08/05/2024: Wow, just wow. Mara; who owns the restaurant took excellent care of us and was only outshined by the food. We’ve been all over Sicily and this restaurant stayed to the local cuisine and we felt like we were eating at a local family’s home who prepares food based on what the mountain offers. We had the Pork and the Etna Pasta. My wife and I loved both, but in my mind the sauce that accompanied the pork put that dish over the top.

05/05/2024: Impeccable! Selected menu with quality ingredients and excellent preparation. Excellent selection of Etna wines. Friendly, friendly and competent owners. Absolutely recommended.

26/08/2024: Excellent restaurant, nothing to complain about. The boss and staff are very cheerful and friendly. Prosecco offered on arrival, huge and tasty pizzas, good value for money. Special mention for the Italian ratatouille as an incredible starter!

22/08/2024: Excellent fish starter with welcome aperitif, even the first courses were a pleasant surprise, all very plentiful and of good quality. The service was quick and very kind, also recommending the dishes of the day which were excellent. We will definitely be back!

08/07/2024: I didn't expect it, exceptional pizza, super full, super soft, quality ingredients, for the first time I couldn't finish the pizza because it was really big. Super punctual delivery. In summary? SUPER! Be wary of negative comments 😎 P.S. I had a parmigiana with chips (really a lot 😜)

27/07/2024: In my personal opinion, this establishment stands out as my preferred dining option within the Motta area. Their pizza offerings are exceptionally delectable, particularly the Calabrese variety. It provides an adequate level of spiciness to satisfy my preferences. Furthermore, the pricing is reasonable, and the quality has consistently met my expectations. I have visited this establishment on three separate occasions this week, and each time, I have been thoroughly impressed by the culinary offerings.

27/08/2024: Locale di classe e molto caratteristico. Pizza di qualità e prezzi nella media. Offre una vasta scelta fra ristoramte, pizzeria e piatti tipici. Complimemti.

18/08/2024: A v.santa Filomena,in pieno centro, troviamo questo locale,su consiglio di un'amica, che lo conosce sin dalle origini. Prendiamo pochi piatti da condividere,il servizio è rapido e impeccabile, ci portano due piattini ad ogni portata, squisita la calamarata alla catanese,eccezionale il baccalà e lo spada in un letto di patate con pomodori confit e wakame. Per il dolce eravamo già sazi. Conto onesto, da provare.

11/08/2024: I ate the roasted octopus and the spaghetti with clams. They are really good and tasty dishes. The waitresses are very nice and friendly. It's not difficult to find parking. I will definitely be happy to return.

07/08/2024: I discovered this place thanks to my in-laws on vacation coming to buy some ceramics. Stunning starters and I was struck by the typical one of the area (vegetarian). The flagship dish is tagliolini with red prawns and truffle. Almost all high-level organic wines to discover niche local wineries. Impeccable service.

18/08/2024: On a Saturday evening in August, I stood outside for more than 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone on staff to ask for a table for 2 people (and the associated waiting time). Nobody came to talk to me in those 10 minutes, so I decided to go to another place. I understand that summer Saturday evenings are particularly difficult due to the amount of work, but at least a little more attention to "probable customers". I would have preferred to read a note at the entrance with "reservations only" or "we do not accept new requests for tables" rather than be ignored for so long. I'm sorry to leave negative reviews, but I hope it can be read as constructive criticism.

18/06/2024: The food was amazing. Appetizers were delicious, specially the bruschetta. Main course was flawless. And the best was saved for last, the desserts were fantastic. I would go back there in no time to get more of the melon gelatto and the millefoglia cake. It was *so* good that we went back there for dinner again in the following night.

18/06/2024: We discovered this pizzeria by chance... located near Piazza Galatea, it immediately presents itself with a series of outdoor tables. The outdoor area is elegant, with soft lights that create a relaxing environment. The menu is full of various courses. We got some pizzas. The dough is excellent, it is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The ingredients are also good. Overall it was a nice and good experience.

18/06/2024: One of the best breakfast places in the area, I Highly recommend. Breakfast in Italy is very different from Americanized and English breakfast. So this place is a gem if you are feeling a bit homesick while on vacation and traveling.

16/04/2024: I came here with my school for an educational trip, clean place, excellent service and quite good food, super friendly staff, especially a guy (whose name I don't remember, sorry) with whom I had a really interesting conversation in English, excellent experience also for the right costs, I will definitely return

30/07/2024: The dishes here is exceptional. Our server was attentive, yet not intrusive. The whole team worked together to provide a flawless eating experience. We never had to ask anything twice! I can't say enough positive things about the service at this establishment. The staff is very tolerant of small alterations and goes above and beyond to assure visitors' satisfaction. Bravo! Always make sure to return on my visits to Catania!

17/07/2024: We tried this steak house on Monday, specifically to avoid confusion, and we were actually served and accompanied during the evening in an excellent manner. We had two platters of cured meats and potatoes as appetizers, both excellent, the cured meats and cheeses containing donkey mortadella, salted meat, blue buffalo loin, smoked buffalo provola herbaceous etc were fantastic. Afterwards we had some sandwiches, the picanha of fillets and a t-bone that exceeded the kg of Polish meat. All very good, cooked well even if they don't serve hot plates. In my opinion there were few selections present, so there was little choice as regards the matured meats, at full price the t-bone that we took I think was excessively expensive, also because it was marked as much as the rubia given that all the meats fluctuate between 90 and 100 euros per kg. Really excellent beer. However, in essence I will return, I don't argue about prices, where some things seemed correct to me, others less so.
