The gelato is very delicious. There were three staff members working. I ordered a cone, knowing that they can add liquid chocolate at the bottom and fresh whipped cream on top here. However, for some reason, the staff member who served me didn’t ask me about either and just seemed to want to rush me through
Meanwhile, the other two staff members were actively asking their customers if they wanted chocolate or whipped cream.
I know working in service can be very exhausting, but I just hope she could be friendlier to every customer. Everyone just wants to be treated fairly.

The best ice cream I’ve ever had! I’ve tried ice cream in different cities across Italy and in many different shops, but this was by far the best!! And very cheap too, €4 for three scoops of ice cream with melted chocolate, you can’t find that price anywhere else!! It will stay unforgettable for me! The pistachio flavor, had pieces of caramelized pistachio inside, it was amazing. I honestly have nothing negative to say, congratulations!

Excellent ice cream as always, shame about the management. During the lunch break, there were four or five customers in the ice cream shop, so the place was practically empty. Three sales assistants behind the counter, tables that needed clearing and cleaning. The bathroom was dirty, with no paper towels or hand soap.... again, shame.

Perhaps one of the best ice creams in Verona. Service until very late and a very friendly and efficient team! :) A must-try!
