Excellent location, friendly staff, good pizza but to be eaten very hot, if it gets cold it becomes a little rubbery but good

Disappointed by the pre-cooked base of the scrocchiarelle pizzas. And think about how much they thrilled us this summer... The flavor of the topping is always very good, but the dough is no longer the crunchy one we liked so much, in fact it is pre-cooked. At the very first bite we felt the difference and even more so when they cooled, becoming rubber that was difficult to cut and chew. It is useless to pass them off as scrunches and make people believe they are made entirely on the spot. We saw with our own eyes, confirming our doubts, the pre-cooked base taken from under the counter despite the misleading presence of the dough trays. Sooner or later someone will notice, but you will probably be the umpteenth person to care about quantity over quality. If we go back it will be for the characteristic environment and for other dishes... and to see if you will start having real crunches again.

Every time I'm in Gardaland I come to eat at this restaurant. The pizza is really excellent and the waiters are very kind. Today, however, my partner and I ate different foods: I had pizza, she had steak. My pizza arrived at the table when the steak was finished (which was very unpleasant), a steak that was usually good today had no flavour. We will definitely be back, it was probably a coincidence.

Mangiato oggi, i primi piatti sono arrivati, sollecitato più volte i secondi,alla fine con 40 minuto di attesa sono arrivati..

Punto ristoro riaperto da poco. Quest'anno gestito da "esterni", quindi probabilmente per questo con costi leggermente superiori alla norma (almeno per quanto riguardail cibo, perchè in realtà il coperto costa 1.50€ e mezzo litro di birra viene 5€). Propone menù di pesce e "scrocchiarelle" (delle pizze allungate con impasto molto croccante). Noi abbiamo preso una vegetariana (11.50€) e una con cipolle, porcini e salsiccia (12€). L'impasto è davvero valido e nemmeno gli ingredienti delle farciture sono niente male. Il servizio è stato molto veloce, direi fin troppo... nemmeno il tempo di accomodarci al tavolo che il nostro cameriere arriva a chiederci cosa vogliamo ordinare, spieghiamo che non abbiamo nemmeno dato un'occhiata al menù, ma ci propone comunque di portarci da bere, ed è così che ordiniamo due birre medie alla cieca, senza avere nessuna possibilità di scegliere tra Heineken, Ichnusa o Moretti Rossa. Tutta la nostra permanenza è stata spiacevolmente caratterizzata dalle battute e dall'irruenza del cameriere, che abbiamo trovato tutt'altro che cordiali. Avendo un tavolo vista forno (elettrico) ho potuto constatare la quantità di scrocchiarelle che sfornavano ogni minuto, difatti anche per il cibo abbiamo atteso poco, anche se forse ci sarebbe da rivedere un attimo la gestione delle comande dato che le due "pizze" non sono arrivate insieme. Insomma, il cibo vale il prezzo, ma noi abbiamo percepito un'atmosfera fin troppo frettolosa e ben poco rilassante. Location interna sempre meravigliosa.
