06/12/2025: I couldn't find a single flaw. Impeccable service, excellent quality food and ingredients. Exceptional atmosphere, meticulous attention to detail, and a fantastic location amidst the greenery of the Euganean Hills. Ample parking, also meticulously maintained. Worth a try and a return visit. Obviously, the price is higher than the average for the area, but it's absolutely worth it.

23/11/2025: The name might suggest a rural place like a farmhouse, but to my amazement, I entered a beautiful place, with formal staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was exceptional, the dishes were excellent, and the wine selection was well-matched. I had a wonderful time, so much so that we didn't notice the time, but we couldn't stay any longer.

01/11/2025: Delightful atmosphere, fantastic food! Lisa and her staff were truly welcoming and friendly. The portions are generous, the pasta is homemade, and the Vicenza-style cod is delicious!

Huge pizzas with exceptional dough with a truly huge selection, excellent horse straeca, tagliata, grilled meat, etc. etc.... I've been going there for a while and highly recommend it.

30/11/2025: Let me start by saying this isn't a polemical review, but I feel compelled to point out what happened today. A friend and I come here every year, and once a year we treat ourselves to a lunch at this restaurant, and it's always gone well. Unfortunately, something very unpleasant happened today. We arrived hungry and couldn't wait to enjoy our risotto. When we ordered, we said, ironically and with a smile, "A lot, maybe we're hungry :D." We laughed, and with obvious irony, a phrase said lightly and completely harmlessly to indicate that we were hungry and eager to enjoy the dish. When the dish arrived, we noticed that the portion was certainly generous (I've attached a photo), but still not excessively larger than the usual dish we order every year, and we even thought, "How kind of people, they made a slightly larger portion, really." With great disappointment when it came to the bill (actually, once we'd already paid, unfortunately, and were already on our way home), we noticed the "FIRST COURSE" item... €45, €22.50 each, just for the first course. We were speechless and incredulous, so we called to see if there was a mistake, and they explained that it was actually correct and that it corresponded to the request for "large". The only mistake was that they had actually charged us €3 more, so it should have been €42. So, from €14 for a risotto, which was supposed to cost €21 each (with the €3 mistake, €22.50!!). A plate of risotto, delicious, nothing to complain about, but it seemed truly excessive, and if we may say so, even dishonestly, the surcharge for these requests is neither listed nor told to us when we ordered. I would have understood a few euros more. But €21 (in our case €22.50) for an extra handful of rice—sorry, but it really seems completely inappropriate, especially considering that our comment was completely lighthearted and ironic, and we obviously didn't know it would cost more. We're two humble, honest, and kind women. We absolutely don't want to ruin this place's reputation, which is why we didn't give it a low rating because we respect the work of others. However, by the same token, we demand honesty and transparency, which is probably why we're forced to abandon our tradition and never come again, because we felt humiliated and, in a certain sense, "ripped off." We all work every day and are careful how we spend our money. €21 for a first course, "burned" like that... we would have spent it differently, not on an extra handful of rice. We're writing this so our experience can be of use to others and to advise (if we can) the owners to handle these things differently. We're sorry, that's not how it's done. I don't know how or if you can fix this, if you feel compelled to do so, perhaps from your perspective you think it's right... Certainly, some gesture to make amends would be appreciated, but we have no expectations that this will actually happen, unfortunately. Good luck, everyone.

10/11/2025: Beautiful place tastefully decorated, super attentive and kind staff. Fast service and quality food. Their freshly made bread is delicious (a real treat), divine truffle risotto, special porcini mushrooms! I recommend ☺️ lots of choice even for very special desserts!

03/11/2025: We had lunch at Rio Grande Park for the first time on Sunday, November 2nd. There were nine of us, including four children of varying ages. The food was delicious and the portions generous. The service was attentive and pleasant, and the lively atmosphere complemented everything. You absolutely must try the grilled salami, the rib-eye steak (enormous), the mixed grill, and the cooked vegetables (a fabulous wild-caught flavor!!). 01/11/2025: Lunch with friends at this lovely restaurant overlooking the Euganean Hills. A very charming location with meticulous attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff, quick service, a somewhat limited choice of dishes, but beautifully presented and with excellent quality ingredients. The portions were adequate, and we found no flaws in any of the dishes. The desserts were also very good. The wine by the glass was also excellent. Ample and convenient parking. Overall, good value for money. I recommend it.

20/10/2025: Overall, a good restaurant. Food is good and well-presented. The portions could be slightly larger. Prices are average. Service is okay, though room for improvement.

07/10/2025: Nice place, slightly dated vibe and clientele, but good food—slightly above average in quality. The chicken was very well cooked. The desserts were a sore point for me: small portions (see photo) for the prices. Also, the one pictured was a "crostatina" on the menu, a decidedly misleading term (I'd call it a "biscotto" instead). The waitress hadn't specified, since there was a tart both on and off the menu, that the one on the menu wasn't available, and we ended up with this one, which wasn't quite what we'd hoped for. In any case, it's commendable that they took one of the three desserts off the bill (though Alessandro Borghese would have turned his nose up—all or none, why just one?)

03/10/2025: A true delight. The Polletto al sugo marinao is the house specialty, and truly deserves the title. Tender, flavorful, and wrapped in a rich, fragrant sauce: a dish that wins you over from the first bite. Kudos to the restaurant for this delicacy.

23/11/2025: The appetizers and first courses were top-notch. A quality I've rarely found in vegetarian dishes. The second course was nothing special for me, all cornflakes. The price is fair; the bottled wines are perhaps a bit pricey considering they're from a producer.

14/10/2025: Today we held a training course in a room at the San Nazario Farm. A beautiful, well-kept place with a wonderful view of the hills! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming! After the training, we were treated to delicious vegetarian cicchetti and excellent organic wine...what can I say...go try them!

01/09/2025: I've been to this farmhouse, we ate wonderfully, the wood-fired grill melted in your mouth, not to mention the place, fresh air like in fairy tales, very clean environment, everything smells of jelsumino... I think it's the only place in the hills with a wonderful panorama where you can spend a lovely evening, excellent recommendation 👌

15/08/2025: Ferragosto lunch: everything delicious. Compliments to the chefs! We didn't have anything left over! 💖 The first courses, second courses, side dishes, and even the desserts were special! Practically everything! SUPER! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

18/10/2025: Piazza degli Euganei, thanks to its gardens, beautifully renovated a year ago with beautiful plants, flowers, new trees, and fencing, would be a pleasant space in Tufello. Alas, despite the heroic efforts of volunteers from an environmental association who try to keep them clean, the incivility of its patrons regularly reduces them to a landfill. I try to console myself from the sad sight of the disaster by enjoying a good cappuccino, with a firm foam, at the café of the same name in the square, prepared by the affable Mr. Gigi, manager of this small and charming establishment (as of today, October 18, 2025, the drink still costs €1). Inside, you can see several cheerful gouaches by an unknown painter from Bomarzo, depicting pasta dishes with famous Italian comedians. Looking at them, they reminded me of Catherine Deneuve's words: "Italian men have only two things in their heads; the other is spaghetti."
