Gorgeous place, attentive and courteous service, excellent dishes. Traditional cuisine, but everything is perfectly prepared and reinterpreted in a modern and elegant way with a particular attention to flavor. The dishes are truly delicious!
The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, is the portions of the first courses: a little more generous and they would be perfect!

The cuisine surprises with the quality of the ingredients and the never-trivial pairings: simple yet carefully crafted dishes that showcase each ingredient.
Affordable prices for an experience that combines flavor and passion. A must-try, and a must-return experience!
03/10/2025: A place that combines quality, atmosphere, and hospitality: the cicchetti are simply exceptional, original and sophisticated pairings with meticulous attention to the ingredients. Special thanks to Antonello, the owner: kindness, helpfulness, and above all, expertise. I also had the pleasure of trying their catering service for an event, and it was a success.

05/10/2025: Simply delicious, the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the young and passionate staff and the tasty dishes prepared with attention to the smallest details.
26/09/2025: I can only leave a great review because they truly deserve it.
I was immediately impressed by the location and the welcome I received.
I tried the tasting menu and all the dishes amazed me with their taste and presentation.
I'll be back soon to try other delicacies. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

05/07/2025: We had been in Italy for 2 weeks and needed a pasta break. Wow, this is a true gem! The food was phenomenal, legit the best bbq pork belly I ever had in 53 years of life. Toni and his wife are such wonderful people and made us feel so welcome. Love Toni Di Gusto from USA!!!
16/06/2025: Very cosy and familiar/homely, we were served by a father and a daughter and they were all very accommodating and friendly. Nice atmosphere, good food, good wine. Excellent service!

23/09/2025: This Villa/Trattoria was recommended to us by a local guy, and I must say he gave us very good advice... Marco was welcoming and friendly, as was all the staff. We had excellent tagliatelle with mushrooms and roast rabbit, accompanied by a good wine. The atmosphere was family-friendly with a lovely panoramic view. We returned to Milan happy and content.

02/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding in July at this incredible property in the Castrum! As always, they were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. The rooms and suites were perfect, and the bistro for the evening of our guests' arrival was excellent!
The party, with this beautiful view, was wonderful and exceeded every expectation!
A huge shout-out to Elia for his excellent drinks and music at the end of the evening: we had a blast!
29/08/2025: Excellent facility. The owners and staff are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. An experience worth repeating (tastings at the property's bistro). The breakfast is superb in terms of both quantity and quality.

15/03/2025: Unfortunately, this legendary venue's last day was March 8, 2025. The manager is professional and attentive. The food is excellent, for a bar, with seemingly simple dishes, but of the highest quality! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and unconventional. A unique experience. You can find all this much more easily in Marano di Valpolicella, with the same manager and the same passion, but in a different setting: Bar Chessa.
