05/08/2024: In addition to the impeccable food, we particularly appreciated the preparation of the staff in welcoming the children. They provided us with a beautiful box full of toys and were incredibly understanding and willing to help us create an environment where our little girl could feel comfortable. This has never happened to us in a restaurant. Worthy of praise, not to mention the food was delicious and the location beautiful. We can't wait to return. Thank you
03/08/2024: Found by chance after a trip out of town, a restaurant that presents itself magnificently with a garden with attention to detail and a large terrace. As soon as you enter, you immediately perceive the professionalism and kindness that only large restaurants have, clean with elegant furnishings. Excellent table service, mostly young but knowledgeable waiters. Exquisite dishes with a varied menu and an excellent wine list! I recommend it for those who want to taste the dishes of the area, or for a romantic dinner and perhaps even with the family!

- cibo, sia cotto che crudo, antipasti, primi, secondi e dessert, tutto assolutamente superlativo;
- vino, per tutti i palati e per tutti i piatti, con le giuste dritte;
- servizio, giovane e dinamico, per me tra i migliori che possa recensire;
- prezzo, in una parola: onestissimo;
- location, così curata da farti dimenticare di essere a Arcugnano!
Continuate così.

27/08/2024: Very beautiful location, minimalist and refined mise en place, fish menu with many different and interesting proposals, very courteous and attentive service, truly exceptional quality of dishes.
Really delicious fried fish, as well as the seared tuna and the desserts.
Welcome entree much appreciated.
Price slightly above average but absolutely justified by the quality of the dishes and the service.
I will very happily return.

14/07/2024: We ate in The Grotto and it was a fantastic evening-the food and the atmosphere was fantastic (I think we were the only English people in on Saturday night as this place is clearly a local gem) and the young man who largely served us was very patient and helpful with our poor Italian. We will definitely return.

20/08/2024: Historic place in Fimon.... evergreen for atmosphere and location. Much renovated since we were teenagers but always super charming... excellent bruschetta and also very good dishes. Efficient and helpful service. Absolutely perfect for a summer evening
16/08/2024: One of a kind place. The restaurant is a classic tavern, but furnished with taste and quality. The menu offers a valid selection of carefully prepared and tasty dishes. The desserts are delicious. Wide selection of drinks, beers from the Villana brewery, wines for all tastes. The owner, Carletto, and his family run the place with truthfulness, friendliness and frankness. If you want to have an experience in a Venetian tavern you have to go to Carletto!

07/07/2024: Not recommended. We have been there several times for lunch (fixed menu with overcooked pasta, meat and salad) and each time the prices were different. Obviously the price isn't written anywhere but going from €14 per person to €18 per person just like that doesn't seem normal to me. Considering among other things a bottle of water for 3 people and without wine and coffee.
04/07/2024: I understand that they are busy with work and that if you don't book they have difficulty giving you a table but this does not justify kicking people out badly. The owner or wife who is always in a terrible mood and shouts loudly at the employees and the last time they shouted at her husband that anyone who hasn't booked must be sent away.
I will never go back there again.
Strongly not recommended.

20/06/2024: This is a highly recommended pizza restaurant. The staff speak English and are very nice and helpful. There is inside and outside seating but it's kind of noisy by the street. And they have German beer. Parking is limited next to restaurant but there is some in the city center nearby. This is my favorite neighborhood pizzeria.
