaurant with a refined atmosphere. The staff is extremely professional and attentive, always friendly without being intrusive. The food is truly excellent: beautifully presented dishes, fresh ingredients, and balanced flavors. The only small flaw is the menu, which remains relatively unchanged over time and offers limited choices, especially when it comes to desserts. It would be nice to see something new every now and then.

21/04/2026: I celebrated my graduation (a very intimate affair with just 12 people), and they reserved a table for me in the Botanike restaurant area. I chose the ikebana menu with appetizers, first and second courses, and a cake to celebrate. I couldn't have been happier. The service was excellent, and they paid attention to every detail (the table linens, the red candles). They even reserved a table for me for photos with the cake, even though I hadn't booked the entire room. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I consider them professionals!

04/01/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance while strolling along the Torre Archirafi seafront. We were pleasantly surprised by the dishes on the menu: everything was fresh and good quality, with generous and flavorful appetizers. For our first course, we ordered the house specialty, shrimp and spider crab risotto...very, very good! In short, if you're in the area, it's a must-try!

I've eaten there several times and enjoyed refined and original dishes, such as a grilled octopus that was divine. My partner raves about it and highly recommends it, just as I do.

04/12/2025: We're so happy to have chosen Dejavu as the venue for our wedding on June 15, 2025. Luisa and her staff were available, professional, and attentive from the very first meeting. We decided to celebrate the civil ceremony on the beach, and I have nothing else to add other than that it was magnificent. The venue speaks for itself, as does the attention to detail. Exchanging vows at sunset was ethereal. The aperitif by the sea was exceptional, and we received compliments from all our guests, especially for the oyster corner: we were told they were the best oysters we've ever eaten, and to be honest, we can only confirm that! Regarding the wedding dinner in the garden, the setting with the starry sky was magical, and the food was excellent. We started planning the wedding two years in advance, and the menu tasting took place just as long ago, so we couldn't wait to enjoy our chosen menu, which absolutely lived up to expectations. The food was plentiful, high-quality, and delicious! Also not to be overlooked was the seamless organization from start to finish, which is essential for a successful wedding. We received compliments from everyone not only on the food but also on the location, which was extremely beautiful and elegant. As for us: it was the best day of our lives. Everything was wonderful; we wouldn't change a thing because it was perfect just the way it was. We wholeheartedly recommend Dejavu to anyone looking for an enchanting location, serious, competent professionals who are passionate about their craft. Thanks to Luisa and her staff for making our day even more beautiful! ♥️

17/10/2025: From the first meeting to the wedding day, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail; we didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff was available, attentive, and always smiling, ready to satisfy every request, both ours and our guests'. The service was impeccable, the cuisine exceptional, and the location dreamy—everything contributed to making the day truly unforgettable. Even the vendors Luisa recommended, from the pastry shop to the wedding planner to the children's entertainer, were professional, helpful, and offered excellent value for money, fulfilling our every wish. All our guests complimented us, and we can only extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for the professionalism and passion with which they made our wedding special. If you dream of a fairytale day, it can come true with deja vu.

09/04/2026: I've been a customer for years, at least ten. In my opinion, Bacchus might even consider closing. Lately, and I mean in the last six months, the food quality has become rubbish. They serve stale, smelly cured meats, rancid ricotta in desserts, stringy sandwiches, and watered-down cocktails. With extreme bitterness, last night, April 8th, I told the waiter I wasn't satisfied. I was probably too polite, because I heard him shrug his shoulders and say, "You're the first, I'm sorry. If you want, talk to the owner." But what's the waiter there for other than to handle this kind of situation? I simply replied that I won't be going there again, and that's how it will be. We were devastated.

31/03/2026: All appearance. Rude and arrogant staff! You see certain photos on the menu, but as soon as you order, you get something completely different. Spritz served in an inappropriate glass!! We order a hot appetizer... and only chips arrive! We order two sandwiches and some ingredients were missing!!! In all this, the waiter leaves the appetizer at the table and tells us that the rest of the appetizer was at the bottom... which means nothing! We call him back for an explanation and magically he knew nothing!!! (There was a couple next to us with a hot appetizer piled high with everything that was supposed to be there, not just chips). So we deduce that either you're a friend or a regular customer, or better yet, you shouldn't even come in for a COFFEE!!!

20/10/2025: Unbeatable kebab! Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Cheerful and very hospitable staff. Try the hot, freshly fried falafel... A masterpiece!!! Simply the best for this type of traditional cuisine in the province.

29/12/2025: ENCHANTED EXPERIENCE Etna Palace was a delightful discovery, truly splendid. The location, with its park, outdoor spaces, large fountain, and covered and uncovered verandas, is truly delightful. The interiors are well-kept and very welcoming, as is the staff: Maria Rita and Angela, as well as their brothers in the dining room and kitchen, were excellent hosts. I had the Christmas lunch, which was excellent, from the entrée with a welcome cocktail through to all the other courses. The fried cocktails were delicious, as were the hot and cold appetizers we received (anything but ordinary in their combinations, with a simple yet impeccable potato basket with Russian salad!). The two first courses were exquisite (and I had seconds of both): both the fresh pasta with a delicious Sorrento-style tomato sauce and the asparagus and speck risotto were superbly cooked, textured, flavorful, and savory (and risotto is notoriously difficult!). The second course (a thin rib-eye steak with mushrooms and an exceptional roux: I had seconds of both), accompanied by a baked potato, a treasure trove of delicious broccoli and prosciutto filling, was truly delicious. I would have loved to have had seconds of the desserts, especially the cream puffs, but I managed to restrain myself. The non-alcoholic drink to start, the Montepulciano served at the perfect temperature for eating, and finally the sparkling wine at the end were perfect pairings for the various courses. Add to that the quality-price ratio was absolutely in favor of the quality (elsewhere, at least, the price would have been about twenty euros more!), and I can only recommend going, and returning!
