24/08/2024: A bit of a messy place in the center. Location with tables immersed in a perfectly maintained summer garden. Expensive dishes, tiny portions, but with preparations made to perfection, perfect. €20 for the artichoke (the best Roman-style artichoke I've ever eaten!) is still €20 for an artichoke. We had to go to the show at the Arena (and the wait staff knew it) and within an hour the food still hadn't arrived, and we rushed to the Arena. The cashier stated a different (unsolicited) excuse than the waiter. All in all good but not great.

25/08/2024: Chance brought us to this beautiful place. This beautifully maintained property is located on a hill above the sweet village of Colà. Nestled among vines and large trees, absolutely quiet, with wonderful views over the green surroundings. The service in the restaurant was extremely friendly and attentive. We were given plenty of time for dinner, no rush, just a pleasant atmosphere. The food was super tasty. The six of us chose a potpourri from all the antipasti: our favorite was the zucchini flan! As a primo we chose, among other things, a delicious risotto and the best truffle tagliatelle... everything was simply very good. The price/performance ratio is right! We will definitely come back next time we stay in Cola.

09/08/2024: The best seafood we had in a long time in Italy. And we traveled for one month. If you are in Lake Garda you have to come here. This was our second time in 3 days! We took the mix seafood grilled platter amd the zucchini and shrimp pasta and they were perfect! The limoncello sprintz is a bit strong! 😅 They have a little cute corner outside and you can even spot a little bit of the water (if you seat at the first table) The service was really nice and we felt very welcomed 💙 We will definetelly come back! 🦞🦐

23/08/2024: I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant. As a pizza enthusiast, I truly appreciate a well-crafted pizza, with the Neapolitan style being my favorite (though I can also enjoy a good New York slice). Naturally, I started with the small Bufala pizza to set a benchmark. It was unlike any pizza I've had before. The crust was partly wholegrain, maintaining the same thickness throughout, yet it was light and airy. The tomato sauce was intensely flavorful, with a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, and the mozzarella di bufala was of excellent quality, its distinctive buffalo milk taste clearly discernible. Next, I tried the polenta and codfish pizza, which surprised me with its presentation. The codfish and polenta had been processed into a creamy paste, which paired remarkably well with the sesame crust. While this pizza wasn’t my personal favorite due to the strong fishy taste, this is more a matter of personal preference than a reflection of the dish's quality. The highlight of the meal was the horse tartare pizza. Having never tried horse meat before, I was eager to experience it, and it did not disappoint. The horse tartare was tender, juicy, and slightly reminiscent of beef tartare, but with a subtle sweetness. Texturally, this pizza was the most intriguing of the three, with the crispy and airy wholegrain crust harmonizing beautifully with the tender horse tartare. One aspect that stood out was the meticulous attention to temperature. The pizzas never arrived piping hot but were served at the perfect temperature, ready to eat immediately without any waiting. This careful control of temperature extended to the dessert as well—the sorbet was served in a cooled ceramic bowl, which helped maintain its consistency over a longer period of time. If you’re looking for a typical pizza that adheres to traditional norms, this place might surprise you. However, if you’re open to a well-thought-out, pizza-inspired fine dining experience, this is a must-visit if you're in the area.

20/08/2024: I haven't eaten flours and cereals for 10 years, except on very rare occasions and this is one. In summary: fantastic pizza, the proposals are each more intriguing than the other. Different doughs for each type of pizza. I tried the pigeon one... amazing! Cereal dough: the use of sourdough and high quality ingredients did not lead me to have any negative effects, an indicator of quality. The service is quick, informal but attentive. The girl who served us added a bit of a personal touch to the service: I underline this because I have read negative comments about the service which were not reflected in my experience. The pizzas are offered in two sizes: small and large. The 4 of us opted for 4 small pizzas, we struggled to get to the bottom. Price more than adequate for the quality of what we ate. We will definitely be back!!!

24/08/2024: Soooo good. Unfortunately couldn’t get into here as it was busy during our first evening, but second evening we came back and got a table. Best pasta we’ve had at Lake Garda so far. My partner had pumpkin ravioli and I had limone spaghetti from the specials menu. Super tasty. Trio of tiramisu to finish was also cracking. Also weird recommendation - both of the oils. SO good. Only slight down point is it being rather warm inside. Not too bad but was feeling it.

22/08/2024: The waitresses were very accommodating and the food came very quickly. We had the bruscetta as a starter and the spaghetti con aglio and the wild boar ragout with polenta as our main course. The pasta and bread are homemade and taste really great! Highly recommended

28/08/2024: Give it a miss, this was a last minute choice as we were staying just up the road and it was convenient, however I would have preferred to walk a little further - keep walking passes it! We had very hard bruschetta to start which we had to leave all the bread as it was so stale, and then my main course, Veal in a white wine sauce was inedible, the sauce was very floury, very lumpy and had the texture of undercooked gravy. My husband had a fried seafood mix and it was mediocre but was edible. We had to ask for everything, our drinks, could we order, could we get some bread and oil, etc etc, every other meal we had in BardoLino and Cisamo was execrional, this was so disappointing.

14/08/2024: Cibo molto buono e il personale molto gentile. Abbiamo pranzato in un contesto accogliente e con un servizio veloce e impeccabile. Il costo nella media pur essendo fronte lago.

We stopped by in the evening to have a snack because we rented an apartment very close. two good pizzas (fior di latte and pizza with prosciutto), a glass of Valpolicella and lager - for only 28 euros, including coperto. The place is full of people in the evenings.

28/08/2024: Sono stato accolto in questa deliziosa bakery per alcuni giorni durante il mio soggiorno a Verona. Puntualità, gentilezza e una colazione diversa ogni giorno. Ho potuto gustare solo i dolci e suggerisco di variare perché sono tutti molto buoni. A prima mattina c’è un’atmosfera molto raccolta e delicata, l’ideale per iniziare la giornata.

09/08/2024: Quando hai voglia di arancino e tavola calda siciliana, la signora è il posto perfetto e ideale, senza sbagliare e rimanere deluso, vai a mangiare un Arancino come si deve!!! Bravi e grazie di accontentarci con le vostre bontà che ci ricordano casa!!
