28/01/2025: We took the tasting menu (4 courses €48 per person): the courses were plentiful for a tasting menu but above all everything was delicious. I particularly recommend the tortelli with octopus amatriciana (spectacular!), the stuffed quail and the "babamisù". Even the wines that the chef proposed to us as pairings were perfect for the dishes. The chef is a wonderful person, available to explain the dishes and also to entertain the guests in conversation. Fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!

07/01/2025: I don't usually do reviews, but this time I can only give my super compliments to Debora for the beautiful dinner we had during the little holiday in Montefiascone with my partner... Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

02/03/2025: We went to this place for lunch today Restaurant in the center of Ronciglione. We have Called to book a table for 10 specifying that there were 3 of us who were vegetarians and we were told that there would be no problem. Arriving at the restaurant we surprisingly discovered that for the carnival they have a fixed menu of €33 meat and €35 ​​fish, something that had not been specified on the telephone. When, upon our request, we point out that there are vegetarians, they tell us not to worry that they have prepared a menu especially for us too. I'll summarize the menu: 1 plate of vegetables (chicory, peppers, 1 artichoke, green olives, radicchio). The other diners were served an Italian-style appetizer rich in cured meats, cheeses and bruschetta. For us vegetarians, a side dish of vegetables. When I asked to have some cheese too, they brought us a mozzarella and a thin slice of cheese. 1 tagliatelle with mushrooms 1 second course with artichoke (small) and a few baked potatoes. Our guests ate pork loin with potatoes. 1 tray with donuts and cantucci to share among diners The vegetarian menu was priced at €32 having in fact eaten a first course And some side dishes. Furthermore, the presence of 3 vegetarians was also expressly noted. If in 2025 you still think of the word "vegetarians" as a simple dish of vegetables that you charge dearly for, imposing a fixed "surprise" menu, you are light years away from real catering. It would really have been enough to serve an appetizer with mixed bruschetta and cheeses together with vegetables and as a main course a parmigiana/an omelette/a grilled scamorza but it is not possible to serve only vegetables at these prices. It makes me think that you want to make money by making fun of people. Personally, I never set foot there again.

01/03/2025: Family lunch, excellent flakes with gorgonzola, pears and liquorice. The Viterbo-style lombrichelli are spectacular, I can't find a suitable adjective to describe the spiced kangaroo steak, a truly tasty and particular dish. Friendly and professional owner and staff. Price? Even low when compared to the quality. A place to absolutely try!

18/02/2025: We have to say that having lunch at this restaurant was the worst decision of our 3 day trip. The waiters don't understand simple Italian. They bring you the dish you didn't order, then refuse to return it saying "the kitchen has been closed". They don't even understand a simple word like "take away". They only have customers because of the perfect location on the lake.

14/01/2025: Nice place and friendly, professional service. Both the normal and gluten-free pizza (ciociara and good, bad and bad) are very good. The appetizer platter wasn't bad at all either. You can see that there is an excellent search for selected and high-quality raw materials. In a photo you can see a small "stool" used to place ladies' bags (very nice idea and thought). It is perfect for celiac customers, 90% of the menu can be made gluten-free. Dishes with particular and refined workmanship. We liked it. Well done

05/01/2025: Difficilmente si può gustare una cucina così curata, leggera e prelibata. Pensata con intelligenza ed eseguita con grande cuore e grande passione. In un locale dove il piacere comincia dall’eleganza semplice e misurata degli arredi e delle stoviglie, la proprietaria è chef ti accoglie con un menu stratosferico dagli antipasti ai dolci. Pochi ingredienti ma di altissima qualità ( perché le nostre papille, ti spiega) non riescono a percepire più di 5 sapori alla volta). Così dal paté di fegato accompagnato da prugne sll’armagnac e pan brioche, alla tartare di barbabietole e pere con una spuma di formaggio misto di capra e pecora, ai crostini croccanti di parmigiano con burrata di bufala acciuga e scarola, al tortino di verdure avvolto nel guanciale di cinta senese. E le foglie di vite con pesto di pistacchi pomodorini e pecorino? e il cestino di sfoglia croccante con ripieno di pecorino carciofi e mentuccia? Tra i dolci cuore pazzo ( soda scoprire!) parfait di arance e zenzero, tortino di cioccolato, crumble di nocciole con mele al rum e panna… Siamo tornati 4 sere per 4 cene cene deliziose. E vi dispiace non averla conosciuta dalla prima sera e di aver mangiato in altri ristoranti con un’offerta molto più dozzinale o, perlomeno, molto meno straordinari anche se più consigliati. un posto in cui tornare e ritornare

23/12/2024: Proprietaria e cuoca che fa questo lavoro per e con amore. Si vede appena si entra nella piccola sala, dalla mise en place, ai quadri, alle luci.. Piatti molto buoni e particolari e ampia scelta di vini. Dessert insoliti e combinazioni che stupiscono. Sicuramente un posto dove vorrei tornare

12/01/2025: Excellent experience, top notch and gluten-free fish lunch including delicious fried food, crunchy and not oily, risotto with fabulous scampi steak, fantastic ravioli with wild boar ragù, precise and friendly staff, we will definitely return and I recommend it to everyone also for the seriousness about allergens, almost all desserts are gluten free

04/01/2025: Location accogliente e tranquilla. I primi marini davvero sfiziosi. O pacchero ai frutti gustoso. Contorni all’altrezza e anche o cafe’ degno….. consigliato per un pranzo serafico e sereno. Andate gente…..
