02/04/2024: Luckily there are still trattorias from the past! The pasta is still rolled out by hand by the owner and the portions are gigantic ‼️ Excellent cuisine, kindness of the staff, availability for bookings also on WhatsApp. The only flaw if I really have to find it are the spaces, I hope as they say they are arranging a larger location. Super recommended ‼️
26/03/2024: Excellent quality of raw materials. Ravioli are the local specialty, seasoned with ragù or porcini mushrooms and truffles they are truly excellent. A little more attention to the service, we had ordered gnocchi with simple tomato sauce and they arrived with ragù. However, it is really a very beautiful place for a trip out of town, it is very close to Lake Turano

24/03/2024: In this restaurant you eat very well!!!! From first courses to dessert, it's all about unleashing your taste buds!
There is an atmosphere and scent of ancient flavors, of eating in abundance, which cheer up the eyes and the stomach.
The room is large, the service is fast and very kind; Excellent quality-price relation.

21/03/2024: We stopped on the way back from Rome to have lunch and even though it was already 2.30pm they welcomed us and served us with the utmost courtesy and helpfulness. We had lunch with a delicious starter and rich grilled meat....highly recommended

Obviously there was a big crowd and slightly narrow tables... big confusion but despite everything the service was not affected.
They were kind and I have no notes to make, except that it is obviously useless to expect too much on these occasions, everything is widely expected!

23/03/2024: Attractive restaurant outside the motorway exit, friendly owners, the only flaw is the prices are too high, 4 lamb ribs 25 euros, small wine, half water, sweet side dish, bitter coffee, total 45 euros. A little too expensive for a small town like Oricola.

23/03/2024: The pizza was good but unfortunately once we asked for the bill they only brought us the receipt, we asked for the details and the prices were all higher. We were told that they had increased and had not yet updated all the menus, to me it seemed like an excuse, furthermore I think this thing is illegal and I don't think we will ever go back.

Once we arrived at the empty place, the presumably owner, even before we could point out the presence of our dog, welcomed us with a lapidary: "and no, but not the dog"! given that the lady welcomed us with her hands in her mouth, I think she was a little nervous

08/02/2024: Già recensito anni fa in maniera positiva , in occasione di una nuova e recente visita gastronomica abbiamo trovato solo conferme nei nostri giudizi che passano da "positivi" a "superpositivi" . Servizio superveloce ed efficiente, piatti ben cucinati e gustosi sempre con una gradevole impronta familiare e con una punta di eccellenza nei Risotti ( sempre al dente !) e nella varietà dei secondi . Se passate per Carsoli fermatevi e se non ci passate, passateci lo stesso che ne vale la pena per Qualità, Simpatia e ..Prezzi !

17/03/2024: Seconda volta in questa trattoria/ristorante a conduzione familiare... cosa dire? calda accoglienza dall' inizio alla fine. Abbiamo preso due secondi di carne alla brace con contorno di patate al forno e cicoria ripassata: spettacolari! Mimma, Christian ed il ragazzo addetto alla brace, oltre ai due ragazzi in sala, si dimostrano capaci e solerti nell' accogliere tutte le possibili richieste del cliente. Conto più che onesto. Non vi perdete questa chicca appena usciti dall' autostrada di Carsoli... Ci vediamo quanto prima un bacio grande Giuliana e Nicoletta

03/04/2024: They are simply perfect, starting from the owner who always has a word of consideration for his customers and a calm kindness not common to many. The pizza is the best I have ever tried in a takeaway pizzeria and you can prove it when it arrives at home, 10 minutes after being baked. If you prefer Kebab, it's no different! The rest of the staff is also always polite and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ! !

the order arrives 20 minutes late, relatively cold, out of 3 kebabs there were 2 full and 1 with very little meat.
The kebab pizza requested with chips arrived with 4 number chips.
the pizza was like eating plastic
All 4 people with aerophagia the next day….
Poor communication, in short if you are looking for punctuality and quality this is not the right place.

18/03/2024: Welcoming, the kitchen also prepares dishes not listed on the menu with a little notice, but I seem to have received parmagiano instead of pecorino, or maybe I'm wrong :-). Well located and with convenient parking. During the good months the external wood-fired oven for meat and pizzas also works. You can stay overnight.
Comfortable, the kitchen can prepare personal meals if you ask on time (I think they serve me parmesan instead of pecorino cheese :-), no problem it was perfect anyway!)

You can stay and sleep.

08/03/2024: Location davvero carina in ogni dettaglio, anche se da fuori non gli daresti credito. Davvero brutto l'edificio e tutto il contorno. Personale garbato e molto presente. Non posso esprimermi per quanto riguarda i prezzo perché non ho pagato io. Secondi di carne davvero buoni, primi altrettanto, peccato per l'antipasto che non era al livello delle altre portate, ma non ne faccio una colpa perché da quelle parti i salumi non sono al livello delle mie zone
06/03/2024: Ristorante molto bello e curato, il cibo e ottimo specialmente la carne, ci sono cibi tipici abbruzzesi. Qualità prezzo ottima.
