14/11/2025: The most beautiful place in the world, where you feel at home. Located on a panoramic hill just a minute from the center of Capezzano Pianore, in summer you can fully enjoy the garden surrounded by nature. The food and service are top-notch, and the owner makes you feel at home. There's nothing better in the area.

28/01/2026: A very nice restaurant in the center of Pietrasanta. The staff is truly friendly and helpful. The food is truly excellent; I really enjoyed the spaghetti with anemone, a dish I'd never tried anywhere else. The restaurant is very easy to get to from the center, and you can park your car at the station without having to pay for parking. Recommended!

25/01/2026: We arrived here thanks to an app. The restaurant is truly beautiful and well-kept. The bottles decorating the walls are beautiful. Traditional Tuscan dishes with some influences. The desserts are very good. The service is truly courteous and attentive.

01/01/2026: On the last day of the year, I cycled from Viareggio to Forte dei Marmi. I stopped at this unfamiliar pastry shop along the seafront for a coffee. I noticed a mini cream-filled bombolone, which I eagerly took out to try. Absolutely excellent; I loved the unusual, slightly crunchy pastry and the sublime cream. The coffee was also good. It will be one of my future favorite pastry shops in Versilia. Highly recommended.

28/12/2025: We had breakfast at Baroni: the croissants were good, but the cappuccinos lacked coffee. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the attitude of the staff (especially the waitress), who were unfriendly. The owner wasn't particularly friendly either, giving the impression of being pressed for money. It's a shame, because a little more courtesy would have made the place truly pleasant.

26/11/2025: Very classic dishes, nothing wow-worthy or innovative, but excellent quality and attention to detail. The service was impeccable, too. We started with tartar and stuffed mussels (slightly salty), followed by cheek (which melted in the mouth) and the fish of the day. I also recommend the desserts; we opted for the apple pie and the mascarpone pie (pictured). They also brought us an amuse bouche and, along with the desserts, an assortment of their small pastries. The wine list is also good.

31/08/2025: The food at "La conca pizzeria" was absolutely delicious. We've rarely eaten such good pizza, the appetizer was excellent, and the tiramisu was divine. The regional wine pairing rounded it all off wonderfully. We'd happily return.

18/08/2025: The pizza was absolutely delicious. The dough was light and easy to digest. The place is cute, with a clean and tidy outdoor area in the summer. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back, and word of mouth is a must. Highly recommended.

11/01/2026: Without a reservation, drawn only by the elegant ambience, we entered for a couples' dinner at a place you'd recommend to any true friend. The manager (whose name, unfortunately, I didn't ask) was attentive, welcoming, and empathetic, bordering on embarrassing for a skeptical Genoese like myself. Pumpkin tortelli 10, ravioli lucchesi 10, duck breast 10... if there had been room left in my stomach, I can imagine what the desserts would have been like. Catering, and indeed any profession in general, should always be conducted according to these pillars of passion, courtesy, and dedication. Congratulations, Marco & Eva

26/10/2025: We spent a wonderful evening at this restaurant, with the new chef Sebastiano, who has revolutionized the kitchen and the dishes. The quality is extraordinary and the dishes are unique, definitely worth trying. The service is friendly and the prices are fair; the passion and dedication to the cuisine is evident in every bite. Compliments to the entire staff, and we'll definitely see you next time!

26/12/2025: Christmas lunch set menu. Everything was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely friendly, the service was prompt, and the place was spotless. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

26/12/2025: Update December 2025: We celebrated Christmas here with our family. Service was excellent, and the food was excellent. Three seafood appetizers (see photo) cost €60 (paccheri with cherry tomatoes, scampi, clams, and lupini beans), mixed fried fish with anchovies and fried vegetables, and panettone with cream, water, wine, and coffee. It was sold out. Update 2025: Everything is always great at La Casina! --- We're regulars at this restaurant, and I can say it's an extremely good restaurant, especially for the price. The dishes are good and plentiful, and there's no cover charge. I recommend the tagliolini with lobster, the seafood sauté, and the cacciucco (fish stew). Located in the Viareggio pine forest, 200 meters from the sea, it offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with air conditioning. During high season, it's better to reach it by bike than by car due to the lack of parking in the area (free parking nearby from 1-3 PM and after 8 PM). They often offer a free after-dinner drink at the end of the meal. - August 2023. This year too, we've been to the local restaurant a couple of times, always top-notch. The seafood is good and plentiful, and there's a fixed-price menu available (4 appetizers, 2 first courses, fried food, and water, plus wine). The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a wide variety of "ammazza caffè" (afternoon tea) for those like me who don't get the usual "amaro del Capo" (a bitter liqueur). Don't be put off by anyone who complains about slow service. The staff is always busy, but when there's a lot of people, you might have to wait, but that means you'll eat well!

10/01/2026: Bar Irene is now an institution, and they know how to do it. There are only two problems: 1) the indoor space is practically nonexistent, so there's only outdoor space. 2) people smoke outside, regardless of whether someone is still eating at the next table. If good manners aren't present (i.e., getting up and moving away from the tables), the manager should intervene and allow smoking either outside or on the outdoor terrace. This is the only really annoying thing.

02/01/2026: The staff is incredibly friendly. The location is interesting, right in front of the old market. The music is top-notch. The pastries, appetizers, and coffee are excellent. Everything feels like a harmonious blend of vital elements.
