Very close to Malpensa airport. Comfortable bed, bathroom with plenty of amenities (they have Rituals products and a very powerful hairdryer).

Great hotel, good location, friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. In August we will be back for 3 nights.

A noteworthy 4 ⭐️, comfortable rooms with private car parking, suite on 2 floors, unfortunately the bed is not very comfortable due to the very hard mattress, very small bathroom but huge shower

I stayed with my family in a Family Room on two floors, with a mezzanine on the second. I was happy to be able to bring my puppy. I'm obsessed with cleanliness, and I must say I found everything perfect. The breakfast was delicious. A perfect score.

Fantastic hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. My son suddenly became ill during our stay, and the entire team was incredibly understanding and kind. They helped us with great compassion and professionalism during a difficult time. A heartfelt thank you for the hospitality and the wonderful willingness to help. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a large shopping center nearby and excellent access to the motorway for excursions to the lakes, Milan, or the beautiful city of Bergamo. It's very practical to be able to park the car in a free private parking lot right in front of the hotel room. We highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms are clean and practically brand new, although the bathroom has a glass door, and the room is still quite small, so if your partner goes to the bathroom, it's as if you're together :) I didn't eat at the hotel, but it seems very decent with excellent value for money. Close to Malpensa Airport, with a rental car you have a great location for visiting everything around Milan. Keep in mind that the area around Milan is much more charming and beautiful to visit than the city itself. Finally, a bonus is the free parking, while some establishments charge 30 or even 40 euros per night for a car.

As for the hotel's aesthetics, rooms, and suites, there's nothing to complain about: it's probably the only one in the area offering such a style. I stayed one night in the Blue Suite, which was spectacular and welcoming... at least on the surface, because as soon as you look beyond the facade, all the serious shortcomings become apparent. The most scandalous thing was the constant freezing air, with a bed completely inadequate to combat the cold, just a sheet. An absurd situation. I tried calling the front desk, since they'd been so insistent at check-in, but the in-room phone was unusable, with constant errors. This in itself says a lot about the quality of the facility. So I called with my cell phone, and after a futile wait, they finally answered. I asked them to turn off the air conditioning and they told me they'd sort it out. The result? Nothing. After 30 minutes, absolutely nothing changed. I even had to look for a room temperature control myself, setting it to 25 degrees (it was becoming a freezer), but obviously that was also useless. We slept terribly; I woke up with a sore neck from the air hitting me all night. Unacceptable. The tub is very aesthetically pleasing, although the water tends to be cold at first and takes a while to reach a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was completely disappointing: nothing special is saying a lot. Dirty tables, with crumbs left there by previous guests, a clear sign of careless cleaning. The staff was practically absent: zero attention, zero interest in asking if anything was needed. Furthermore, I personally don't appreciate the use of automatic coffee and cappuccino machines, especially in establishments that aim to offer a certain level of service. In short: great looks, but decidedly poor service.

Very clean and beautiful hotel however I wouldn't qualify this as a four star hotel. Staff at the reception area are knowledgeable and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms look pretty but poorly and cheaply decorated. Beds and the pillows were pure luxury though. Rooms were hot and air conditioning couldn't be turned on which made sleeping difficult for someone going through perimenopause. Breakfast was okay, not as amazing as people mentioned on previous reviews. It's a better financial situation to go out for coffee daily. Overall positive experience but wouldn't qualify this as a 4 Star hotel. Great location however car is needed

Great hotel and great restaurant and spa

The hotel's location is truly beautiful, the hotel is very stylishly designed, and there are different room types: villa duplexes and standard rooms. The breakfast was delicious, only the beds were uncomfortable. The transparent bathroom windows in the family room were also not very pleasant. If you have a car during your trip, you can choose this hotel with peace of mind.
