19/07/2025: Wonderful tasting menu in the heart of Sorrento. Food was unique and presented well. Like most tasting menus, 1-2 courses were a bit less special, but the magical view compensates. I’d try and get a table overlooking the water, but even views from the back are special. Arrive 10 min early as it can be a bit of a challenge to find.

15/07/2025: Good seafood restaurant, friendly staff, pleasant location, and the dishes we ordered were truly delicious. The staff was also attentive and, above all, patient with our guests' every need, both regarding our hesitations and our intolerances/allergies.

05/07/2025: Wow, this was the definition of surprise and delight, from the arrival and the best view of Rome for our entire dinner. The food is worth the journey, and the service is top notch. It is also worth noting that it was the best overall value of the Michelin Stared restaurant that we visited in Italy.

17/07/2025: Always at the top of the best. We're returning after several years and the feedback is even more exciting. There's no need to repeat the rave reviews. One of the things we appreciated at home was discovering a bottle of hazelnut oil (which we adore and use in cooking) in the bag we received upon leaving, and even more so the packet of vegetable seeds! We'll plant them and make a delicious salad.

11/08/2025: The best steak I've ever had. The sausage and fries were fantastic too, not to mention the great selection of pizzas. Highly recommended.

29/03/2025: High-level restaurant in a very particular rural context, 'out of this world', with very few tables and a large window overlooking the illuminated valley. Very quick service, attentive to everything and kind. Taste journey in a tasty and comfortable style, with excellent pairings of refined wine. Some, very few to tell the truth, dishes not entirely proportionate in terms of taste and desserts that could be improved. The final bon bons are better. Overall, at a reasonable (not low) price, an interesting and stylish experience. Despite the criticisms added only as an incentive, they deserve 5 stars on everything. P.S. suitable for romantic dinners for two.

24/02/2025: Spinechile is a lovely Michelin star restaurant hidden in the woods just above Thiene. It was taken over from an old barn and in fact the original structure has been maintained. Inside the atmosphere is very elegant, intimate and at the same time relaxed. In the main room, there are 4 large round tables overlooking the valley below. During our lunch, we were lulled and transported by the waitress to taste the 8-course Alchimie menu. For us it was a truly unique experience and one that we recommend trying at least once.

10/06/2025: Optisch und geschmacklich hervorragende Gerichte, jedoch eher lauwarm als heiß. Service freundlich und aufmerksam wie man es in einem 2 Sterne Restaurant erwartet, jedoch ist es sehr nüchtern, wenn auch modern und stylisch, eingerichtet, sodass leider keine angenehme Atmosphäre entsteht. Hier zu reservieren ist kein Fehler, wenngleich ich hier nicht nochmals essen würde, denn es gibt in dieser Kategorie deutlich bessere Alternativen.

29/07/2025: Thank you to Giovanni Grasso for his warm and friendly welcome. We weren't supposed to eat at this restaurant, but chance brought us there, and as the chef said when he welcomed us in excellent French: "There's no such thing as coincidence, it's just that you had to come to our house!" Not only was he right, but in the kitchen, the chef and the pastry chef, whom we had the pleasure of meeting, delighted our taste buds with the gourmet menu and the fine wine pairings. So many beautiful compositions, some with an Italian touch, delighted us. A tremendous pleasure from start to finish. The wines were carefully selected by the sommelier, and they enhanced the dishes. The entire staff was very pleasant and attentive, yet never overbearing; this wonderfully rounded off the experience, making it an unforgettable memory. Take the time to discover this beautiful address, nestled in a discreet street but well worth the detour!

30/06/2025: Perfect place to live an unforgettable sensory experience. For our anniversary we decided to entrust ourselves completely in their hands, choosing the gastronomic menu, to live a superb evening, and so it was. The attention to every detail is highlighted, from the culinary offering itself to the meticulous attention paid to each customer. In addition to the dining room staff, we had the opportunity to exchange a few words with Chef Giovanni Grasso, who came personally to discuss the experience with each diner. I recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in an unparalleled journey!

22/07/2025: An undoubtedly interesting culinary experience, with carefully prepared dishes and a high-quality gastronomic offering. I chose the classic tasting menu, and it met all my expectations. We didn't even manage to finish all the courses, so it's fair to say the food was good and the portions generous. However, my only comment concerns the service. Considering the restaurant's prestige and reputation, I would have expected a more attentive level of service worthy of its starred reputation. I hope you'll consider this feedback constructively.

04/07/2025: My husband & I visited Osteria Francescana on September 2024, it has been a dream of ours as we continue to travel around the world and visit renowned restaurants. First, it was not an easy task to get a reservation. Second, we came in a season where the menu was representative of different parts of the world & it was different but beautifully crafted. We did not opt for the wine pairing, but we were recommended amazing glasses of wine. Ambience and service was very pleasant and the highlight was Chef Massimo making his was around to say hello to the tables. Modena is beautiful and I recommend you spend a day there as well.
