22/03/2026: I returned after a long wait on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere was refined. The staff was very professional. The food was a mix of overwhelming flavors, and the meat melted in your mouth like butter. The hazelnut cream is still a must. Highly recommended.

I have to say it was a great rediscovery: excellent food, very friendly staff, and the location is stunning, overlooking Lake Fimon. I recommend it.
23/04/2026: Very good typical and seasonal food. Service immediately live you in good and domestic atmosphere. Reasonable and acceptable recommendations for food and drinks. We enjoyed at Zamboni so much.

The atmosphere was refined yet welcoming... we had a table on the veranda near the stove, and it was wonderful.
I appreciated how the entire team was so cohesive and enthusiastic.
The fish was excellent: when the ingredients are high-quality, the simpler the dish, the more you appreciate the flavor. Turbot was delicious. And the bagigione ice cream? We had to try it... congratulations to whoever coined the name... it will remain in our memories!
The wine list is excellent, but I would keep the prices updated online to avoid surprises.
I would also like the final bill to be clearer.

03/05/2026: We had a really good meal at this trattoria. We started with sautéed mussels, very tasty and well-prepared, truly enjoyable. Followed by carbonara and spaghetti with clams, both very good.
An important tip about the first courses: the portions are truly generous. It's best to order one for two, especially if you're not very hungry, as finishing them can be challenging.
The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, with an outdoor terrace sheltered from the sun, making it even more pleasant, especially on hot days.
Overall, a place where you eat well and have a good time. Recommended.
30/04/2026: We ate spaghetti with seafood, which was very good and full of fish, and a fried fish dish for two.... At a nearby table, someone had the mixed grill of fish, which looked very inviting, but I was too full, so.... I'll have to come back for the grill 🤣🤣

13/01/2026: We organized a company lunch for 50 people, and I must say it was more than satisfactory. The setting was well-prepared and refined, reserved just for us, with the option of music. Direct access to the dining room was very convenient. The food was excellent, accommodating everyone's intolerances and special needs, and the service was impeccable. A special mention to the family, who were incredibly kind and available to meet our every need. Highly recommended.

I've tried many different dishes and none of them have disappointed me; in fact, I've found every dish to be excellent, prepared and served with care and meticulous attention to the finest ingredients. I always return with pleasure; it's now my favorite place. It's also one of those very rare places where I also appreciate the desserts (each one better than the last).

18/10/2025: Excellent pizza with plenty of customization options thanks to the extensive list of "add-ons." The beer is also very good. The interior has a traditional trattoria-like atmosphere. The terrace is excellent in the summer.
12/10/2025: Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent meat and generous side dishes. They offered us delicious appetizers while we waited. We'll be back!
