17/02/2025: Se siete un gruppo con bambini e avete bisogno di un minimo di flessibilità sui numeri probabilmente meglio che vi rivolgiate altrove. Prenotiamo per un compleanno a metà settimana per la domenica a pranzo per 15 adulti + 4 bambini (età compresa tra 1 e 4 anni, quindi non dei mangioni), specifichiamo fin da subito l’età dei bambini chiedendo il costo del pranzo, ci viene risposto “valutiamo al momento” e ci si chiede di confermare la domenica mattina il numero definitivo. Domenica mattina comunichiamo 12 + 4 su whatsapp con tanto di ricezione del messaggio e risposta, purtroppo abbiamo un’ulteriore defezione dell’ultimo minuto che ci fa scendere ad 11 adulti + i 4 bambini. Ci presentiamo al ristorante, veniamo accolti con un caloroso “eh ma a sapere che eravate così pochi accettavo un altro tavolo da 8”, e veniamo trattati con freddezza per tutto il pranzo. Al momento del pagamento, anziché 39€ a testa come da menu, ce ne vengono chiesti 43 senza la minima spiegazione. Quando la chiediamo ci vengono rinfacciate 4 persone in meno e l’età dei bambini (“non pensavo fossero così piccoli”), davanti a tutti gli invitati, come se noi non avessimo mai dato aggiornamenti con tempi e modalità richieste. Dopo che, per un discorso di puro principio, protestiamo mostrando anche la conferma su whatsapp si ritorna a 39€ a testa, ma con tanto di polemica a tutti quelli del tavolo che hanno pagato dopo di noi. Sarebbe stata gradita una maggiore chiarezza fin da subito, sia sui costi per i bambini che sulle politiche di cancellazione: in molti posti le quote comunicate si pagano a prescindere, ma questo viene specificato fin dall’inizio e tutti si regolano di conseguenza. Peccato, ci siamo rimasti veramente male.

07/02/2025: Locale curato e arredato con gusto che gli fornisce una propria personalità. Personale gentile Menù con scelta fra vari antipasti primi e secondi studiati e delicati e porzioni non risicate. Serata veramente piacevole in settimana.

23/10/2024: I didn’t even stay there because I was in another city. But they helped me and my wife find a taxi when we had problems with the boat. Overall, very kind staff in an excellent location.

14/10/2024: Stayed here to start our honeymoon (Sept 2019) and it was amazing. Such a memorable stay. Does anyone know if they sell the scent that permeates the hotel?
