07/05/2026: What can I say... 4*? 3.5* would be perfect. The bruschetta is delicious, extremely filling and delicious; the handmade arrosticini are average; the desserts are acceptable. Negatives: the disposable tablecloths could be a little cheaper, and the bill (considering I ordered the promotional menu) could be a little more reasonable. But overall, it's not bad.

Comfortable and clean atmosphere.
The staff was very courteous, especially Sara: very friendly and helpful.
We ate very well, and the price was very fair.
Definitely a place to stop by when we're in the area.

03/07/2026: We were absolutely thrilled! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The burgers were juicy, the sides crispy, and the flavors were simply superb. We especially want to highlight the friendly and attentive service; the staff was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The cozy Western ambiance also made the visit a special experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Old Wild West in Montesilvano to everyone!

Top-notch service, the waitress, Siria, is friendly and knowledgeable.
Not to mention the exquisite menu... it's a shame I can only give it 5 stars; it would be at least 10 out of 10.

08/07/2026: Delicious food, a neat and clean location, fair prices, impeccable and attentive service, and a wonderful owner. What more could you ask for? I took my guests to eat here for an event, and money was never better spent. We will definitely be back, and we thank you for your care, attention, honesty, and professionalism.
28/06/2026: The location is nice, but the overall experience didn't live up to expectations. The service leaves much to be desired: there's little customer service and the organization could be improved. As for the fish, I found it average, with no particular note of excellence. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of service.

04/07/2026: I put my phone in the glove compartment to charge, it was 20% then when I took it out after 20 minutes it was 17%, the guy is great and so is the service.
30/06/2026: A positive experience. This is my second time eating at Alberto's. He's knowledgeable and very kind.
This will be my regular stop when I'm in the area.

09/05/2026: I'd only used the takeout service, and what I had was excellent.
A little disappointed when we decided to eat at the restaurant. My wife ordered pasta with clams, which she wasn't happy with. I have a hard time remembering what I ordered.

07/03/2026: Last night, after checking into the dreadful hotel, we were more than compensated here.
For starters, we had four different antipasto caldi: tuna, baby octopus, a culinary magic dish (very tasty, though I didn't quite understand what it was), and mezze aubergine.
Then we had one maltagliati al sugo di... and one arrosto misto, a mixed fish and roast platter.
The staff provided excellent service, and the Swiss owner even stopped by. The view of the Adriatic Sea was rather disappointing due to the darkness.
04/03/2026: What can I say? A restaurant with a sea view, delicious and plentiful first courses, and second courses as pictured, exceptional in freshness and cooking, fast service, and extremely friendly staff.
Highly recommended!!!

27/01/2026: Super delicious! The pizza is delicious, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff are talented, knowledgeable, and fast, and know how to work. I will definitely recommend it to all my celiac friends, because they have an oven and a dedicated station for cooking and creating all the celiac-friendly pizzas.
11/12/2025: Excellent pizzas, both for takeout and dine-in, with over a hundred delicious variations. They also have a separate oven for gluten-free pizza. Excellent value for money.
The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, and the staff is young, dynamic, professional, and courteous.
The only downside is the 9:00 PM closing time.
But no one's perfect. 🤣
Highly recommended.

01/06/2026: I often come here with my family for dinner. It's perfect if you want pizza, but also pasta and Abruzzo specialties. I had the tartufella pizza and, wow, it was delicious 😋 The staff is very friendly, which I think is really important.
When I stay in Montesilvano, I'll definitely come back.
