05/03/2026: Passing through this tuff village rising toward the Tuscia sky, Montefiascone, a balcony overlooking the blue of Lake Bolsena, in search of a quick lunch, is a place of class. Upon entering this restaurant, you immediately realize you're in a classy place. Describing the universe of Osmosi without slipping into the banal is a challenge to the senses: here, the experience isn't limited to the plate, but transforms into a constant stimulation where the boundary between food and the senses becomes wonderfully subtle. This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. The experience is completed in the glass, where expert knowledge of wine meets attentive, yet never intrusive, listening attentively, creating a perfect harmony between knowledge and personal pleasure. The dishes I tasted exude that mystery typical of those who know how to transform raw ingredients into an almost unique experience.
You leave the restaurant with an irresistible desire to return SOON. And then: See you soon!

Exciting cuisine, impeccable service, and a breathtaking location: *La Parolina* is much more than a restaurant; it's a sensory journey through flavors, aromas, and creativity.
Each dish is meticulously crafted, using excellent local ingredients reinterpreted with elegance and technique. The tasting menu is a crescendo of surprises, balance, and authentic passion.
The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and present, yet never intrusive. The dining room exudes warmth and refinement, with a view that makes the experience even more memorable.
A well-deserved Michelin star, but after this dinner, it's at least three. Kudos to Iside and her team!

28/02/2026: Aside from the 80s dishes, which are always good if done well, the quality of the seafood cuisine is beyond me, even if they blindfolded me and threw in random ingredients, I couldn't prepare something like this. Low-quality ingredients and, above all, even worse, assembled, inedible, indigestible, absolutely to be avoided.
08/02/2026: We happened upon it by chance on a Sunday during Carnival, and were warmly welcomed even though we hadn't booked. We had a seafood menu, a meat menu, and a children's menu. Everything was excellent, especially the rice with scampi cream. Impeccable service! The lady at the counter was incredibly kind; she brought a sketchbook and pencils for the little girl, and when we left, she lent us an umbrella to get to the car because it was raining! All spontaneous and appropriate gestures, anticipating the customer's needs!
The bill came to just under €30 per person.
A small glass of hazelnut cream was kindly offered.
Keep up the good work, well done!

The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. The bread and focaccia are excellent. There are only a few dishes... but the ones they do have are refined and delicious. "You have to mop up the bread with bread"... the price is moderately high.
03/01/2026: Excellent restaurant with a limited menu but refined flavors. We didn't notice at all that everything here was gluten-free; the bread and focaccia were exceptional. The prices were just above average, but the portions were generous and the flavors sophisticated.

The truffle pasta suited Taiwanese tastes.
The beef steak that was served had too much gristle and was inedible; the restaurant replaced it with a new one, and the service was excellent.
They offered their own homemade wine (low alcohol content).
05/01/2026: We went to dinner at this restaurant and had a divine meal. Generous portions and quality food. We had the house wine, which was delicious! I highly recommend the truffle carbonara and the sweet and sour wild boar.

01/10/2025: We were refused to eat here when we went inside the restaurant. The lady even scolded my friend on what she was wearing (off shoulder top), very unnecessary. Very bad experience. We just went out of the restaurant, even so, she continued to tell us that it was wrong to enter the restaurant. Hays.
23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience.
During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out.
As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights.
We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat.
A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served.
I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

22/06/2025: Sono stato a cena sabato scorso, passando una serata piacevole e rilassante. Ho cenato fuori sotto la veranda, con due birre medie, un fritto di verdure dell'orto ( l'orto ce l'hanno dietro il ristorante), pizza "Contadina" ovvero pizza bianca con salsa di parmigiano pomodorini, verdura e mi sono fatto aggiungere il prosciutto crudo, e per chiudere il dolce. Una delle pizze più buone mai mangiate, leggera, saporita e delicata allo stesso tempo. Nonostante il litro di birra, digerita benissimo. Anche la frittura è stata un'ottima scelta.
Stra consigliato!

09/09/2023: Sono andata a cena diverse sere di agosto con amici, pesce sempre fresco e ben cucinato. Il ristorante è qnche pizzeria ben cotta e avbundantemente condita.

20/07/2023: Per una cena al mare abbiamo scelto la pizzeria il Pic-nic, nonostante il caldo abbiamo gradito la pizza fina e ben cotta. Il servizio cortese e ambiente pulito.
