11/04/2025: Such an amazing place, amazing service and the best sandwiches EVER. They were so very considerate, when they found out I dont eat pork they went ahead and cleaned the entire slicing machine because they had used it to slice pork before. I thought that was so sweet, specially because I havent asked for it, it was just so thoughtful and made me feel like they care. The sandwiches were amazing as well. I had a bresaola sandwich with pesto, mozzarella buffala, and sun-dried tomatoes. We also had a turkey and smoked cheese sandwich with olives and pesto. Would HIGHLY recommend.

29/12/2024: I chose this place to celebrate my graduation and was immediately enchanted by it. The location in question has an incredible view, the swimming pool is open all year round, and is an integral part of Villa Mercede, a jewel at the entrance to Frascati, one of my favorite areas of the Castelli Romani. The professionalism of the maître Nicola makes "La cucina con vista" a restaurant of great prominence; he assisted me at all times, making sure my guests were comfortable and enjoying the event, it was as if he was watching over us. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly, in line with the elegance of the venue. The refined and tasty food was the confirmation of having chosen the right restaurant and which I would recommend a million times to everyone, not only to celebrate events but also to spend a quiet evening enjoying a splendid view. Congratulations again to all the staff, well deserved. Keep it up! ❤️

21/03/2025: a beautiful restaurant just off the main colosseum road. we sat outside- there was fires to keep us warm and looking at the colosseum in the dark was lovely. our waiter Daniel was very kind, the service was lovely and the food was amazing. considering its location, the price was okay!!

Organizzazione ottima con le Sig.re Marianna e Valeria (che sanno indirizzarti con molta esperienza su quello che è migliore per l'occasione). Location meravigliosa e cibo super gustoso. Personale qualificato e gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo.

04/02/2025: My mother's party was wonderful. Even today the guests talk about it. Excellent cuisine. Attentive and quick service. The location is beautiful: it feels like going back to the small villages that dotted the road. Even though there were several parties that evening, there wasn't the slightest disturbance, it was like being at home. What can I say? We need to celebrate something else and come back.

12/03/2025: Clean restaurant, well-kept environment, very welcoming, not very large, offers excellent dishes. Ours was the first time at this restaurant. We ordered starters, first and second courses and desserts. We were very satisfied and will definitely return thanks again to the very kind owner and the waitress who was extremely nice and kind!!!!

26/03/2025: Enchanting place doesn't feel like being in Rome! I was pleasantly welcomed, as if I had always gone there, but instead it was the first time. Very high quality food, spectacular risotto and very good cauliflower, very original desserts, very good drinks and a wide choice of dry or sweet flavours. The music obviously played its part and warmed up the atmosphere! We will definitely be back. Thank you

13/04/2025: A very pleasant place with a large menu prepared with excellent raw materials, good service, the room is highly appreciable, with a garden making it a highlight for quality lunches and dinners of any motivation.

18/03/2025: Quiet environment surrounded by greenery, well cared for, everything cleanly organised, spacious rooms and outdoor areas, very convenient to get there, a stone's throw from the motorway, very good cuisine and top quality material, excellent references in the cellar in addition to the vast choice of wines, prosecco and champagne. 24/02/2025: I was looking for a restaurant in Rome that offers a good view of the city. I was then recommended the High Res Restaurant in Rome. Overall it was a big disappointment because the restaurant is only on the sixth floor of a hotel and the view is therefore not over the city. In addition, the price-performance ratio is subpar and the quality of the food cannot compete with the other Roman cuisine in the city. Furthermore, relatively loud old pop music was played.

15/02/2025: Too expensive for the level of the restaurant. Normal service. Nothing super fantastic. Average restaurant. We had dinner as a couple on a winter evening, I found the room cold and devoid of details and furnishings of a high-quality restaurant. (perhaps in the summer it will be more pleasant having the outdoor terrace)
