Despite the constant comings and goings of customers, Ms. Eleonora displayed a sensitivity and patience that are rare to find, especially in a commercial establishment like a pastry shop. 26/08/2025: I came years ago with my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 and I had a great time. I returned on Sunday for lunch with my boyfriend and the experience I had years before was repeated 🤗. The food was truly fantastic! They sat us at a nice little table ("degli Innamorati" as the owner says) and immediately brought us a basket of hot homemade bread 🥖 and a nice bottle of olive oil 🫒 and a small plate. The bread was truly tasty and the oil was delicate. Let's just say that during lunch we asked for bread several times because it was truly excellent! We started with cold and hot appetizers and a trio of raw fish. The fish was fresh and you could taste it! Truly delicious! 🐟 For our first course, we shared the paccheri with scampi, and for our second course, the mixed fried fish and salad 🐟 🥗. The paccheri were beautifully presented (a generous portion), perfectly cooked! The mixed fried fish melted in your mouth, truly delicious, and the mixed salad (lettuce, tomato, and carrots) was delicious! To finish, a good coffee ☕. Friendly and efficient staff 🤗. Our compliments go to the owner Fabrizio, who pampered us with his kindness and courtesy during our lunch. P.S. I also work in the restaurant industry, and on Sunday at lunch I noticed this wonderful thing ❤ (in my opinion): a waiter, when recommending a dish to a senior customer, knelt down to look him in the eye and be at his level (since the customer was seated), and that's not for everyone. It's called Empathy, and it's a wonderful thing that everyone in this world should have, whether in the restaurant business or not...). We'll definitely be back by the end of September 😊!

24/08/2025: My family and I stayed at this property and had a great time! The half-board option was fantastic, with delicious food and generous portions. The menu was varied, and we loved the dishes on offer. The staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Fabrizio and the rest of the staff. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, with a small refrigerator and a slightly noisy but well-functioning air conditioning. The only area that could be improved would be the soundproofing, but the beds and pillows were fantastic. The housekeeping service was impeccable, and there were plenty of towels available. The only thing missing was a window in the bathroom for ventilation. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and the partner lido. I highly recommend this property, especially for the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

27/09/2025: I'd like to clarify: the appetizer was good but limited, the first courses were decent, but the roast didn't include ribs or lamb, and the portion was small. It wasn't worth the €40 price tag.

23/09/2025: We celebrated the 50th anniversary of the UTIC unit at the Giuseppe Mazzini Hospital in Teramo with the staff from 1975 to 2025. The experience was fantastic, and a friendly atmosphere immediately created, as if we had left yesterday. Absolutely delicious food. Extraordinary service from the waiters, careful not to invade the guests' privacy. Kudos to Valeria for her patience and professionalism in putting up with and supporting me (Stalkerized 😘)

24/08/2025: The food is nothing special, the meats are good, but in my personal experience, they don't know how to treat them as they should be. Our cuts of beef, even though we asked for them to be rare, arrived overcooked. The handmade arrosticini were really good, and the prices are average.

21/08/2025: Excellent family restaurant in Abruzzo, excellent products without equal from the starter to the main course. It's a shame about the wait. We were there two evenings but even varying the time we always waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. If they reduced the waiting times a little it would be perfect.

22/09/2025: Very convenient place to stay if you enjoy spending time on the beach! The location is about couple of steps away from the beach! A restaurant is also available nearby if you need to eat, the food is fresh and incredibly delicious. The owner is flexible and very friendly! I will definitely be back next year! 21/09/2025: I found Riccardo, the owner, a wonderful and helpful person, a great price. The beach has an umbrella and loungers. The only thing missing from the apartment is a toaster or microwave, but perhaps the space isn't enough.

16/09/2025: I gave it 3 stars because I walked in and was treated like a "tourist." The man from Pineto in front of me greeted the lady... "Vue ci gna sti, ben graziee." Then he ordered 3 pastries and 2 brioches, priced at 6 euros. Then, when I was in turn, "Buongiorno"... 2 pastries... 4.50 euros. Well done, congratulations!! So be careful, maybe speak in Abruzzese and ask the prices before buying!

04/10/2025: The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, the road leading to the hotel (the last 500 meters) is in poor condition. Be careful with low-slung vehicles. But the hotel and restaurant make up for this with their facilities and the view.

30/08/2025: Wonderful! An excellent location and, above all, impeccable service. Every effort is made to ensure a relaxing and even gourmet stay. The cuisine is varied and of very high quality. We had a wonderful 5 days and will definitely return. Thank you again.

23/08/2025: Just returned from this wonderful place. Everything was perfect, from the impeccable cleanliness to the extraordinary location right on the sea with a free beach! The kindness of all the staff and the excellent cuisine. Highly recommended, I'll be back as soon as possible!

16/09/2025: We went there for my graduation. Lunch was Monday...late because the graduation ceremony had lasted longer than expected, so we had to improvise. The food was quality, with both fish and meat dishes for our relatives from the United States, who were thrilled. The atmosphere was clean, bright, and quiet. The price was more than fair. We'll definitely be back next time!

15/09/2025: Old lido. The facilities are functional, but they're obviously a bit dated. It's not a 4-star hotel. Service is limited. The open-air parking is precarious.

15/09/2025: The village is isolated from the rest of the world. The cleanliness is very poor. The restaurant is like a company cafeteria. The disproportionate number of customers is unprofessional and the waiters are random. The entertainment is pitiful. Too many kids, who in the two weeks I was there, didn't engage with the customers but just did their own thing until the last day. It's a place just for kids to play with toys. Rating: 2. I'll never go back.

21/08/2025: A truly beautiful place nestled in the narrow streets of Roseto degli Abruzzi, just steps from the seafront. The place is filled with so many objects and writings that you can't count them. Top-notch beer and music from an old-fashioned turntable. Highly recommended!
