19/10/2025: This Michelin dining spot is the perfect combination of fine dining and Italian cuisine. The service is impeccable, matched equally by the presentation of each dish. The chef balances new, innovative menu items while also delivering on his classics, making it a treat to return again and again, knowing you’ll have new things to try and favorites to enjoy again.
30/09/2025: We had a magical evening with the team at Terrazza Bosquet. What’s stuck with me? The most was how the dishes captured the local influence— Fresh fish, silky produce, and fantastic Italian wine. Would highly recommend.

08/10/2025: It's easy and obvious to give top marks for everything. I entered the restaurant with very high expectations, given the restaurant's reputation. The surprise is that my expectations were completely underestimated. A unique journey into a world of sensations, accompanied by the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. Thank you so much!!!
06/10/2025: I could write a lot about the restaurants, the rooms, the grounds of this amazing place, it can be summed up in two words, a .ABSOLUTLEY PERFECT Above the wonderful restaurants, from the breakfast room to the DAV restaurant and the jewel in the crown of the DA VITTORIO restaurant. The beauty of the complex, the rooms. Above all of this stands and radiates the warm and wonderful attitude of the CEREA family to the attention to the smallest details led by the mother of the family, Mrs. Bruna Cerea, through the chefs Enrico and Roberto who are her sons, and the rest of the family team and all the employees without exception who truly and innocently give you a feeling of warm family hospitality. They are the ones who make us without a doubt return here in the future

29/10/2025: The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and elegant. The owner is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She pays close attention to her guests, ensuring they feel comfortable during their stay. The food is another story altogether – delicious, beautifully presented, and all organically grown on their own farms. The welcome suite is elegantly arranged and stylishly placed in the room. The hotel's atmosphere is wonderful and incredibly relaxing. 🇦🇪

12/11/2025: Even for a 3-Michelin-starred restaurant, this was an exceptional experience. The food, the service, and the selection of dishes and drinks were all outstanding. At short notice, it was even possible to order the 10-course tasting menu without fish and with meat instead. The water menu alone spans four pages, featuring waters from around the world. We have eaten at many excellent Michelin-starred restaurants, but the value for money at La Pergola was very reasonable. The 10-course tasting menu includes 20 dishes for €350 per person.
31/10/2025: Anyone who rates this restaurant less than five stars doesn’t know what they’re talking about. It’s expensive, but you know that before you arrive. I’ve been to more than a dozen Michelin three star restaurants all over the world. This rates in the top five. The food is mine – blowing. The people are not stuffy. My only criticism would be the decor. It needs an update. Otherwise, perfection. And, if you are booked out 90 days in advance, why change anything?

20/10/2025: I returned after about 15 years, and I must say that the wonderful and unforgettable memory I had was fully confirmed—indeed, surpassed—by this new experience. Everything was perfect: from the warm welcome to the sincere smiles, from the impeccable professionalism to the exquisite dishes, meticulously prepared down to the last detail. The excellent wine pairings were also excellent, making the long lunch a truly special experience. Congratulations to the entire staff for combining elegance, taste, and passion in an experience that will remain in your memory. Luca & friends
01/09/2025: Fabulous restaurant: dinner was an incredible journey of flavors. The staff is friendly and spontaneous. The dining room, entirely in wood, perfectly complemented the experience. We can't wait to return to try the other menu.

Piazza Duomo

03/11/2025: ⭐⭐⭐(Michelin). 37 dishes in nine courses at #32 in the world, Piazza Duomo (conveniently located in Piazza Duomo) in Alba. We chose the garden forward "The Journey" menu rather than the white truffle or Barolo menu. Colors, flavors, smells, textures, taste in a horrifically over-bright 100% LED spotlight lit dining room, cafeteria style floors and Barbiecore pink walls with amateur-night interpretive images painted on the too-bright pink wall. The carne cruda stuffed green olive was salty but amused my bouche, JC loved the shellfish version in the black olive. Little flowers on little cheese on cracker quite delicious. Savory salted caramel pudding with (mushroom?) broth was fantastic, and escarole sorbet intriguing. Pumpkin with a single chestnut didn't evoke autumn. 21-31-41-51-61-Hike salad, though a trendsetter, it's tough having seen it other places first, but ginger sesame dashi was very tasty. Uni was a massive, ammonia laden shame of a miss, yuck! (I didn't send it back, but it was that bad) Milazzo has ruined me for sea urchin that is not quite literally pulled out of the sea and eaten. Cod with onion and saffron veil (gel!) was undoubtedly the most perfectly cooked piece of fish this palate has had in the past 54 years. Very small and meaty borscht is exactly how it should be served! Caviar finally made an appearance on the crazily friable (not in a good way) savory beet Moon Pie. Hazelnut savory cruffin (my word, not theirs) was exceptional and location/season appropriate. Gels (er, hydrocolloids) everywhere... Like 20 of them. The main other trick was super thin micro-layers of things, a demonstration of technical skill, but not a good choice if you want your diner to taste your food. Chiaroscuro esoteric cuttlefish, meh... High minded but didn't go anywhere. Camomile (gel!!!) amidst demi glace gets lost with the small perfectly cooked lamb bite. White chocolate for dessert? Really three stars? Another total miss. Grapefruit sorbet cleansingly tasty. Cereal milk giving Momofuku 2006. Cookies, but no mignardises other than very good chocolate covered hazelnuts. This was a festive treat and a unique experience, I regret nothing. I realize that it is harder to lose stars than to gain them, but...

09/10/2025: We fell inn love with the city San Felice del Benaco, and more with the food here at El Patio. By asking some local boys for restaurant tips, we were escorted by them here. If you’r craving fenomenal authentic italian food with good ambience? You’r cravings will be fulfilled.
01/10/2025: Highly recommended, delicious food and friendly service. The only downside was that there were four of us, and unfortunately, the food didn't arrive together, so some people had already finished their meals.

