Fantastic experience! I've known this sandwich shop for a while and only now realize I've never reviewed it... big mistake! Every time I come here, I leave completely satisfied. The quality of the ingredients is evident, but what really makes the difference is Federico's attention to detail: it's evident in every bite. From the burger buns, made by him, soft and perfectly balanced, to the fries—which seem simple, but are made to perfection—to the select beers and artisanal desserts (also prepared by Federico). I'm a lover of the classics, and here I found the "real" burger: juicy, balanced, with clear and well-balanced flavors. No unnecessary excess, just substance and quality. Best sandwiches I've ever had! The quality is top notch, especially the homemade bread 😁 I recommend trying the vegetarian version, it's truly excellent!!
