23/09/2025: We stayed at this property for the first eight days of September 2025 and had a wonderful time. There were four of us divided into two apartments with two dogs. They were very livable, very large and clean, but the best part was the balcony, a very large one that overlooked the outdoor garden, very convenient for our dogs and for being outdoors. The rooms were well air-conditioned, the beds were very comfortable, with a very spacious wardrobe in the living area and in the bedroom there were two beautiful large televisions that we have rarely found in other apartments. The internal garage was very convenient, and the reception staff (Federica and Nazarena) were truly unique. They were available to solve any kind of problem, very friendly and professional, so much love for animals and very good at recommending the most beautiful places to see in the stunning region of Abruzzo. Everything was great, including the pool and hot tub. My parents and I truly recommend coming because it's truly a paradise from every point of view. 18/09/2025: Excellent quality, wide selection, cleanliness, courtesy! Affordable prices!!!! The homemade bread is the best in Teramo. It's good even after 2-3 days if stored properly. I recommend it! Traditional craftsmanship! It's always been my favorite bakery!

27/08/2025: Everything was delicious. The focaccia was incredible. The donut reminded me of staying home.