28/09/2025: Everything was perfect. A treat beyond my expectations. The seasonal tasting menu was, of course, an unforgettable taste experience. The dessert salad alone is worth the entire menu. Don't look for it in the photos because I didn't make it...I was rightly captivated by its composition and surprising, emotional flavors. 2 Michelin stars, well deserved. Thank you so much to all the staff, and see you soon.

Every dish he creates inspires wonder, sometimes disbelief: looking at it, you understand you're in front of something carefully crafted, down to the smallest detail; tasting it, you realize that imagination is surpassed by objectivity; Every bite has the power to transport the mind to memories lost in time, to distant horizons, to unexplored shores. Surely, looking beyond the fantastic window fuels dreams and greatly aids any imagination, while the personal film that each of us prepares to watch takes on the most unpredictable form. 26/09/2025: Spinechile is a truly special place. The location is stunning, surrounded by greenery, with a tiny room and a window offering a breathtaking view of the valley. It's one of those experiences you remember, where you understand the dedication and passion behind it.

12/09/2025: The food is of high quality. Some dishes of our menu where quite traditional, others had fun elements and surprising taste combinations. There is no wine parring per dish available, the suggested bottle we took combined beautiful with the food. Service was a bit rushed and insecure, feels like a lack of experience. The dining room itself is ok, nothing special.
09/09/2025: Very disappointed with this Michelin-starred restaurant. I'll start by saying that when it comes to restaurants of this caliber, you expect something more than others. If we don't find excellence here, where will we find it? The place is beautiful. The food is good, I don't argue with that, but no dish amazed us. The start wasn't up to par; they crowded us around, assuming we'd put our jackets behind the backs of the chairs, making us feel immediately embarrassed. There was a lot of initial confusion with the wines. We had a voucher for a culinary experience and five glasses of wine included. Perhaps this confused the sommelier, who, very unsure and after advising us to order a single bottle, suggested three sufficient wines, nothing more, which were never explained during the dinner (we're both sommeliers). We finished the dinner with seven glasses of wine plus two aperitifs, billed separately. When we got the bill, we noticed that we'd been charged for two full tastings. Since we hadn't had them, we politely asked for an explanation. The young man's very annoyed response, "Impossible, we've written down everything," made us feel even more uncomfortable, so we paid the amount indicated on the receipt to avoid arguments. The attempted refund, promptly refused, with €10 on a €560 bill, was the icing on the cake. A very negative experience for us, considering the quality of the venue. It was probably a bad night, but such treatment is unacceptable at this level. We're disappointed by the bad evening, and wish you all the best.

21/09/2025: A very discreet restaurant on the outskirts of Turin. An incredible culinary experience, both in textures and flavors, with perfect taste combinations. All this with a very pleasant staff.
25/08/2025: I went to this restaurant last Sunday for my son's 18th birthday, as I wanted to give him his first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Upon our arrival, the chef greeted us, and we exchanged a few words, immediately putting us at ease. When I explained the reason for our lunch, he showed us around the kitchen, and we took a few photos with the entire team. I assure you, as a father giving a gift to his son, I was truly moved, as it was truly special for him. Once seated, we chose the full tasting menu and asked for a wine recommendation, which we really liked. The bread and breadsticks, all of which were homemade, were fantastic. Shortly afterward, the team called us back to the kitchen, where they let us taste a dish they were testing for the new menu. It was a very unexpected and welcome experience. It would take too many words to describe the dishes. Let's just say they were all delicious, an escalation of flavors and textures that were fun and captivating. During dinner, we discovered the chef's Torino loyalty; we were in Turin to watch Juventus. As I write this review, Torino has taken a resounding thrashing from Inter. I hope this honest review can ease their disappointment over the defeat. Jokes aside, thank you so much for everything. I will recommend it, and if the opportunity arises, we will definitely return. Definitely!

17/10/2025: Incredible food, incredible service, incredible atmosphere. The wait staff is super friendly and not at all pushy; they're very kind and available to answer any questions. The food isn't exactly eating, but it's an experience I think will be unforgettable. The only downside was the bathroom was quite dirty.
16/10/2025: A fantastic experience, sublime food, and a truly enchanting location. The use of unconventional eating accessories, or even the hands themselves, was very interesting. An experience that captivates all the senses!

07/11/2025: What more can you say about the best restaurant in the world… absolutely AMAZING! Service, spot on, intimate, warm, inviting, friendly… what else can I say. Food, WOW. The only thing I struggled with the was how much food but that’s not a real problem! It was all amazing.
18/06/2025: La mia sufficienza per l’esperienza è semplicemente legata a degli imprevisti nel servizio. Azzardata la scelta degli abbinamenti per la degustazione Miseria e nobiltà. Inaccettabile la reazione di uno dei sommelier al problema sollevato riguardo lo stato di conservazione di uno dei vini. Annotazione fatta da un sommelier altrettanto qualificato seduto al mio tavolo. Il ragazzo ha sostituito il vino ma con supponenza ha manifestato il suo disappunto senza assaggiare il vino in questione e dicendo palesemente che non era d’accordo. Mi limito a dare un piccolo consiglio a chi segue la sala: il servizio di un ristorante di così alto livello dovrebbe essere supervisionato da qualcuno con più esperienza. Ammirevole la presenza di tanti giovani ma la gestione di questi inconvenienti non può essere affidata ad un personale così giovane semplicemente perché “acerbo” nel gestire questi inconvenienti. Piccolo consiglio all’architetto che ha curato gli interni: togliamo le tende oscuranti che dopo quasi 5 ore di pranzo con la luce artificiale mandano in tilt il cervello????? Lo chef resta intoccabile.
