24/11/2024: Let me start by saying that it was my first time, and upon entering I immediately had the impression of a very beautiful, well-kept environment. What immediately catches your eye is a cellar with a very important selection of wines and a display case of ribs, an excellent welcome and a very important room, all furnished with excellent taste, impeccable. The cuisine is undoubtedly of a good standard and offers a wide choice, however from what I have been able to taste the meat is their flagship, the ribs in plain sight once transported to the plate are unquestionably exceptional supported by wines of your choice, of a good standard, beautiful, tasty desserts, and lots of them, all served by highly trained, attentive and extremely friendly staff. The price is clearly appropriate to the proposal which is important

17/11/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante insieme con gruppo di amici in una splendida giornata di sole.
Il locale è molto confortevole, sia al piano terra, che nelle salette al piano primo da cui si gode una magnifica vista sulle colline circostanti.
Ottimi i piatti sia antipasti che primi che secondi. Grande cortesia e informalità del personale.
04/11/2024: cucina casalinga, sempre ben curato l' ambiente, le portate e il servizio, anche se alcuni dei miei amici non hanno gradito l' eccesso di confidenza (abituale) dei camerieri.
Unico neo: pietosa la zuppa di porcini: io qualche pezzo di fungo lo avrei messo invece sembrava fatta con le polverine. Tutto tritato: la sconsiglio in modo assoluto.

27/08/2024: Very beautiful location, minimalist and refined mise en place, fish menu with many different and interesting proposals, very courteous and attentive service, truly exceptional quality of dishes.
Really delicious fried fish, as well as the seared tuna and the desserts.
Welcome entree much appreciated.
Price slightly above average but absolutely justified by the quality of the dishes and the service.
I will very happily return.

- cibo, sia cotto che crudo, antipasti, primi, secondi e dessert, tutto assolutamente superlativo;
- vino, per tutti i palati e per tutti i piatti, con le giuste dritte;
- servizio, giovane e dinamico, per me tra i migliori che possa recensire;
- prezzo, in una parola: onestissimo;
- location, così curata da farti dimenticare di essere a Arcugnano!
Continuate così.

27/10/2024: We found ourselves in this little place in the middle of the nature of the Berici Hills on an autumn Sunday. The large entrance gave space to a large room with well-prepared round tables. You choose a menu from those proposed, especially for parties, birthdays, ceremonies, weddings and much more. We chose the "party" menu which has excellent value for money. The restaurant is AIC gluten-free certified and they served me the same dishes but with gluten-free ingredients, served with excellent attention from the staff. Local ingredients, delicious, well served and good. We start with a welcome aperitif, starter, encore first courses, three second courses, side dishes, sorbet and desserts. Many things are made by them in-house, such as strawberry juice (appetizers), sorbet, dessert (the millefeuille is delicious!). The waiters were very kind, smiling and helpful. The room is very large, warm, welcoming and well kept. You can enjoy an excellent view from the hill. Really recommended, I recommend you book.
13/10/2024: Characteristic place suitable for celebrating with the family. The place, immersed in the Berici hills, is particular and maintained as it was originally. I particularly appreciated the pumpkin and truffle risotto and the tagliatelle. Good value for money.

18/10/2024: Excellent welcome. Quality local and fish cuisine. Added value is the excellent information received from the manager to better visit the city of Vicenza, better than a tourist guide. Beautiful, clean and spacious room.

14/07/2024: We ate in The Grotto and it was a fantastic evening-the food and the atmosphere was fantastic (I think we were the only English people in on Saturday night as this place is clearly a local gem) and the young man who largely served us was very patient and helpful with our poor Italian. We will definitely return.

20/08/2024: Historic place in Fimon.... evergreen for atmosphere and location. Much renovated since we were teenagers but always super charming... excellent bruschetta and also very good dishes. Efficient and helpful service. Absolutely perfect for a summer evening
16/08/2024: One of a kind place. The restaurant is a classic tavern, but furnished with taste and quality. The menu offers a valid selection of carefully prepared and tasty dishes. The desserts are delicious. Wide selection of drinks, beers from the Villana brewery, wines for all tastes. The owner, Carletto, and his family run the place with truthfulness, friendliness and frankness. If you want to have an experience in a Venetian tavern you have to go to Carletto!

20/06/2024: This is a highly recommended pizza restaurant. The staff speak English and are very nice and helpful. There is inside and outside seating but it's kind of noisy by the street. And they have German beer. Parking is limited next to restaurant but there is some in the city center nearby. This is my favorite neighborhood pizzeria.

03/12/2024: Characteristic place with large fireplace ready for the grill. As soon as I entered, for a dinner with friends, I felt at ease, the smiling and friendly owner made us sit down, bringing us water and bulk wine (red of questionable quality) to drink. We had booked some Florentine steaks, avoiding the first courses, but they recommended a 1/2 plate of maccheroncini with courtyard ragù. While we wait they bring us 1 slice of toasted polenta with 2 slices of soppressa with fillet. The maccheroncini were truly special, then came the good quality Florentine pasta (slightly nervous) and cooked properly, accompanied with various side dishes. Given the importance of the dish, we opted for a bottle of excellent Campo Bastiglia review. Closed with a slice of dessert. So far everything was perfect, I'd say....then the bill arrived.....€60 each....this is where the "stage" fell... It was a €40 dinner each which would have been paid with the promise of a certain return.....now, honestly, it is unlikely that I will return, a shame because we really felt defrauded.....
23/09/2024: What an amazing place for lunch. A set menu; with a 1st and 2nd for 15€ including wine, water and coffee. Best lunch I have had in Vicenza!

08/09/2024: È un locale praticamente all'aperto ma molto caratteristico dove si mangia un menù semplice di prodotti praticamente loro. Consigliato per gli amanti della grigliata e dello spiedo.
04/08/2024: Da una romana trasferita all’estero. Venite qui. Tutto buonissimo: cibo, posto e personale. La padrona 90enni che serve ai tavoli eé FEnomenale. Mangiare sotto un tetto di uva con carne allo spiedo per me altro che 5 stelle .lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono mangiar bene , stare bene e spendere bene. 10 stelle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
