Mi marido y yo somos grandes amantes de la comida de la ciudad de Nueva York y vinimos aquí en nuestra luna de miel y no decepcionó. La presentación, amabilidad y profesionalidad del servicio, y los sabores de cada plato fueron ejecutados a la perfección. ¡No podemos esperar a volver!

06/01/2025: Como sorpresa para mi esposafue al restaurante para celebrar su cumpleaños. Ella había oído grandes cosas al respecto, era un lugar elegante con vistas increíbles y una estrella Michelin. La velada fue perfecta en todos los sentidos, los platos del menú degustación estuvieron al nivel de una estrella Michelin, las adaptaciones a su alergia fueron perfectas y el servicio fue impecable. Si vuelvo a Toronto estoy seguro de que volveré, es un lugar perfecto para una velada de alta gama o celebraciones especiales. No te pierdas visitarlo y vivir la experiencia... Estoy seguro de que te encantará.

ritrovato un accoglienza e una cura di ogni cosa eccellente. Pare che la mission del locale sia quella di farti stare straordinariamente bene.
Per quanto ci riguarda, obbiettivo raggiunto.
Ero con mia moglie per festeggiare il suo compleanno, abbiamo fatto un aperitivo nell'accogliente giardinetto e poi ci siamo accompagnati dati all'interno.
Particolari e menù li trovate sul loro sito.
Noi possiamo solo testimoniare la gentilezza, l'attenzione, la cura nel raccontare quanto veniva servito in tavola.
Portate eccellente ti nell'accostamento originale dei sapori, e bellissime agli occhi.
Un'esperienza sensoriale e un divertimento unico.

Spinechile Resort

29/12/2024: Spinechile is a lovely Michelin star restaurant hidden in the woods just above Thiene.
It was taken over from an old barn and in fact the original structure has been maintained.
Inside the atmosphere is very elegant, intimate and at the same time relaxed.
In the main room, there are 4 large round tables overlooking the valley below.
During our lunch, we were lulled and transported by the waitress to taste the 8-course Alchimie tasting menu.
For us it was a truly unique experience and one that we recommend trying at least once.
29/10/2024: Incredible place, truly enchanting. The dishes, one better and more beautiful than the other. The dessert was fabulous, and the final herbal tea (supplement to the menu) was very welcome to enjoy a few more minutes of lunch. Wow wow and wow, highly recommended. Absolutely worth returning!

Il menù ovviamente è ottimo in tutte le declinazioni, anche se i piatti tradizionali sono stranamente esclusi e non esiste un menù della tradizione per assaggiare i migliori piatti storici. Ottima la scelta dei vini, anche al calice.. senza costi esagerati
