18/03/2025: The good thing is that it is open all year round, but personally I find that the quality/price ratio is really disproportionate. I ordered without having a price menu because it is listed verbally according to the fish available that day. I chose sautéed mussels and spaghetti with clams paying 12 and 13 euros. I'm sorry but the quality was not at that price level, the mussels in particular, covered in lemon and ginger, did not even seem very fresh. The service is courteous and helpful, there is a beautiful view of the sea, simple and pleasant environment (maybe background music would avoid a silent room in which you can hear everything said at the other tables) but I certainly will not return.

17/03/2025: Finally a gem in the area where we will definitely return. Cozy and tastefully furnished room. We opted for a small chef's menu which satisfied us properly both in terms of stomach and spirit. Carefully studied culinary journey that did not disappoint in the slightest. In my albeit modest experience of Michelin restaurants I can say that Aprudia certainly deserves recognition which I am sure will not be long in coming.

11/09/2024: We decided to celebrate our big day here at Parco dei Piceni and it was a huge success, with compliments from all the guests. Being a municipal house it was possible to experience the magic of a royal civil wedding in a fairytale setting where greenery reigns supreme and the beautiful rock fountain was the backdrop for our group photos. The owner Antonio is an exceptional person, of immense kindness and professionalism, he made us feel welcomed, pampered right away and made our every wish come true, taking care of everything down to the smallest detail and reserving for us many wonderful surprises. The delicious, genuine, abundant and refined food in taste and plating is enhanced by careful show choking. Highly recommended. 13/03/2025: Among the places in the area between Alba Adriatica and Giulianova, Baldi is now among the best ever for an aperitif at dinner, the atmosphere is beautiful both inside and outside where it is difficult to find a table even in winter thanks also to the heated bubbles, the aperitif is excellent, very rich and well assorted even for those like me who don't eat meat, the staff is prepared and welcoming, so the service even when it is super crowded is more than acceptable, the only discordant note, for me who adores the Aperol Spritz is a little too light, almost non-alcoholic, (I say these both as a customer and as a bartender) ok the ice is a little too abundant... that could fit, but you have to taste the raw materials (prosecco and aperol). Next time if it happens I'll try something else. However, it is a place that is worth it, where you feel good and I recommend it.
