I will definitely recommend it to all my celiac friends, because they have an oven and a dedicated station for cooking and creating all the celiac-friendly pizzas.

11/12/2025: Excellent pizzas, both for takeout and dine-in, with over a hundred delicious variations. They also have a separate oven for gluten-free pizza. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, and the staff is young, dynamic, professional, and courteous. The only downside is the 9:00 PM closing time. But no one's perfect. 🤣 Highly recommended.

06/08/2026: I had a terrible experience with the tattooed counter girl serving the pizzas. She was rude, talking to the others while I tried to tell her what I wanted. She barely listened to the order, treating the customers with a condescending air. She put the pizzas in a bag instead of a cardboard box like her colleagues have done before, and the mozzarella in the middle stuck to one side, as shown in the photo. Finally, she gave me the pizzas wrong, giving me the €2.20 Margherita instead of the one with potatoes and sausage, which she charged me €3. Dealing with customers, especially tourists, requires good manners, professionalism, and affability—everything the aforementioned girl lacked. So much rudeness.

03/08/2026: The pizza was very good, but it's unusual to have no air conditioning in 40°C heat. We went at the end of June and it was broken; we returned in August and it's still the same! As good as it is, you can't enjoy your dinner and can't wait to finish. The staff was always friendly and smiling, despite all the customers complaining. A word of advice: report this issue when booking.

Let's start with them, Fabio and Ivan Terrenzio, the owners: two people who have transformed their passion into a place where every detail speaks of care, research, and a desire to do things well. And it shows. You really can see it. The cocktails are a true experience. Technique, creativity, and raw ingredients come together in preparations crafted with absolute mastery. I tried a revisited Pina Colada, elegant and surprising, and a Mojito spiked with Hierbas Ibicencas Mari Mayans, which literally won me over. Not the usual cocktails made "just for the sake of it": here, there's study, personality, and above all, expertise. And then there's the food. The high-quality dinner aperitifs are thoughtfully prepared and plentiful, perfect for an evening that can easily turn into something much longer than a simple aperitif. The staff deserves a special mention: kind, friendly, professional, and always smiling. A welcome that makes you feel right at home. And the venue? Wonderful. 17/05/2026: We've been coming here for years and have tried almost everything on the menu. I've known this place since it was a four-wheeled van parked on the main road. It's come a long way! Hard work always pays off. You can eat here very late and very well. Good pizza and sandwiches, but also more.
