29/08/2024: We didn't have a reservation but we did get a table for 1.5 hours which was perfect. We ordered tagliatelle della nonna and the pasta carbonara. We loved it. Tables were well spaced, but due to the rain we had to move them, but we didn't mind that at all, everyone should be seated comfortably. Two pasta, a bottle of sparkling water, a beer and a tiramisu together cost 67 euros. You pay 5 euros per person serving.

28/03/2024: We have been several times to this refined and elegant venue with a spectacular view of the Tofana and the Cortina basin. Fine dishes and impeccable service. A must-see during a day of skiing. Congratulations to Mrs. Silvia and Mr. Luca and to all the staff.
25/03/2024: Was there 2nd week of March 2024, Best food I had in the Dolomites over a week. The fish deserved three Michelin stars *** ! The rest of the bites too ! Staff were the friendliest as all Italians have been. I was with a pre-eminent alpine guide Cristina G, so treatment even better.

02/08/2024: We loved the hotel and the welcome of the staff. It’s clean, we eat well, we sleep well. The prices are reasonable considering the service and the quality of the meals.
18/04/2024: We stayed at the Barisetti for a week. It is not a luxury hotel, but the our room was nice and very adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts and dinners were good.

21/06/2024: Fantastic place to stop for lunch or dinner on your way down the mountain (or if you’re staying in the mountains). Best food we’ve had while staying in cortina area, hostess was able to give recommendations on wine selections, and allowed us to tour the grounds while we waited for food! If you want a unique, quiet, picturesque place to eat look no further. It was so great we went back twice during our 4d stay.

12/08/2024: Very bad. The menu is sparse and at 7pm you can't eat toast and wraps because <>. Only sandwiches. Maybe because they can be removed from the supermarket bag and served that way.
04/08/2024: On the card there were toasts stuffed with artichokes, aubergines and courgettes, I order one and I get a ham, cheese, courgettes and artichokes toast. Being a vegetarian, I ask if they can make me toast without ham and they tell me no: I laugh so as not to cry😂
So much for the service and customer attention in a place like Cortina. Meh. In every bar, even the smallest ones in town, they make toast without ham. No comment😂

30/07/2024: I can’t say enough good things about this place. The design and aesthetics are beautiful and relaxing. Everything is intentionally thought out. The view from the room, the food, the team, everything is amazing. Nakita was incredible. She was so helpful picking hikes and giving recommendations for restaurants. Highly recommend!

15/08/2024: Tutto molto buono, in particolar modo il cervo con polenta che era veramente ottimo. Personale gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste fuori menu per i bimbi. Prezzo sicuramente un po alto (c.ca 110 euro per due primi, il cervo e due dolci) ma in parte giustificato dal luogo e dalla qualitá della materia prima.
09/08/2024: Piccolo ristorante storico di Cortina. Servizio accogliente e simpatico. Materie prime di livello cucinate in maniera semplice ma per esaltarle. Carne ovviamente strepitosa. Pochi coperti e quindi consigliata la prenotazione. Ci ritornerò.

06/08/2024: The location with an enchanting view and the polite staff are not in question, we were less satisfied with the higher prices than other refuges, it now seems that the function of the "refuge" is being distorted or perhaps it is us consumers who expect to go to the restaurant in high quote??? Honestly, I prefer to find places that maintain more tradition in harmony with the landscape.
