This place is a gem, food is fantastic, authentic local cuisine with a chef who really cares about food, wish we had discovered it earlier in our stay. Would really recommend....

We had lunch at this bar two days ago. The food was simple but really good. You can choose from the dishes they prepare that morning. Compliments for the food and compliments for the really fast and friendly staff.

Wow, how lucky we were to find this place. Super friendly owner and staff, especially as my Italian is limited. At lunch time there is a mixed plate menu of everything you can see at the counter if you wish, or simply take pasta or vegetables. All of it was delicious. Good wines and beer too. I am amazed that you can get a huge plate of fantastic food for €13 in the heart of the old town. Quite remarkable. And the restaurant itself is beautiful, from the 17th century. If you are in Verona you must go.

Bar G&G is a great local bar in Via Fama. Its is a very fun, welcoming and friendly place thanks to the climate created by both the current and former owners . We have enjoyed coming to G & G for over 10 years. You can get coffee and a brioche for breakfast. There is a great "tavalo caldo" lunch. At night there tends to be a younger drinks crowd who are delightful. What a great place! Still wonderful in 2026. The owner and staff make GnG the best bar in Verona. P.S. They serve the best Spritz Cynar in the Veneto.

15/06/2026: The food was wonderful! We ordered spaghetti al limone e stracciatella and wild boar stew! Everything was delicious!
12/06/2026: We had a wonderful dinner here this evening. The vitello tonnato, gnocchi, and lasagna were absolutely delicious. And to finish, the tiramisu was so good – we've rarely eaten anything like it. Highly recommended.

19/07/2026: If you want to taste meat that's worth it, enough to fill your belly, then you've come to the right place. Succulent, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. You'll find exceptional cuts that aren't something you'd find every day, just like the Iberian suckling pig. We'll definitely be back!

We've had lunch and dinner there more than once, and each time was a wonderful confirmation. ​The atmosphere is super welcoming and friendly; we immediately felt at home. The staff is incredibly kind, and the service is impeccable. And then... the food is divine! We tried several dishes, and everything, absolutely everything, was delicious. ​If you're in Legnago and want to eat well and be in great company, this is the place. We'll definitely be back!
