Mi marido y yo somos grandes amantes de la comida de la ciudad de Nueva York y vinimos aquí en nuestra luna de miel y no decepcionó. La presentación, amabilidad y profesionalidad del servicio, y los sabores de cada plato fueron ejecutados a la perfección. ¡No podemos esperar a volver!

03/03/2025: I have been to this restaurant and it is simply wonderful. The place is beautiful, elegant and with attention to every detail, with a truly special atmosphere. The food? Truly exceptional. Each dish is prepared with the highest quality ingredients and you can feel all the passion of the chef. True, the prices are a little high, but it is absolutely worth it. It is one of those places you have to try at least once in your life, perfect for a special evening or to indulge in a unique experience.
22/02/2025: Going to Vittorio is synonymous with Italian tradition, culinary art, good taste...what can I say, a riot of emotions, the pleasure of being together with these professionals of simple and sometimes innovative taste without neglecting the main road of the simple. Worth trying to return as soon as possible also to exchange a few words with Chicco who is always so courteous and welcoming 💪👍❤️

22/02/2025: Hermoso restaurante y personal encantador, pero era muy uno - nota. Tenía la firma y las porciones particulares de esa noche eran todas saladas o pescado. Tal vez esperaba demasiado de un restaurante con Estrella Michelin, pero me fui decepcionado. No volveremos.
19/01/2025: Una esperienza da vivere per gli amanti del gusto e dell'ospitalità, il ricordo degli attimi di piacere rimane impresso come il calore ed il garbo dell'accoglienza.. abbiamo provato il menù degustazione e con sommo gaudio tutte le pietanze erano buonissime ed ottimamente accompagnate dai vini scelti dai sommelier; è un ristorante di grande qualità ed alta cucina dove poter assaporare abbinamenti geniali e non riscontrabili altrove, grande merito ad Ernesto Iaccarino in cucina e Mario Iaccarino in sala per aver saputo proseguire e impreziosire la grande eredità ricevuta dai genitori. Complimenti e a presto.

Top-class service, elegant decor, and the panorama of Rome at night is the icing on the cake. Dearly? Yes, but such a billion flavors are worth the effort.
Se sogni una cena che abbia il sapore di un sogno, “La Pergola” a Roma è il posto giusto per te. Situato sul tetto dell'hotel Rome Cavalieri, con una vista mozzafiato sulla città eterna, offre non solo cibo, ma un'esperienza unica. Le tre stelle Michelin parlano da sole: i ravioli al tartufo con una delicata salsa al formaggio si sciolgono in bocca, e fire boccone è un viaggio nel paradiso culinario. Il servizio è impeccabile, l'atmosfera elegante e il panorama di Roma di notte è la ciliegina sulla torta. Costoso? Sì, ma per un billiono di sapori così vale fire centesimo.

23/02/2025: Years, or rather decades, pass and Fabrizia only improves and refines her culinary art. Regardless of the criticisms regarding the use of raw materials that are not exclusively "local" since the beginning, he continues to mix products of the highest quality with originality. And today, as then, it proves to be a thousand light years ahead of its more famous colleagues!
03/02/2025: amiamo qualche volta l'anno coccolarci e farci coccolare in qualche ristorante pregiato e rinomato ma qui devo dire che tutto è stato sopra le aspettative. Piccola, elegante, pulita, raffinata e precisa in ogni particolare, la location. Eleganti, indispensabili e preparatissimi i camerieri e il sommelier, per nn parlare della titolare Elena che regala eleganti descrizioni di piatti con parsimonia di particolari e capacità. Il cibo è.....wow....sublime... Davvero strepitoso, gustoso, raffinato, e se decidete di fare il percorso con i vini abbinati alle pietanze bhe...credetemi nn sbagliare e tutto risulta ancora più esaltato nel gusto e agli occhi. Davvero Bravi...alla fine la Chef è passata al tavolo e l'abbiamo apprezzato anche perché ci ha permesso di capire da quali mani preparate e uscivano tali delizie ....un talento sopraffine. Torneremo di sicuro.

20/02/2025: The reception and welcome are on a global level, among the dishes I would especially single out the ceviche with raspberries, definitely one of the best I've eaten. I also recommend pairing wine with food.

The service is impeccable: the dining room staff is extremely kind, professional and attentive, capable of guiding the guest with discretion and competence, making every moment at the table even more special.
And then there are the dishes... simply extraordinary. Each course is a perfect balance of flavours, refined presentations and excellent raw materials. From appetizer to dessert, every bite tells a story of research, passion and great culinary mastery.

All the staff are extremely kind and advise and guide you as best as possible.
The chef occasionally goes around the tables and also invites you to see the kitchen.
All the dishes served were balanced, the portions were right, we left definitely full.
The only thing, I was expecting the pastry to be crunchy, but instead it was soft. Generally speaking, I preferred the savory dishes to the sweet ones

18/03/2025: It's been almost a year now, so it's time to finally write the review. What can I say? Perfect in every way. Extremely professional service, the atmosphere not as stuffy as you might expect. A pleasant conversation with the owner, a sensational wine list. But above all: wonderful food. We had the "Classico" menu. I still think of the "Cappuccino Murino" and the risotto. The scent of saffron in the glass. Amazing. What ideas. But everything else was, as I wrote, perfect. One of the three best restaurant experiences of my life.

Un'esperienza gastronomica ed enoica indimenticabile dove la cura maniacale del dettaglio giustifica non tanto le 3 stelle Michelin quanto il conto, ovviamente importante. Seguiti e serviti con professionalità unita al sorriso, informati delle pietanze e dei vini che stavamo gustando senza cadere nel lezioso, molto apprezzata la breve visita ad ogni tavolo dello chef a fine servizio. Davvero un'esperienza!

26/02/2025: It would have been a satisfying over all experience if it weren’t for the long waiting time in between every dish.It took us almost 5.5 hours to eat.We felt bad for our driver waiting outside so we decided to skip the dessert(and i have a sweet tooth so imagine my heart ache when we had to make this decision).Food is undeniably good.

08/03/2025: Once again a fantastic restaurant to dine at and another one on the bucket list. The food is, in one word, fantastic and there is not a single critical note to be found. The structure of the dishes was extremely good, which ensured that each dish tickled the taste buds. The wines were also very good and balanced. However, for me there is still room for improvement in the ministry. It was all very hasty and without atmosphere. The service itself was good, but the flair you expect from a restaurant of this caliber could be better. So we saw that there was chatting among themselves and not with the guest. The sommelier was very rushed and gave little room for conversation. This also applied to the explanation of the dishes and although our English is very good, the English explanation was difficult to follow.
Would I come here again is the question and the answer is yes for the dishes and wines but doubtful for the service and in a restaurant of this level everything should be in harmony. I have had better experiences at restaurants with similar prices with 3*** and a green star.
