07/01/2025: We stayed at the hotel during the holidays with my parents and the Staff was VERY kind and helpful. The food is great, the place is great and very well located. We ate at the restaurants many times, and for New Year's first brunch there was a special menu which was delicious. I absolutely recommend this place, the hotel and the restaurant! Thanks to the staff!

29/12/2024: I chose this place to celebrate my graduation and was immediately enchanted by it. The location in question has an incredible view, the swimming pool is open all year round, and is an integral part of Villa Mercede, a jewel at the entrance to Frascati, one of my favorite areas of the Castelli Romani. The professionalism of the maître Nicola makes "La cucina con vista" a restaurant of great prominence; he assisted me at all times, making sure my guests were comfortable and enjoying the event, it was as if he was watching over us. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly, in line with the elegance of the venue. The refined and tasty food was the confirmation of having chosen the right restaurant and which I would recommend a million times to everyone, not only to celebrate events but also to spend a quiet evening enjoying a splendid view. Congratulations again to all the staff, well deserved. Keep it up! ❤️

01/12/2024: I give 5 stars because I don't want the review score to be lowered.. I respect all activities and people who work.. The cuisine needs to be totally improved... I thought it would be better... it's really a shame because I would go back... staff friendly, clean room with panoramic view.. Unfortunately I question the quality of the dishes prepared... tasteless and lukewarm.. My advice but it matters little.. change the menu!!

14/01/2025: A great spot for a nice breakfast. I chose this for my birthday as it had a lovely view and lovely atmosphere. Food was great. They have multiple options that you can choose from. Buffet, continental or you can choose from their menu. Service was great.

05/01/2025: Terrazza bellissima con vista su Roma e S. Pietro. Cibo davvero divino, siamo stati a pranzo e nonostante il mese freddo abbiamo mangiato fuori perché c'era il sole.

25/01/2025: Just returned from this splendid restaurant which for a moment catapults you into ancient Persia. The meat is some of the best I've ever eaten. Very tender and tasty. Generous portions. Many specialties to try. The service is quick and very friendly. There is a lot of willingness to illustrate the particularities of the dishes. The bill is absolutely in line with the quality proposed (very high quality). The location has furnishings that naturally recall Iranian culture and it is therefore nice to linger on the details during the evening. We will definitely be back to try the other dishes we didn't try. The owner, a true Iranian, is a very helpful person to answer culinary curiosities. You can tell he really loves what he does!

03/02/2025: Meal: I love the unique and spiced food here! The hotness elevates the taste of meat, and intajal(the crepes like bread) has a moisture and consistency of sourdough bread. Using hands picking up foods made the experience even more interesting, you can feel the warmth and tenderness of food. And, what’s more is that, the service there is lovely and friendly! I’ll definitely be back again! Meals: I love the unique and spice-filled food here! The spiciness enhances the flavor of the meat, while the intajal (crepe-like bread) has a moist, groundy texture like sourdough bread. Taking the food with your hands makes the dining experience more interesting, allowing you to feel the temperature and softness of the food. In addition, the service here is also very kind and friendly. I will want to come back next time!

Family run, Luisa is number 1 together with her chef husband!😊 The best indeed! It is always high quality and you are always satisfied every time you go there. I recommend to everyone!

13/01/2025: This place is a hidden gem in heart of Rome! Gabriel went truly above and beyond and was the highlight of our trip to Rome! We only had 3 nights of stay in Rome, and we came to Hi res twice due to Gabriel’s exceptional service! Normally we are all about exploring the new places, but he got us hooked :)) Food and service is not any short of Michelin star!! If I could I would give 6 or 7 stars out of 5! Its been a few month since we visited and our son still asks for Hi-Res every once in a while ! :)

I didn't think there was such a high increase in prices that I hadn't previously checked. Above all, the cost of the wine and the concert was unjustified. This kind of concert isn't €30. I never expected a place like this to serve filtered tap water in bottles with limescale marks inside. The only positive note, the chef's surprises. Disappointed

18/01/2025: Very nice jazz club, refined setting, elegant atmosphere, refined dishes excellently presented, perhaps a little too "nouvelle cuisine" but with great taste. The service is attentive and professional, which is also a more than appreciable aspect. The prices are quite high but the total cost includes the real must of this beautiful venue, namely the top-level jazz show, which yesterday was enriched by the presence of the group led by the great Greg. A memorable evening, with good food, excellent music and also many good laughs.
