07/09/2024: It's been years since I've been here and it's going to be just as many sincerely..slow service, very slow indeed..for a brachettone I waited 90 minutes..in the meantime the beer had warmed up and from a nice evening it had become very bad..

20/02/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good burger, good price and a nice atmosphere La Birroteca in Salerno is a nice place for a good burger at a fair price. The food was tasty and exactly what you hope to get at a place like this. When we arrived, there happened to be a children's party going on, which made the whole experience even more fun. The atmosphere was lively, without being disturbing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which completed the experience. In addition, it is a perfect alternative if you want something different from pasta or pizza. The burgers are tasty and well prepared, so you still get a quality meal without always opting for classic Italian cuisine. Please note that you have to look through the window stickers to see if it is open. That is a bit confusing at first, but definitely worth checking. If you are in Salerno and fancy a tasty burger in a relaxed setting, this is definitely recommended!

17/11/2024: Qualità, varietà, estro e gusto sono gli ingredienti vincenti de La Birroteca, caratteristico pub situato a Salerno, in zona torrione. Location tipica – ispirata ai tradizionali pub inglesi – resa più esclusiva da luci calde e soffuse che rendono l’ambiente ancor più familiare e accogliente. Il menù è ricco e variegato: birre artigianali di grande qualità, ottime carni servite sia “a piatto” che in succulenti e giganteschi panini…senza nulla togliere agli sfiziosissimi antipasti, alcuni davvero nuovi e originali! Ma veniamo al nostro tavolo: ordiniamo due antipasti: polpette di melanzane e arancini di riso: entrambi aromatizzati al pistacchio. Che dire… un gusto e una croccantezza semplicemente da urlo! Continuiamo con un piatto (tagliata di petto di pollo con rucola e pomodorini) e un maxi hamburger di scottona in un morbidissimo panino. Qualità top e gusto eccellente! Annaffia il tutto un’ottima birra di frumento – weissbier bionda. Concludiamo col botto. Due dessert al cucchiaio: creme dolci servite in originalissimi vasetti… Li eleggo a “must have” della serata!!! Gentilissimo il personale: ragazzi attivi, veloci ed efficaci. Complimenti a Francesco, ovviamente, che coordina e gestisce tutto con grande attenzione e professionalità. Locale consigliatissimo a tutti coloro che amano provare qualcosa di originale, nuovo e che sono alla ricerca della qualità gastronomica con un OTTIMO RAPPORTO/QUALITA’ – PREZZO. Grazie Frank! Torneremo presto a trovarti e porteremo pure gli amici!!!!

09/04/2025: If I could give zero stars I would!!! Reservation service managed by incompetent people!!!, I sent a booking email 10 days ago for a stay, I called back the next day but the reception colleague tells me to wait for the confirmation response. I wait a couple of days but nothing! Contact me again and tells me to send the email again, confirms that the stay is available and that they will reply the same day, but nothing!!! No information, this morning I called back to explain the problem but finally the girl at reception told me that there was no more room! Absurd for a hotel that prides itself on being so prestigious. Ultimately I will not recommend anyone to stay and I will not even think about staying with them in the future!!!! Terrible service, terrible attention to the customer who wants to book and collaborators not up to their job!!!

09/04/2025: Disarmingly rude! I called this morning to arrange a lunch for two in view of my parents' anniversary, asking for various information since it was supposed to be a gift, a surprise... the lady at the restaurant very rudely invited me to think about it and then possibly call her back to book... but I didn't need to think about it at all, I wanted to proceed with the reservation because I was well convinced, but she refused, forcing me to think about it. Without words honestly. It's a shame because it's a beautiful location but if you hire this staff I think you won't do well!

20/03/2025: Atención al cliente extremadamente pobre. Éramos un grupo grande de 12 y solicitamos una reserva con antelación y nos dijeron que requería un depósito de 20 euros persona. Cuando pregunté sobre el depósito y pregunté si era reembolsable en caso de que no pudiéramos viajar a Ravello ese día debido al mal tiempo, me dijeron que no lo es. ¿Cómo justifica que se queden 240 euros de dinero de un cliente cuando no se ha proporcionado comida o servicio? Nada más que codicia y ninguna preocupación por el cliente. Evitar. Muchas otras opciones de buenos lugares para cenar en Ravello.

02/04/2025: Nice little restaurant with a beautiful view of Positano bay, pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, nice owner, food is perfect, you must come here to try the food. The prices are a little higher but don't regret it because it's beautiful👏😉🍷🤩

20/11/2024: El menú no se parecía en nada al publicado en línea, llegamos allí y tuvimos que irnos y luego nos cobraron una tarifa de cancelación de $440 debido a su falsa publicidad cuando el gerente dijo que no nos preocupáramos por ello

29/10/2024: La comida era exquisita como cabría esperar de un restaurante con estrella Michelin en Ravello. Disfrutamos del menú degustación con vinos maridados y me alegraron el día sirviendo Donnafugata Ben Rye con postre, mi bar de vinos de postre favorito ninguno. La atención al detalle fue excelente y el personal fue atento y amable, permitiéndose ser conversado donde a menudo no están en establecimientos similares en Francia. En general, una excelente comida, pero aférrate a tu cartera. Es caro. Incluso para los estándares de la Costa Amalfitana.
